We moved in to our Century Communities home here in Georgetown in October and have been very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of our build. We were kept up to date continuously and never felt that we weren’t being listened to. Our experience was great!

Some minor issues but Great for the most part

From the beginning, we had a great experience with Century Communities. The Sales Team, including Jim, were very helpful in terms of choosing a lot that was right for us and providing us with information regarding available upgrades. When it came time, Lana spent an abundance of time with us to make sure everything we chose was perfect in terms of design. Because we were out of state, we were not able to check on the progress of the home as often as we would like, but Jim and Paul, sent us photos and videos to keep us informed. When it came time to move in, all of the items on our punch list were completed within a timely manner and we could not love our new home more! Team is very profesional and helpful

Love my home although I have found some cheaper materials used in putting it together.

The builder is conscientious and cares to ensure their buyers' expectations are fulfilled. The onsite team in the sales office and the management office have been consistently responsive and promptly available to resolve any issues or questions that arise.

Our Agent Jenny was amazing. She kept us informed of changes or issues in a timely manner. She also assisted us with Builder question regarding any concerns with our home. The Builder, Reed was very attentive to our issues identified during our walk thru. He even handled addition problems that we identified after our Closing. We are loving our Century Communities Smart home.

The professional is what kept my attention.

The only thing that I don’t like and I know my neighbors have the same issue, is that the side of the house is really uneven I can’t even walk to my backyard, I feel like I’m going to break my ankle or fall. They should of made it more even, it seems like we have a little mountain.

This home is the third one that we have built, and the experience was by far the best. Shannon was our sales rep, and she is top notch. Professional, attentive, caring, and determined to make and keep her customers happy. We went through our entire process long distance, and Shannon went above and beyond to ensure that we were in the loop on every single detail of our home building process. There are a few things here and there that Century Homes could afford to improve on, but overall, no regrets.

Very responsive and honest on overall building this home. Quality of the construction is really good.

Great home for the price

It is a beautiful home in Soledad. The location is good and the area is safe and quiet

Very very pleased with my new home and the responsiveness of the Construction Manager.

Overall I love the build and customer service given for my home! I’ve had very minor issues and was able to get them resolved with the builder within days. Michelle has been super responsive and such a pleasure to work with.

They were clean cut and very professional. But will lead you on a little about deadlines.

Overall good home for the price

Whatever issues I had, I always get a prompt reply and assistance with the Builder's representatives from either Jose or Kevin (maybe Calvin). They're great in resolving issues and always reliable in so many ways. They're friendly and always reply to my calls in a professional manner. Kudos to these two guys!

Our go to guy is very responsive to our needs. Keep up the good work.

It has that country feel but still close to the city!
