Overall, I was pleasantly pleased with each of my walk throughs and thought centex was very thorough and responsive to any all issues. However, after closing I’ve ran into issues such as being issued the wrong keys for move in, my lawn not being maintained before my move in, and it taking 3 weeks (& still waiting) for any one to come out for the service request for small items that I am finding that need repair and were missed during the walkthrough. Some details in the process as is to be expected in these cases, however the professionalism and responsiveness overcame the minuscule details at the beginning, exceeding expectations. My wife and I are happy for this blessing. Thank you very much for this blessing. Blessings!

Lenders are not professional enough for the financial process of buyers lives while they work through the process together so use outside funds for this neighborhood

Overall it was a good experience. Wish I had more time for corrections and walk throughs. I still believe I would go through it all again because everyone that I have spoken to has always been willing to help.

I remembered the first day I walked into the Centex front office. I was uncertain about what I wanted even though I had a lot of specific details I wanted in a home! Looking through different home design on the screen and walking some, gave me a meaningful insight. The entire Team were amazing and very helpful during the building process, very quick to answer emails. Ultimately, during the home closing process, the builder assigned to my home was very wonderful, courteous and professional. The process was fairly easy. Hopefully you have a computer because everything is done online.

EVERYONE WAS GREAT AND VERY EASY TO WORK WITH

The experience has been bad thus far. However, I have been ghosted after having some issues with the extended warranty on couple of my appliances. Additionally, I have complained about the standing water within my yard, which is still under warranty I must had, but still no one had made the effort to come and get this situated. I am getting the sense that they are doing as much as they can to not honor this warranty.

We had a great experience purchasing our new home. Our salesman was so professional, friendly and prompt with all information. The quality of the home is as expected with builder grade products. There was a construction problem found with one of the walls during inspection and it was promptly resolved By the builder, who was great. We closed on time with no surprises.

Michael was a great builder. He was with us every step of the way and went above an beyond to explain each and every detail with us. He communicated in a timely manner. Even after moving in, he has been helpful in answering the occasional question.

Called the office and spoke with Jennifer regarding the AC Unit area there was concrete dug up and left there and that was supposed to be cleaned up before I moved in, they took 3 to 4 weeks to do it, also they still didn’t do the job the area around the AC Unit is not paved done like my neighbors to the left or right of me, also there were deep holes in my backyard that I didn’t even see they came and put down old grass that looks like a haystack and it’s going back to the deep holes. I hope that you can send somebody out to see the terrible work that has been done like they don’t care about a brand new property that they are being paid by the hour to do. My overall experience was phenomenal. Everyone was hands on from the time I started the process of buying my first home till the time of closing. The process went so smoothly and I closed within a month. Someone was always available to answer my questions and concerns. I Love my beautiful home. It has everything thing that I desired. It’s structured just the way I always dream it would be. Buying a home from Centex was one of the best decisions I ever made in my life!

The warranty callout for a badly installed vinyl floor took so long and after they eventually secured and got me waiting for a whole day, no one showed up or even called back. I had to put in another ticket. Not sure how they will respond on more serious issues if they took this long to work on this minor issue.

Kyle was great! Very informative, stayed in contact with us consistently & made us feel at ease with the entire process!
