Our initial interaction and subsequent ones with Nate, our salesperson, was very informative and that was instrumental in us moving forward. This is the fifth home we built and we definitely got good value for our money. As far as the builder’s team, they were responsive but I feel they could do better. Some things initially fell through the cracks but luckily they got resolved later. Our Customer Care rep Jimmy, is responsive and stays on top of things. Living in Florida and washed out by the hurricane we were stuck in rental houses. Unable to move due to circumstances of health for more than a year. We were able to purchase a home and via live video build our home. Very pleased.

Joe helped me through out the process of buying my home. Joe was always there and took care of me. When I did my walk thru and had a few thing that needed to be taken care of. The Title group were communicative and responded timely to questions and requests documents. The title portal was very helpful. The Sales team was proactive and supportive in helping us find the perfect lot. They even set up our trust proactively for close. The Construction team addressed all our issues timely - without complaint and delays. They educated us on our new home. The Warranty team reached out proactively to educate us on the service request procedure and ensured our appliances were registered timely and accurately. The Warranty team continues to complete our punch list.

I just had a home built in the Del Webb Veramendi community in Texas and couldn't be happier with the process. Cody H was my construction manager and he kept me up-to-date on all the different phases of the build, which was much appreciated since I was in Michigan! Now that I've closed and moved in, he's been a big help with follow-up instances of learning about my home....like how to prep the home for a freeze or where the 220-breaker box is. I think I'm going to love it here!
