This has been such a great community to live in! Century has been super responsive with anything that needs to be fixed and we are grateful.

My experience buying a home at Century Communities has been great! Home has all modern amenities and wireless connectivity. The sales and customer relations teams are very helpful and responsive. They take care of the smallest of details in new homes. I'm sure we'll enjoy this beautiful home in the years to come

The build team has been done a great job and ensured that the house is ready to move in for the family such that there was only 1 thing to do = "ENJOY and live the moment". Thank you Joe and Team, its just as you promised. The purchase process was made so smooth and workable by the sales team (Thank you Rachel and IHL). The repair team have been so efficient and kind to attend to any smallest points that has been reported and it has been fixed EVEN during the pandemic. We have had such a wonderful experience, the process of buying our first home went by quickly and smooth we love the location. Our house has been everything we have been looking for our floor plan let's us grow for many, many years to come.

As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and Century Communities (along with my agent) were always there providing answers and making this process faster and easier. They provided me with incentives that I applied to my closing costs. House construction/ material is very good and the prices are a no-brainer.

Century Representatives have great customer service, they walk you through the whole process and are available at all times to assist with whatever questions or concerns one might have.

Nice and quiet development.

This community was our top choice and we were very grateful to be selected to purchase a home here. The gated aspect provides a sense of security and these homes are in the Brentwood school district which has great ratings. The home itself is beautiful and we feel so fortunate being able to call this community home. We are looking forward to the completion of the pool, park and clubhouse in the near future. It just keeps getting better. Thank you, Century, for this amazing community!

You don’t have to outbid others for a new home and they put you on a waitlist for the model that you want. My only issue is all the small imperfections that come with newer houses that are being mass produced, but the foreman has been cooperating and helpful with fixing any issues. Pricing is decent considering for CA.

Sales team was very responsive and attentive. Lender, Dee Dee was extremely helpful. Would respond to all questions very promptly and was understanding.

Our overall experience was good. Till handover, the builder ensured paperwork was completed on time, with all the intermediate steps. All site visits were very professionally handled with attention paid to all the small things our inspection found. All the people we interacted with were competent & friendly. The projected hand over date went over by a single week, which was excellent given the mess the pandemic created in the construction industry's supply chain. Move in date was handled well. I love you my new home. It has a fantastic view, and everything is modernized and upgraded. It's like living in an updated version of Monica and Rachel's place.

After 4 months, I'm very pleased with my new home in the East Garrison development in Marina, California. The sales, design, and construction staff were first rate, giving good advice on a variety of issues while encouraging me to put a personal stamp on the home. The final product shows good quality construction with very few issues post-move-in. Those issues were mostly addressed efficiently, although some much faster than others. In cases where the issues involved non-Century external contractors, the response time has been quite slow. The resulting home has been a pleasure to set up and live in, and has proven to be very energy-efficient. Some things that would have improved the experience: 1. Option to pick an electric range. Only natural gas options were offered and that's not OK at a time when electric appliances are clearly the best option. 2. Option to pick an electric flow-activated water heater and possibly furnace, although the local utility might not yet have the capacity for that. 3. Worked with a terrific sales person who took the time to fine just the right place for us. By the way, we did it all from another state.

Very responsive to the minor warranty claims. Quick repair and great communication.

My wife and I were fortunate to have been able to buy this home especially in this market. We felt that we got a great deal for such a quality build. The staff at Century has been helpful and polite. The community is still being built but we enjoy the quiet otherwise. Our neighbors are awesome as well. Everyone is very friendly. Just waiting for the clubhouse now.

We love our new condo. The salespeople understood our needs and helped make the moving experience about as stress free as possible. The quality of our new home is excellent so far.
