We live out of state and were unable to have on-site viewing as our home was being built. Our Field Supervisor was great about sending us pictures, and calling to talk with us about the progress of the construction. When we came for the final walk-through and signing, we were so happy to see we had a lovely, well-built home. We still are not moved in yet, but have had an opportunity to spend some time in our new home. Everything works as it should, and the few issues that we had were addressed right away and resolved satisfactorily. Sales people very helpful

We were surprised at how easy and efficiently the home was planned and built. The process was definitely made easier and more stress free by our building supervisor . He kept us up to date and dealt with any issues that came up. Overall we were very happy with the process and felt we got very good value for our money.

Pulte made the process easy and smooth. We were kept up to date weekly on the progress. Shelly and Kohl are Rock Stars! What a pleasure to work with! If there was a negative, some more interior paint colors would have been nice. All in all we are very pleased and satisfied!

dry wall to thin. suggest to double thickness of drywall and rather charge a little more for what would be a big improvement.

Overall 4.5 rating. Our Project Manger was outstanding keeping us informed and reacting and taking care of construction issues.

If you're building new, hire a Home Inspector before closing, or better yet hire and Inspector during the build process. It will save time down the road.

Purchased "ready move in" house. Great experience from contract to move-in.

Nothing is perfect in life. This home is close. Our golf course lot is gorgeous. Helping us place our home on the lot was a crucial part of our build. The fact that we have had past experience with home construction helped us be more understanding when problems came up.

Elaine in the sales office was great and Nate in the loan office was also great. As for the house being ready at close it was right down to the wire. The house looked clean on top but wasn’t that good once we started looking around.There was a lot of talk but not much getting done and things we bought up that needed attention were not finished.

The quality of the people is great, very friendly and welcoming. We had the whole interior of our home repainted and some drywall repaired, we paid out of pocket for that. We still have an exterior wall that needs paint also. I do not believe the house was cleaned after construction, I am still finding drops of paint on countertops and dust that should have been cleaned prior to us moving in. But I will say overall so far we love our house I just wish there was a little more attention to detail.

The Buying and closing process was fantastic. The issue I have is we are 45 days in the house and we are still waiting for half of the closing walk repair list to be completed. We are now at the 30 day repair list and 10 days past submitting and no repairs have been scheduled. We don’t even have parts to use the full extent of our microwave. The AC still isn’t working correctly, it blows like a wind tunnel and you can’t talk or hear the TV over the noise.

I love my house. This is the 2nd Del Webb community I have lived in. I have several issues, one being no hot water in master bathtub, only lukewarm water. When the warranty department finally contacted me they couldn’t understand how I have no hot water at the tub but have hot water at the sinks. Someone was supposed to call me but so far I have not heard from anyone. I have several issues I have turned with pictures but have not heard anything. Terrible customer service.

Our Build Manager (Dana) has been exceptional. He has taken care of every request whenever issues occurred. He responds when needed and has always acted professionally and courteous. Our number one issue is with the home is our flooring. Our tile floor was installed improperly and poorly. We obtained our keys on February 3, 2023 and to this day our tile floor has not been corrected. The few tiles that were replaced caused issues to a number of adjoining tiles (caused them to become loose). After meeting with a tile installer, we have determined there are approximately 75 tiles that are either loose or have hollow spots. Just a very very poor installation job. Entered request for repair/replacement two issues have not heard anything. Getting ready to enter two more issues hopefully I’ll get a response. The house is great but I question the workmanship. Some work appears sloppy or just get the job done to head to the next house. Not what I expected from Pulte

Not enough qualified and experienced tradesman out there to get the quality as expected. Just take a look at your customer care center and look at how many follow ups for building flaws there are. It’s rediculous. Do it right the first time or don’t do it at all.

Keep an eye on the workmanship!

The overall quality is the best. As with any builder, there are finishing issues they respond to attentively.

This is my fourth Pulte home. The homes are being built too quickly and the attention to detail is lacking. I had my own inspection after closing that revealed several issues with the home. Specifically the attic and roof. Areas that cannot be seen by the home owner.

The process was 99% positive. During final walk thru there were several things not completed and missed. Made a mistake after our construction manager asked to sign off even though not 100% then the next day got an email from him asking for a good review, we did. Then still waiting to get things fixed. Dishwasher was not hooked up at all. So I had to do it myself…. Door from garage to laundry room was missing a seal so bugs have easy access, had hire a exterminator…

The home buying process is rather easy. It is trying to get things fixed that were noted on the walkthru that have not been completed.
