Working with Mark our salesman and Roby our building manager was great. The communication was great.

This is our 3rd home, and our second home where we chose the design and accessories. Del Webb and their employees were great and helping to guide us through the process. Was it a flawless experience? No (nothing in life is flawless), did Del Webb and their staff did everything to make it an enjoyable and stressful free environment? Yes! The quality of materials used and the final product were great. Can some upgrades offered be outsourced cheaper? Yes. That is an individual decision to make, and you have to take into consideration that anything done on the outside of the home, will require you to close on your home first, and then submit for an ARC approval, which if you filled out correctly after reading what is allowed, can take up to 45 days for an answer of approval or denial. If you have to resubmit your ARC request due to missing information or non approval, you have to start the process all over again. So if time is not important to you, and you can wait several months to get an ARC approval, then dont upgrade through PULTE, and get an individual contractor, but if you want to move in and not worry about delays, then get the upgrade with PULTE. Our only complaint that could have made the process better where the following: 1- Pulte finance- Although we informed them of the importance of the closing date and Time constraints and their assurance it would not be an issue, they tried several times to change closing date and Time for their convenience, ultimately honoring our request. Additionally they asked for the same documents several times, even though we had attached them to their portal. Every time someone filled in for the financial advisor, we would receive another request to submit documents, that were already attached. They also told us 12 hours before closing that a document was missing, and for which we had already spoken to our main financial advisor, and were cleated, and they wanted to change our closing date and Time just hours before, due to their own negligence. PS- Your mortgage and insurance through Pulte will be sold to another company by the time your first mortgage payment is due. Design studio - An EV charger displayed in their website with photos was not what we paid for and received. We were informed that what we paid for was an EV 240 v plug on the wall. Which we disputed because that is not what was on display in their site. Pulte finally did the right thing. I requested they update their website to avoid further confusion with new home buyers. I have not checked to see if they updated their website. Home quality- We were assigned a construction manager (Morgan) who was excellent and kept us informed through the whole process. This is my 14th newly built home, and it has by far been the best home in all aspects. I have owned Toll Brothers, Miller & Smith, Beazer, Ryan, NVR, to name a few and Pulte's craftsmanship, customer service, quality, pricing and willingness to work with the homeowner has been nothing but superior - far out pacing their competitors! If you are look for the best quality, service, loyalty and all around great experience, purchase a Pulte home - you will not be disappointed!

General contractor was on time, available, took care of all my concerns. He went the extra mile to complete a beautiful home!

The process went pretty smoothly. Pulte worked with me to accommodate my schedule. They completed everything prior to settlement. Alec, my project manager, was on top of getting the items fixed found on walk through. He was very through with his own walk through that I found only a couple of things. I was also impressed by how clean the house was on move in day. 2 months in and I am very happy with everything. I recommend Pulte as a builder.

What an extraordinary home buying experience! I discovered the Del Webb development two years before I found my perfect home, and was able to purchase. From my first visit drive through the area I was struck with the beauty of the homes, as well as the amount of well kept green space. The day I purchased was quite unique. Totally pleased with the community. It is everything we had hoped it would be. Excellent value for the money. For an active 55 plus person, there is no better community with all of the planned amenities.

The entire experience from start to finish was easy and professional. Pulte was accomodating to us when we wanted certain adjustments to our plan that weren't normally allowed. Justin, our construction manager was awesome. Always available, always responsive. I have heard horror stories about Pulte houses and mistakes and problems so was prepared for the worst. There wasn't one thing wrong with our home.
