From exterior to interiors , details, selections of wooded floor, fire place, wall paints, counter tops and the Roswell area, everything about this townhome is spot on. None townhomes that I saw before this one has nice L shape kitchen and the island bar that is not only good size but with lots of drawers. I’m glad I made the move and very satisfied with my first ever home.

Quality workmanship, no issues whatsoever after moving in.

Our Agent Jenny was amazing. She kept us informed of changes or issues in a timely manner. She also assisted us with Builder question regarding any concerns with our home. The Builder, Reed was very attentive to our issues identified during our walk thru. He even handled addition problems that we identified after our Closing. We are loving our Century Communities Smart home.

The professional is what kept my attention.

This home is the third one that we have built, and the experience was by far the best. Shannon was our sales rep, and she is top notch. Professional, attentive, caring, and determined to make and keep her customers happy. We went through our entire process long distance, and Shannon went above and beyond to ensure that we were in the loop on every single detail of our home building process. There are a few things here and there that Century Homes could afford to improve on, but overall, no regrets.

the home buying experience was great... But follow up issues with the plumbing and the refrigerator has left a bad taste in my mouth. I am currently trying to schedule a drywall repair that should have been done a week ago!

However, many items in our home needed repairs: dishwasher, stove, furnace, bedroom doors don’t lock, heat is not evenly distributed through the home, hinges are falling off the doors, and the front door is not secure. The pictures we received from the listing agent prior to purchasing did not match the finish house. When asked about the change, we were told that the picture included upgrades. We were not informed about the drainage/ditch until after we were under contract.

Keep lines of communication open when purchasing a new home.

The home buying experience was good and pretty seamless. There were no issues with the sales, and loan processing teams. Couldn’t keep up with how quickly the loan was sold off. I was not able to request any changes even though my house was still in the framing stage and it was two months away from being completed. I wanted the no tub option for example and I wanted a larger patio but had to settle for the standard plan. I will live with the bathroom but will have to pay to get my patio extended. After living in the house I started to notice the little things like no towel hangers in the bathrooms and no hand towel hangers by the vanity, no toilet roll hangers etc. Also the front door was not included in the blind installation. Had to purchase additional hardware that would be considered standard installation for a house. There are footprints and rag prints on the floor that I can’t just wipe off and will have to figure out how to fix. The interior doors are cheap and unfinished but painted over. Nothing earth shattering but from a quality standpoint very dissatisfying. Next time I will pay more attention to these details. ... More

Our sales person and construction foreman were super with providing us with answers to our questions and keeping us informed on the progress. The home plans includes many items geared towards over 55 adults. However, there are several items they could also add. Overall, we are pleased with our purchase.

Fit and finish needs to be improved. The final details that are seen every day need to be reviewed and brought to a higher standard.

The neighborhood is great. PLEASE HAVE CONSTRUCTION WORKERS CLEAN UP THE STREETS....I HAVE HAD 4 NAILS THIS MONTH IN MY TIRES. So far only complaint.

Convenient, centrally- located subdivision, in a quiet, low key neighborhood. Love the privacy! Good looking house fronts offering perfect size lots and cute porches. I love my new home!

Great community and excellent design of the houses and layout of the site and plan. I like the open concept houses and we love the plans. They are extremely functional and practical for 55+ community. Our sales experience and working with the team during the construction phase was very smooth and we were involved every step of t he way. Quality of workmanship and some materials has room for improvement. these are minor things but collectively leave some not so good impression. Particularly the electrical fittings/sockets installation could be better.

The Agent Angela was attentive. Jose was very kind. My only concern is my wood flooring in my downstairs bedroom and hall area, is lumpy and feels like it will pop open soon. I have been waiting for some type of resolution to repair my brand new flooring with no return calls from Benjamin, the Century Rep that came to look at it. Also I have same air pockets in my wood flooring in the kitchen area that I was told would be repaired by drilling holes and inserting some kind of flooring glue. Still no return calls in the past 2 weeks from the time they came to look at the flooring. A response from Century would be awesome. Thanks Angela ... More

Good value for the money especially if you are one of the early buyers. Century personnel are good folks and try hard to please. However, I am disappointed with a myriad of fit and finish items that are still outstanding after almost 3 months of occupancy.

The house appears to have been rushed. Finishing is very poor. Already have cracks in the wall within a few months of purchase. Already had a basement leak. It appears to be about the money and sale than a quality house for people unfortunately. It is not just my house, others in the subdivision have ongoing issues. The only good thing about this purchase is the amount of space you get inside the house. However, the space between houses is non existent and the back yards are really small. The internal square footage is the main selling point really. If I was not in such a hurry to move I would have found a better house. ... More

Phillip was awesome and answered all questions. Still not happy with color odf stairs and does not match rest of floors but told nothing can be done. Brad just did not know enough and really did not show that he cared. Overall we like the house and not to many issues. I think the overall cleaning should be clean not just a check the box activity.

While our foreman, Rusty, has been very nice, we have had an incredibly frustrating first 4 months in our new home. There were things that needed to be fixed (mismatched shower tile, missing mortar in the stone fireplace, no Google Home equipment or information, etc. We had to basically harass everyone we could think of to get them taken care of. The most frustrating of which was the Google Home system. We were essentially told by Sales that this was not their problem. It was not until we went all the way to the Century Regional Manager that action was taken and we finally just last week received our equipment. There is absolutely no excuse for it to have taken 4 months. We know the product was not out of stock because we can find the unit in every Best Buy we have been in. We are still waiting for our front patio to be corrected. We were promised solid concrete and instead they included a planter area. Now all they will tell us is that the concrete company doesn't want to do it. We're not sure how that is our problem. All we are asking is for you to deliver on what you promised. We were told we would be left with small amounts of leftover interior paint, flooring, tile, etc. as well. We were not. The only thing we have is extra grout and a large amount of exterior trim paint. So overall, yes we love our home. In the end, it will all be fine. But no - it has not been a great experience working with Century, and we would not recommend them to others without warning about the lack of follow through. Either live up to what you promise, or don't promise it. It's so disappointing to feel like you're being lied to and taken advantage of. Regarding quality, there are a few things that have been a bit disheartening. For example, our mantle is absolutely cut crooked on the edge, but apparently that's just too bad. They refused to replace it. We'll have to try and fix it ourselves. I don't understand why they would install such a clearly subpar item. We're also not impressed with the quality of the cabinets. They look nice from afar, but as soon as you get close you can see numerous flaws that have just been painted over. And there are multiple small chips in our granite countertops, which is unfortunate. In a word, our overall homebuying experience has been meh. ... More

Love the lot and floor plan of my home, but can't recommend the overall Century experience. From incorrect pricing provided by agents during the early home-buying process, to Century's inflexibility regarding even minor changes once the slab is poured, to poor quality of construction materials and finish work on the home, I'm beyond disappointed. (To be clear, my home is in Canton -- not Dallas -- Georgia.)
