We would highly ask for Elaine if you're interested in this community. She is absolutely fantastic. Communication was great and she even sent us pictures of the build progress since we live out of state. Elaine is 5 stars!!! Everything about the community is top notch. The home designs are very good and there's plenty of options to get exactly what you want. So all that is 5 stars. The builder needs to take more time and making sure that the home is in good working order, before handing over to the homeowner. They need to hire more staff on the Job Sites to insure that this happens. We are now hiring an Inspector to make sure that this house has been built propertly .

We bought during covid, so things were definitely different. I don’t think the design center was very helpful when it came time to pick things out. Good thing I brought my daughter with. I thought the quality of the build could have been better. The painters were the worst, still finding paint drips to this day. Good idea to make weekly visits to check on progress, with covid and living in another state this was difficult for us. Our sales consultant and field manager were great to work with, unfortunately the field manager left a month after we moved in.

I am very disappointed in the lack of pride or workmanship in the house. We have many ongoing issues to be corrected. Some of which are out of square walls which they will not correct. Hardwood flooring that was damaged and has been repaired twice only to be damaged even more while repairs happened. Many blemishes in the texturing and pour drywall finishing including a huge gap above one door that appeared it was just hammered out. Some electrical issues that were not correctly wired. Our home is very nice - but leaving a dirt square by our front door is very disappointing. It wouldn’t have taken very much to cement our front patio since there is a cement walkway RIGHT NEXT TO IT that leads to our front door. The pony wall that surrounds the dirt area is attached to the house, therefore it is “part” of the house. We feel the house is not finished.

Could not get build issues resolved prior to closing and once they had their money, call back issues take forever and don't seem to fix many of the problems. Not the same Pulte experience I had in Virginia.

The build quality of our new home is excellent! We were also impressed with the responsiveness and support from our Field Manager, Kohl F. However, the landscaping by Pulte's preferred contractor was a major disappointment and we will need to redo it all. Do not use their contractor. You will regret it.

We had a home inspection done two days after we moved in by an independent agent. We would highly recommend any new buyer to do so. The finish elements done by the trades were definitely not ‘high end’ but probably typical with tract home builders. The charges for upgrades were high enough to incentivize us to do some upgrades on our own after moving in. Glad we did. Lesson learned: Never sign closing documents assuming the builder will complete promised repairs afterward, even if you're acting in good faith. We were assured that all identified repairs had been finished, but several were not. Additionally, the project manager claimed that our oven's intermittent ignition (turning on and off every 5 minutes during baking) was normal operation. However, the manufacturer later confirmed this is not normal and may pose a safety risk. I have a window blind that has not worked, new construction, since the day I moved in. My construction manager, Steve, told me that he knew it was broken before I moved in. It's now almost 2 months later and still not fixed! He wanted me to give him a good review in the beginning so I did. But after that I have not heard from him once. The process of choosing our lot, decorating, building, and financing our new build home was very exciting and a great experience, so during that time I would have gladly recommended (and did) DelWebb/Pulte to others. However, now that we have moved into our property it has not been a very good experience. The options and flexibility was extremely limited for new construction. Example: If you didn't want one of the 3 lighting options given you had to buy & install light fixtures/fans yourself. Also, the interior upgrades were grossly overpriced. I would say the quality is slightly above average for both the interior and exterior work. The Del Webb community itself is very nice.
