After you sign on the dotted line and home closed. Good luck getting anything repaired that is on your 30 day list. AWFUL!!! It has been a nightmare. My thermostat was wired wrong months to get fixed. Still not completely fixed as they need to go in and adjust vents as it does not evenly distribute air flow and little devices that are suppose to do that do not work. Patio door you have to lean in to close and they say that is normal NOT Still fighting to get that replaced The door is not square. They blame the concrete people. Tired of fighting I own a new home it should be one. Stucco has cracks and small holes in area. They came out once and fixed couple and left all the rest that were marked with blue tape. Stucco all over covers for electrical outside. Still waiting on new ones for that. Stucco appmnt still not complete Tile in shower needs to be replaced as defective. Still waiting on that. They blamed plumber. I can go on and on with repairs that have still not been completed You get the idea I am not going to list all things that need fixing. I moved in end of October we are not beginning of February and still waiting for repairs to be completed. Once you sign on the dotted line they are done with you and get frustrated when you call to get repairs done. I have been more than patient, been nice, but now loosing my patience. This has been a great experience and the builder has been very responsive to out questions and concerns.

The entire process was very smooth. My suggestion to Pulte Construction is to install hot water recirculation systems in every home! The save Water and Money

Very disappointed that they put in the wrong master vanity and I now have to live with the mess...

This builder is worth trying

I am very disappointed in the lack of pride or workmanship in the house. We have many ongoing issues to be corrected. Some of which are out of square walls which they will not correct. Hardwood flooring that was damaged and has been repaired twice only to be damaged even more while repairs happened. Many blemishes in the texturing and pour drywall finishing including a huge gap above one door that appeared it was just hammered out. Some electrical issues that were not correctly wired. Chipped granite countertop that was repaired but still looks poor. Cabinets with many dings and scratches and very poor adjustment of doors. A bath tub creeks each time there is movement inside of it. A poorly designed hot water system that means even on full hot it is barely hot enough to have a shower. There is some poor planning and design of the home with such things as poor placement of electrical outlets and placement of a doorbell which cannot be heard through most of the home. We enjoyed our superintendent, he did a good job. The problem is with the finishes inside the house. The materials used are definitely builder grade, the paint job is questionable, and the overall fit and finish is borderline. While the house is probably going to last ok, a lot of work needs to be done to clean up the finishes on the doors, casing, and baseboard. The cabinets are a low grade, but the granite countertops are very well done. The texture on the interior walls is adequate, but the interior paint is very low quality. Steve, our construction lead, and his partner were great! they were quick to answer questions and fix any issues we had, very responsive and knowledgeable.

Build a good house

Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend Pulte as a builder. We really enjoyed working with our Field Manager, Joey -- he was very responsive and helpful. Our one BIG complaint has to to do the walls -- the texturing on the walls was very poorly done, and we can't seem to get it fixed. In addition, we're VERY disappointed that our only choice was flat paint on the walls, which we totally dislike. We would have been willing to pay more for a satin or eggshell paint, but it wasn't an option.

I absolutely love this home. We moved in in December and not 2 months later we had a huge storm.., high winds, sheets of rain and hail (both vertical AND HORIZONTAL!!) and this house stood solid. The community is gorgeous, it is definitely a resort community. Well planned and well maintained. The house itself is designed with beauty and comfort. The spaces are thought out. Easy to place existing furnishings. Finishes are beautiful. I am so glad we chose this community, this builder and this home. I give them a 10 out of 10!!!!

Great buying experience everything went as planned

The people associated with Pulte from the sales team to the field managers are all very helpful, personable and easy to work with. We purchased our house and lot during Covid19, sight unseen from 1000 miles away and it was the easiest home we have had built to date. We worked with a designer online using facetime to choose our cabinets, counter tops, flooring, etc... and our sales rep. gave us good advice on what features and options to go with. He also sent us photos of the construction process each week and answered any questions or concerns that we had. Nothing was ever cleaned up in or around the sight during the entire build.

Homes are basically built very well, but at the same time they go up fast. Home buyers are given ample opportunity to stay abreast of plans, changes, and overall progress. COVID-19 has affected some aspects, and we wish we could have somehow "gotten the jump" on things like landscaping and window coverings so they could get started near closing. But no regrets here!

Sales really did a good job BUT Sign says new homes starting in the low 200s,mm Always ask what is the lot premium, will pay more for a nice lot Always ask what is the average price increase by % of base buyer spend on upgrades, to get a really nice house you will need to spend 20-30% on upgrades for nice stuff. Not much bending on the PULTE way of building, schedule changes etc.

Pulte is only in it for the profit. Build quality very poor... They'll tell you one thing and do another.

I don't believe she new what she was doing....lied to me and very unprofessional. Also I have called 4 times and the cable line is crushed so we have no internet Cody told me not to contact him so I called the office and they emailed him I also emailed no response.

I have been in our home 6 weeks, all of the whirlpool appliance do not work. Have to call Whirlpool directly, get a service technician out here - after 5 days he comes out and tells me he has to order parts that take 4 to 6 weeks. I paid over $600K for this home - all appliances should work. I would like a call from a Pulte Manager to discuss this problem

Do not expect a "Quality Build"

The builder has low expectations and standards. Builder is focused on building fast and NOT on building a good quality production home, that is too bad , they have some Awesome floor plans. The trades are pushed to get things done FAST, so they are either unable or unqualified to do a good job. It has been over 30days since we completed our 30 day list of things to be fixed and the only response was we will schedule in the next month or two.

Bobbie was our agent and she kept in constant contact with us throughout the process.

We are still left with lots of little repairs that need to be done and talking with our neighbors we are not alone.It would seem that with this building boom that’s going on in festival that selling and building fast has taken priority over doing a good job.
