The absence of a covered back patio in the OAKMONTE as a standard was a mistake. The upper floor is extremely NOISY although fully carpeted. Refrigerator outlet trips occasionally-to be fixed! The builder and office personnel at the model unit were very courteous and professional.

Jason was awesome and took care of any issues found at the walkout, everyone was friendly and Victoria also was great at communication of updates on the house progress.

We love the house and the area we moved into. Everything went well during final walks and closings. After move in we had a few minor issues that were all resolved promptly through the warranty team.

Home shopping with century was an easy first time experience, the team was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process.

I have noticed several areas in the home that need repair (i.e. gap in hardwood floor in kitchen, crooked light fixtures, poor painted areas).

Jeff is great, he is always responsive, but some of the subs have been a little slow to the game.

The sales team was quick to respond with any questions and or concerns that I had as well.

Lovely neighborhood, definitely we love our house, we only recommend to have all your questions answered before you sign the contract.

Overall we are happy with our new construction home.

Everyone that was a part of the process with Century Communities was very friendly and informative.

Quality of construction was good, but had to insist on some corrections to closet door frames out of square. Corrections were made. Overall good experience

The house generally is in good shape, it’s just a few strange things...location of light switches, location of thermostat. Also things like lights flickering within months of install just are annoying - especially when they are the ones you can reach with out an extra long ladder.

After a rough start, where the finishing touches on the house were rushed and substandard, the warranty team has followed through on nearly all the punchlist items and turned the home into what it should have been when we moved in...a beautiful new home.

We love our house but we did have many small issues that we needed to get resolved and it was getting frustrating having contractors in and out especially with a baby. Would we buy our house again if we were to do it over? Yes we would, because we love the area and the price was fair for the house we got. If only century vetted their contractors better the quality of the home would be higher but I also realize in this market that is hard to do and maintain quality control on every house.

Great area and super construction supers and office people,( Mick, Kevin and Todd) Construction done with cheap and of lessor quality materials and not a finished product one would expect for the price paid. Still have trash and construction junk next to our home on common area and which is covered in scotch broom. Numerous calls for cleanup, but nothing yet.

It’s a nice house. On the outside, it’s a beautiful 3-car garage home. On the inside, thru technicians that came to the house, I was told our bathroom fixtures were the cheapest on the market and that the wood in the walls is every 24 inches instead of every 16 inches....so hanging up pictures, paintings, TVs, and shelves are challenges. The warranty folks are great and keep you informed. Neighborhood needs gated access. Also, none of the street lights are on on Church St, yet there they stand, and it’s dark at night.

Making sure they clean your floor good if you have tiles. It took me weeks to clean all the glue around the house. I think the cleaner could do better job. Courtney super good with follow up and get things done as requested

My wife spent a few days to clean the house especially windows. Overall the quality of work and materials used are pretty good

The builder has been excellent in helping with issues discovered after move in. Paint is very thin with obvious inattention to detail in certain areas. I think it's a poor subcontractor.

We love the home and neighborhood. The builder is very responsive to any issues. We are very pleased.

showers are done CHEAP!,, one piece tub and surround
