Was not a bad a horrible experience. A little rocky in the end getting some things fixed. We are enjoying our home. We’ll know better next time how to handle the process.

Great building team to work with lots of updates through the construction process. I rated 3 on value for the fact that the price jumps (premiums) were extremely steep and the reason given was not to stay competitive but to drive sales number up. Honest but not preferred for consumers. I also rated a three in responsiveness to issues simply because there are still lingering items (although simple fixes) that have dragged on for months after closing and have not been fixed. I do have trust in Mike and his contractors they will resolve the remaining items but there seems to be a significant ...

Make sure you know what you want and you ask for it. These are great houses but they are being built quickly and multiple at the same time so things can get missed and the quality can suffer because of the tight schedule. Continue to monitor your house while in your first warranty year. We will probably hire someone to do an inspection around 10 months and make sure we get everything fixed under warranty.

Not happy, tiles are not done correctly, some part of wood floors are showing gaps. Dish washer is leaking, one lignt in the kitchen is not matched with the rest. Tiles and floors are not properly cleaned. Stain that won't come off.

Blake was easy to work with. We got a great lot with mature trees, just wish we had known about the smell beforehand. The house has a great layout and fits our needs perfectly. The lack of choices was frustrating, especially with the tile. We are having to change it after closing ourselves and of course now the wood look tile is going into the newer houses with cabinets that have less detail/are more modern. The quality of materials is there, but the attention to detail by the subs is lacking. All white paint was applied too thick and doors are damaged just from being shut along with items ...

Overall, this experience has had ups and down. There were many problems we need to have fixed at our walk-through that were not fixed, and we had to do a second walk-through where things still were not complete after signing. Those items plus a list of 12 other items had to go to warranty claim. Both Chuck and Ryan are great, however, everyone else like tradesman have not been hospitable. If you do the job right the first time, then we do not have to call you, however, if it was incomplete or done poorly, its should be fixed since it is a BRAND NEW home. The sales team that we had was amazing, It really depends on the sales team and if you get a good one on one experience with your contractor, sales agent, and closing rep. The home is well-built and the process was smooth only because of them. The Corporate office, warranty process and attention to issues after closing was poor. How you file warranty claims after closing is horrible, it takes forever to get issues solved, and you have to follow up multiple times before anyone pays attention to your issue.

It is very obvious that nobody has recently ves the rules of the community. I have been reporting trash cans on the parking spots and still no resolution. Other thing is that I must be paying 160 dollars by the HOA fee and I have been charge 196 per month, I am going to disput it, I have not been paying it.

Some minor things wrong that I am now starting to find. Nothing major though. Jeb has been outstanding throughout the process!!! Always gets back to you right away. As far as the community... trying to live in my townhome as construction continues around me has not been fun. Parking is poorly planned. Construction workers playing there music loud, etc. Also things not being explained to me before they happen. Great house and love where I live

Living in the new house has been great and everything has been amazing. The only thing that’s bother some is the building that’s still going on around my house has caused a lot of careless trash on the side of my house and in my lawn and street. I understand there will be some that goes on with construction but the workers are just very careless with their lunch trash and that type of stuff and really dirties up the neighborhood.

We love this house. However, some workmanship was poor, the grounds are getting landscaped and finished very slowly, and issues aren’t getting addressed timely.

Overall, the house is good quality and we are happy with our purchase, but handling warranty issues is not Century's forte. They do not respond quickly and still have not fixed our issues.

I loved working with Julie in sales, and Gerret, the construction manager. I was very disappointed that I received no response to the claim that I submitted on the website....it was sent months ago, and I haven't heard anything. There were some punch list items that were not completed, even after I was assured that someone would return to my home to take care of them.

It is unfortunate that when you have an issue with your home and have to make a claim that they don’t let you know they received your message or let you know when they are coming out to resolve it. I always had to reach out to my sales person to try and get anything done. They still haven’t fixed a few of my issues. Nothing bugs me more than people that say they are going to do something and they don’t. Seems to me like once they get your money, they could careless about you and your home after that!!

Mary was a exceptional sales agent. However, there was an issue with the construction and the floor plan. Century tried make it seem my fault which was totally false and charged me to fix it. I believe they are totally unprofessional and bullied the small guy. Terrible experience for an1st time home buyer. I hope I don’t regret moving in later

After being here for a couple of months I am starting to notice small things like nails sticking thru the carpets, especially on the stairs. I have a hole in my shower that I reported almost a month ago and still no response. I expect to find small things but I also expect a reply when I submit a service ticket.

Our sales person (Brianna) and GC who handled warranty (Cody) for first 30 days were great! Warranty department is terrible. We have submitted a warranty claim for a few items and have not gotten a response. The flooring contractor has failed to fix floor boards after two or three visits, we have no kitchen lights, and there are dripping noises in the master bath.
