Definitely more attention needed to detail in the cleanup process before closing and occupancy; paint spots in many places including floors, counters, electrical outlet plates, lighting fixtures and plumbing fixtures to name a few. To make our experience great overall, the above named issues could have easily been handled. Thank you.

Pulte's team pulled together and resolved a disaster and turned it into a wonderful experience. I bought my first Pulte home in 1979 and I would buy Pulte again but this is my forever home. I would recommend Pulte to anyone who was in the market for a new home.

The buying experience was not stressful. The quality of the house is awesome. Del Webb has their processes down, construction, sales, design center, financing and closing. Well done.

The community seems great with some really great owners. We are looking forward to becoming a part of this group.

Roof tiles not mortered down, foam showing in roof eve, needs stucco, roof dryer vent installed wrong, walls in house not straight. Baseboards not straight,bath cabinet installed wrong, shelves will not stay in place, caulk not finished in bathroom and kitchen, floor outlet missing screws, some kitchen cabinets are warped, overspray on cement patio, window caulk missing, patio screen door does not slide properly, dishwasher installed improper crooked, installer just cut off one mounting bracket, too much to list all

We were a cash only purchase and we were able to get our house in 30 days. Being able to do this and be in our new home before Christmas was a great help! Our construction manager, Robby, has been very good about follow up and making sure all is well in our house.

The construction manager was the best part of the building experience with Pulte. Explained thing very well, quick response to our questions, very helpful.

This is my 1st buying a new build and what an experience, I was not coached or didn’t have help in decision making or missed things that were very important, lesson learned, but overall very happy

Our Construction Manager, Dana, was amazing!! Our Selling Agent, Aaron was also amazing!! We have been extremely impressed with the communication, quality, and attention to detail. We are looking forward to spending the rest of our lives in this great community.

Mediocre for these reasons. Here are some of many after move in. Floors, counters filthy on move in and was promised it would be cleaned during walkthrough. Leaking plumbing after day one. After a month they still have not cleaned all the paint splatter and epoxy globs they left on tile floor. Cracked tile, glass scratches, missing outlet covers, sink drain stoppers not working, obviously out of line can lights… Here is the low down. DelWebb/Pulte is a production builder. They claim quality but supervisors do not do quality control so you are depending on quality sub-contractors they use. Then you are responsible for identifying problems, which will be many, scheduling the subs, burning a lot of your own time to make things right that should have been taken care of by DelWebb/Pulte. They bank on you not identifying problems and heard many stories of extremely difficult subs from neighbors. They try to wear you down. I highly recommend getting a professional home inspection in first week of move in. Inspector found some serious problems with my roof and other structural stuff I would not have found myself. Very dirty home. Absolutely no care taken in delivering a clean home. Silicone and stains on tile floors. Carpets were extremely loaded with dust and saw dust.

Although our inspector said that for a Pulte home ours was above average we still had lots of issues. Shortcuts were taken, poor workmanship, and lots of waiting for warranty services (not with contractors but Pulte coordination). I felt that we were coerced into giving good ratings because staff told us that their jobs were tied to it and in one instance we were told that if we couldn't give a rating of 10, not to rte them at all. WHAT??

Like the final home as a hole. We would have like a little more communication with the varies subcontractors. We felt the inside of house during construction could have been kept cleaner. Overall we are very happy with the final home .The formen Josh did answer questions when they came up.

Overall great experience from start to finish
