Home came out great

The home is great, workmanship in few areas could be better (paint job near windows/leaked to window) The community HOA should be more strict regarding illegal parking. Overall I’m satisfied

We are very happy living in a century community. All the staff were very helpful, and answered all question and concerns.

Fantastic home, I love it. However I moved in November 22, 2019 and still waiting on several fixes.

We moved in to this community about couple months ago and so far we have been enjoying our new home and neighborhood. Very quiet and nice community and friendly neighbor. House itself is also wonderful and we have received prompt response on any service request.

You will love the quality workmanship in these homes. The builder uses top of the line components, and makes sure that everything is inspected to your satisfaction.

Good finish of building. Did couple of rate lock offer. Finally got the offer on 3rd attempt.

It was a great experience buying my home

We started the process with Becky, advised of our budget, called Premier Lenders while in office for approval odds, we were approved for much more than our budget and Becky started to push more expensive builds, declined and stated our budget again, continued to push the more expensive ones. While going through the process with our realtor communication was subpar as Becky, once we were able to get a hold of her, would often tell us to contact our realtor for the information we were requesting from her, our realtor had already attempted to get the information from Becky with no luck which left us to get the information ourselves, regardless, if a client requests copies of documents, regardless of reasons or who else has copies, they should be provided. She also requested that we sign several addendum's for upgrades we had already signed the addendum's for, even after supplying the appropriate documentation proving such. She still insisted, I requested that if she were to show us were these additional expenses were (specifically outlets) I would be more than happy to sign the document because the original agreed upon number of outlets were already signed and accounted for. We were told not to worry about it further. Chuck was phenomenal through the entire experience, answered questions quickly, resolving issues, taking time to provide updates to extraneous issues outside of the 1 weekly update. I had a good experience in my new home building process. Some minor hiccups, not touch up paint when I moved in.

Everything we ever dreamed of

We were set on purchasing a Century Home! They are top notch builders! We purchased a completed home so we didn’t go through the entire building process. However, our home seems like it was customized just for us!

I’m so happy and I’m enjoying my new home.

Things are generally OK.

Everyone involved in this process wants to see you get your dream home. They went above and beyond to help us in anyway possible.

Purchasing process went smoothly once it began. Once we were in the home, the few repairs that were needed were taken care of in a timely manner. Extremely happy with our new home!

There were minor issues when I moved in but the response time for each issue was amazing.

Everyone throughout the purchase process was friendly and helpful and proactive. We weren't involved in the design, but appreciated all the honesty and help from everyone. Warranty service has been a little slow, but after sending an email directly, we received great, prompt responses.

They have policyholders, but we don't think resident are abiding by these rules. Someone should drive through and see all the gas grill on everyone's balcony. I do think it is safe.

My Century Community home is beautiful. Love the style and quality of all features. So far no problems or defects noted. A great value for the money. Very happy with my purchase

Buying experience was great, and very professional. Very responsive to issues and quick service.

The process of finding the right home for me was seamless with the help of my Century Communities salesperson. She was very knowledgeable friendly and honest. I was presented with options that fit perfectly with my moving schedule. My new residence is nice and has all the amenities, my expectations were exceeded. The quality of the construction is good. The initial fix items were taken care of and I was accommodated by the site Foreman. There are a few outstanding items that still need to be addressed. I’m sure they will be taken care of. Overall, my new residence is exactly what I wanted and needed. The floor plan is awesome, and the overall design and finishing’s are very nice and stylish. Century communities and its people deserve a 4.5 out of 5 stars. ... More
