The home buying process is stressful at times not going to lie. And although we had some bumps in the road I am so glad we stayed the course. We had a pleasant experience with everyone involved, with the exception of our Loan Consultant, however everyone else really rallied together to try and make up for that shortcoming. Since closing, the customer care team has been wonderful! I have been referring all of my friends and family in search for homes to Centex/Pulte! Just do it! Whatever questions you have ask. Loved my whole experience! My salesperson, Bernar, was and is AMAZING! If I had any questions during the process and even now I’ll text him questions and he replies immediately. Even whilst he was on vacation! Pulte/Centex you have a winner with Bernar. My construction managers were great too. One was out of town with an emergency and one of his colleagues stepped right in to help. If I had any issues they were addressed quick. I’ve been in my home now for three months and absolutely love it. I’m so glad I went with you instead of Lennar. I’ve had a couple things come up, and they have scheduled them right away. Quicker response time to issues would’ve made experience easier.

Our construction manager, Johnathan, was just on point with his updates and any questions we had was answered very quickly along with repairing anything we found in a timely manner. The whole team was great.

Both Brad and Dennis made my home buying process a dream come true, and we love our new home! Both gentlemen valued my concerns and helped in any way possible. Could not have asked for a better sales team than the one at Pulte Homes! Thank you all so much!

We are very happy with the house

Started out positive, but didn't always get my questions answered. Even after replying to emails and asking. And then once home was closed upon have not received level of support needed when needing issues fixed. Still have many that were never taken action on and was told moving forward to wait until 10 month check-in. What about what was submitted prior not getting resolved? Just wait until 10 months I guess.

Our experience was great and everything was explained in great detail. Everyone had a lot of patience’s with us and our home is built perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for a better team.

Poor Craftsmanship, Builder trying to cost save on items that were utterly ridiculous, Response time with and electrical issue was poor, Concrete work sucks, Inside bath and electrical fixtures are poor, unpainted garage without opener is cheap to say the least, Paint specs all over the floors and carpet were just a sign of non-caring and untidy painters, Kitchen cabinetry is cheap and footboard came off, outside fence was coming apart due to missing the nailing to the cross boards, Small crack in bathtub but not worth tearing apart bathroom to replace it, Pad outside back door barley is bi enough for one person, If you ask for a repair the repairman breaks something else in the process, The trash that i pick up on my morning walks is ridiculous and mostly from contractors, all the concrete Curbings are gouged from the Uniloader operator throughout the neighborhood, Irrigation contractor that are installing irrigation on the non-buildable corner lots leave huge rocks in the middle of the street after departing for the day, No ceiling fans in master bedroom and Livingroom, Elongated toilet in master bath but in guest bath regular style toilet, paint being used for pantry and closet shelves still isn't fully cured after 2 months so everything we put on the shelves sticks to them And this is not everything that is wrong with this cheaply constructed track home!!!!!!!1 ... Bad experience with pulte mortgage . It Took 3 week to approve my mortgage in Newyork, it took 4 months for pulte in texas to approve it. Delayed for no reason. Used to take 2 weeks to process each document. Made us go in circles. Other than that Home buying experience was great. Working with bernar was awesome. He was always polite and knowledgeable. Mathew ( our home builder) was great. He was very friendly, always responsive and professional. He went above and beyond to guide us on home building process. I had an overall positive experience. Amy R. was great! I was buying from overseas and only my wife was able to meet in person. She was helpful and knowledgeable. The building process up until the end was also positive. Our only issue was our communication and problem solving with Ethan F. We had some issues pointed out during our walkthroughs that were not addressed until the morning of closing. We had to push our closing back and some of them still were not resolved or done so not to standard. He assured us we would be able to contact him after closing, but he was not responsive at all.

Just wanted to keep it short and sweet, Centex made the home buying experience as easy as possible. They were timely, kept me in the loop on updates, were professional and were accommodating in explaining the process and lightening the stress. Shout out to Kelli and Matt for being wonderful and helpful.

I will share my experience and highlight 2 categories. 1.) Customer Service; the overall customer service was excellent! The builder was attentive, responsive, and eager to work with me. 2.) Quality of craftsmanship: the job seemed rushed and it showed. There was paint splattered on the carpet, blotches of paint on doors, cracks on the driveway, and the crown on the kitchen shelves was loose. I put in a work request to have these and several other issues addressed before the one year warranty expires.

The sales group is great at there job and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. But I dislike how they operate when it comes to your home. There is a very limited option to customize your home. Once they pour the concrete they won’t allow you to change not one thing. As well comparing our house to the others in the neighborhood we over paid for our house. The same house with close enough square footage to ours cost less than ours. Those houses are fully loaded with grass in the back and sprinklers and gutters. Ours didn’t come with non of that and cost about 30,000 more. If I was to go back I would do better research on how much the houses in our neighborhood are going for. As well I would have a realtor next time to catch the slid bull the sales people will try to slide by you. We could have gotten a better deal than what we was offered. But that’s okay; that’s first time homeowner mistake. It won’t happen next time. ... More

Centex Homes need to include garage door opener to their homes. They should also include painting of the garage into their plans.

Beginning to end, everyone I came in contact with during my home buying process was professional, straightforward and honest about each step.

Pulte helped me and my wife with the process of buying our home from start to finish and they were available to help us with all of our questions all of the time. Our builder Shawn always updated us of the progress of the house and did always sent us pictures of the updates and did explained the process at the end when house was finished.

The overall homebuying experience was great. No complaints there. However, once I closed and moved in to my new home it was near impossible to get anyone on the phone that could actually resolve my issues. Then, the information that I did receive was insufficient or completely wrong. I have been in my home for 3 1/2 months and continue to receive the run around. Each representative I speak with passes the buck and no one seems to have the answers or want to assist. So, if you value a community with representatives that actually respond and care about your concerns, look elsewhere.

Ryan was (and still is) very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. We are very satisfied with the service we received and very much enjoying our first home so far!
