Sold us out like a red headed step child!

Pulte mortgage had our loan for a month, than sold it to a company we’ve never even heard of! That’s ridiculous, we trusted them with our home buying process because we thought they were an outstanding choice, but we found out after making our first house payment, they just needed us for their numbers and then sold us to the highest bidder! Not happy and considering refinancing with our credit union like we originally planned now! Del Webb is awesome, it’s Pulte we have the issue with! Winnie took great care of us and the rest of the Del Webb staff as well!

Can’t believe you would do most things that a better builder would do but no semigloss paint in baths is a cheesy way to cut corners

The sales person was very helpful. The superintendent was very thorough and attentive to detail. We love the home, amenities and the neighborhood. The builder did a great job. However, the HOA has been miserable to deal with. There is no communication, poor response time, a substandard web interface for processing payment and requests. The architectural review committee is even worse, if that is possible. Had I know about the HOA and management company, I probably would not have purchased here.

The buying process was good. We had an inspection prior to closing even though it was a new build. Glad we did, found issues ranging from, needs to be taken care of now to touch up paint like issues. We felt like we got a very good price for the home. Our main issue is, we were told of a few minor things when we did our walk thru after closing that still have not been resolved. We also had some tile issues that are in the process of being addressed but its taking a while. They needed to purchase a box of tiles, two plus weeks ago and we haven't been contacted as to when the tiles and ...

Superintendent Travis has been very responsive at helping with punchlist and warranty issues. Build quality-there are walls that are not at right angles, messy grout work and drainage issues. HVAC issues that are unresolved. Noisy A/C condenser.

We chose to look at Del Webb properties after looking at a property in Palm Springs. We looked at both properties in Phoenix and Tucson and really loved the entire experience in Tucson-from the tour that Winnie gave us to the quality of the homes and the entire property and location. We looked at several other properties and they didn’t come close. We are really excited about our new home!

incompetent untrained lazy workmen created low quality house.

shoddy workmanship of untrained installers/carpenters/stucco appliers/painters/cabinetbuilders resulted in a very low quality house. Nasty HOA compounds the mistake of moving here.

From the moment we purchased and signed for our new home everyone was very helpful and very professional. From the sales person Mary Beth all the way to our construction site manager, Nick. If we had any questions with the processes, both of them were immediately helpful in answering our questions. A problem with a few contractor issues, but Nick addressed it immediately for us. I cannot say enough about the professionalism with this team. I will only purchase a Pulte home. My son is currently having a Pulte home built. This is our second Pulte home.

We have had minor issues after we moved in. Our construction manager said he would fix everything but has not. The workmanship on drywall was sloppy with gaps between trim and floor/ walls. They didn’t clean our house properly before move in. There was paint splattered on floors, windows were not clean, and tub had marks that aren’t removable.

The home is sound structurally, but the finish work leaves a lot to be desired. For instance, we have been waiting over two months for the kitchen cabinets to be completed. It is simply unacceptable. Paint quality is terrible. The paint itself is low quality and in many areas of the house it looks like a three year old did the job. We are still waiting for the promised paint fixes, both interior and exterior, to be completed.
