The builder was awesome but the sales rep was very dramatic and he almost cost us our home.

The ventilations are loud .

The entire workforce has been wonderful. They have been responsive to our questions and concerns and no question is too small for them. They have even stopped by to check and see if there are any issues. Their customer service is top- rate.

The buying process was fairly easy. Our home is perfect for our family.

I would rate Sunpower as poor not quite a 1 star. It started just before we closed on the house and as of today date the upgrade on the solar system from 5k to 8k. You can’t even get a update without having to begin the request.

The CS Manager in Sales was great. There was never a time when an email or call was not returned within 24-48 hours. I loved the who buying process, although a bit challenging for me as a new homeowner and in the process of a divorce, the team was great and responsive.

Really great home in an up and coming neighborhood. Quiet neighbors and a nice design all around. Spacious for the price although I wish I could’ve saved a bit more but as far as quality and floor plan, we couldn’t be happier.

Great people, fast service and responsiveness. Quality of wall materials is somewhat unsatisfactory. Very sensitive wall paint for example. Far more sensitive than our previous very old house. Overall great experience with the company.

Century Communities has built a beautiful neighborhood here at Marvella. From our first meeting with Marvella’s agent, Maggie, through to now, where we’re getting landscaping taken care of, they have listened and followed through. Jeff and Phil made the building process much less stressful by being responsive and professional. We love our well-laid out community and our home is just what we wanted. Many, many thanks!

Whisper Point is a very nice neighborhood for all ages. There is a good variety of home models from which o choose with a long list of extras to customize to your own taste. The staff is friendly and all warranty work has been completed in a satisfactory manner. We love our homes layout and hope that others buyers will feel the same. Thank you to Century Communities.

Good experience overall. Responding to issues could improve with faster responding time.

My sales associate, Randy, and project manager, Brian, were both amazing!!! Responsive, professional and great communicators. I was very pleased throughout the whole purchasing process. My only complaint has been trying to get ahold of the "community manager", Chance, since closing. I had some HOA questions. He has yet to respond to any of my inquires.

Century Communities did a wonderful job with the design and style of my new home. My house was built beautifully and the builders have been amazing at getting back to me as needed in a timely manner. Now that I live in my new home the only thing I wish I had is more storage and a larger garage. Then again I bought the house knowing what I was getting. Ha!! Thank you Century Communities.

We like our new home. We have dealt with Tracy who is so helpful and goes out of her way to make sure we had all the information we asked. She waste no time getting back with us. She is an asset to your company. We had a few things that had to be fixed. I contacted Century to come out and fix the problems. They called me back within a day and had someone out.
