Outside of the buying experience, which was amazing, and working with the builder, who was on site at the time everything else has been very poor quality. I have several issues or just the ongoing with no timelines and no consistent. Follow up. I’m hoping things improve, but I have already had to spend quite a bit of my own personal money which may not get reimbursed to get things working like my garage door like my washing machine like my security system on and on and on. And for the record, the siding and landscaping was done horribly to begin with, and it shows to this day, which means I will have to spend more money to get that corrected. My home buying process with Pulte Homes was great!! Whenever I had a question it was answered promptly and everything went smoothly. I would recommend Pulte Homes to anyone looking to buy a new home

The quality of the Centex home was by far the A-1. With the help of Corbin our Sales Counselor, he got us in the the right house. Corbin was with us every step of the way and Centex held their part all the way to the end. If you are looking to buy a home get with Centex you will not be disappointed.

I'm happy with the new house for the most part and Mike May is a great builder, but not fully livable since there is still no internet in this community.

Construction manager did an amazing job helping us understand our new home and taught us how to use everything our new home has to offer us

I have recommended to several of our friends and family the great options that Pulte and Centex offer. My parents are now in the process of selling their current home and plan to move to the Pulte neighborhood next door. Pulte/Centex do a great job of helping people get into a home during these difficult times of high interest rates and an unpredictable housing marketing. Right now if you want to buy a home, a new home is definitely the best option!

we call the construction manager as soon as we started finding issues, the carpenter came and evaluated the details we showed him, he said " we need to replace basically all the doors of the cabinets in the kitchen, and paint them" after that we haven't hear from them, and they are no longer here at the subdivision.

Sales person as well as construction managers were very polite, knowledgeable and had great communication by email, phone and in person. Walk through visits, closing people and person who gave warranty documentation were great. But to deal with the real warranty people, I cannot say the same thing. Took extremely long time to respond that affected me with warranties on my electrodomestics. To make the long story short I still cannot use my dryer after six weeks of moving in.

This was my 1st home purchase and Centex was an amazing builder to work with. I definitely love the home and happily with the purchase. Quality and materials are great, as well as the pricing/affordability. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to have a newly constructed home

The house is very nice and well priced. However, the quality of work is pretty poor. The concrete slab is uneven and there are lumps all over the down stairs floor. Large lumps, like you can see AND feel when you walk. Several of the baseboards are bowed in or out significantly enough to notice immediately, and all of the pre-wired fan switches are all not terminated correctly. One of the three-way switches had a hot leg on both ends and kept the wires in the ceiling live no matter the switch combination I tried. Fortunately I have electrical experience and didn't get shocked!

Isabel and Adriel both made our home buying process great! Isabel was always a text away for any questions we had along the way and always got things handled asap. Adriel is awesome too. He explained everything very well at both our walk throughs he even continued to help us after purchasing our house by answering any questions we have.

All parts of the process weren't always the best, but the sales team and construction supervisors provide top-notch, individualized and special treatment. I appreciated them making this process so easy.

The community is awesome but I’m already having nasty cracking and water damage in the bathroom due to improper sealing. The wall is literally caving in and I’ve been here only one month. Whoever finished my master bathroom was really lazy

Many problems with the house from the grass in the back, shower doors with gaps, back door jamming, recurring kitchen leak one side of the closet different measure than the other one, garage walls were not finished, garage floor uneven ruff spots. Not good workmanship.

The model of the home I truly like, however, the home was just thrown together just to pease me. The home was support to been deliver to me on Dec 7, well it was pushed out due to material was not ordered. I feel like once they received the material they was on a time crunch which made them throw the house together and not looking out for the well being of the buyer. all cheap material has been placed in the homes and the buyer has spent all of they life saving to buy a quality home which was not delivered. And now we have to replace things. I'm not happy with this builder at all.

Paint everywhere in the home. Floorboards are always coming up. Standing water in backyard. Uneven structures inside home.

Satisfactory, but not great experience.

Pulte is very responsive to the customer and we greatly appreciate it! Build quality is probably dependent on the contractors hired. For our lot, rain water doesn't drain well, so parts of the lawn feels like a swamp with standing water. Overall, a good experience though, thank you.

The Sales Counselor and Builder Manager were very good at answering my questions, keeping me informed and responding to my concerns. It helped streamline the process.

Centex home put me onto pulte mortgage to use as a lender who were very misleading and deceptive. When asked for a refund it took 4 months to receive my money back for appraisal and credit being ran. The centrex office wasn't very helpful in how tonresolve this issue and said they'd take it out of the closing cost which didn't happen. The builders themselves have been very helpful and have come by to fix things that weren't quite right or missing without a problem and have been the best part about the process
