The walls are made from wood therefore you can hear any type of noise. I am used to brick walls and more pricacy.

Initially buying the property was nice and everyone was accommodating. But when the paperwork started and money was exchanged, the people on the neighborhood staffing were not attentive and negligent. My wife and I were lied to about a few things and documents were created without consent. Schedules were messed with and we were told it was our fault. But after it was all said and done, none of it was major and we love the house we are in for the most part. The neighborhood is nice and accommodating, the Centex helpline is quick to act and helpful.

It was overall a pretty smooth experience, although, we lost our sales agent during construction and received limited updates on the construction status. Moving from out of state was grueling but rewarding. Thank you for your assistance.

House seems perfect but has underlying issues that need to be discovered

Purchasing my first home seemed so relatively easy with the team that I had. No issues with that. My first month inside of the home I'm finding issues that I were not present during the final walk. Eliana from Pulte homes has been phenomenal though. She has been quick to get these issues fixed. But I'm finding others. The home was built fast and I guess it's settling in now that I am living in it. Some of the issues I can fix on my own but it goes to show the speed of the completed home.

Bad Experience From Application Process to Owning It

When I was showed the show house, everything looked awesome. We would get all the same amenities, countertops, cabinets, and level of detail in our home. It was fine till a week before the closing and we were doing our “blue tape walkthrough” with our Construction Manager Justin. The whole house was covered in blue tape. You’d think I’d be exaggerating but for every wall there was at least 20 pieces of blue tape pointing to 20 different problems. I really didn't want to write this, but this has truly been a very bad experience with this home purchase. I have come to realize that big business is bad business all the way around. That includes Centex reps and their perspective contractors. Have a good day.

From the seller to the builder also the warranty department

My family an I moved into (our home) thank GOD ITS NOT OUR FOR EVERY HOME. First there was no inspection done only the H2O inspection paying almost 400,000 for a home you would think I would have gutters though their were none. After living in the home for only 12 days the flooring was coming up also in my master bathroom their is nothing surrounding the tube as far as backer board for those who don’t know what that is it’s a green or red board that protects against water damage I’m not talking about tile but they only put sheet rock around the tube that began to peel only after 12 days after ...

Overall, I was pleasantly pleased with each of my walk throughs and thought centex was very thorough and responsive to any all issues. However, after closing I’ve ran into issues such as being issued the wrong keys for move in, my lawn not being maintained before my move in, and it taking 3 weeks (& still waiting) for any one to come out for the service request for small items that I am finding that need repair and were missed during the walkthrough. Lenders are not professional enough for the financial process of buyers lives while they work through the process together so use outside funds for this neighborhood
