Pulte Team, My wife and I moved into our home in the Del Webb community in Dove Mountain approximately 2 months ago. We thought it would be important for you to receive feedback on our experience. My wife and I have purchased 5 new homes in our lifetime together and have had the opportunity to evaluate the difference in quality of material and workmanship. I have built several homes for myself and spent over 30 years in construction. I feel my review is reasonable and accurate. 1. The Pulte team I dealt with were all professional, polite, and helpful. I give them an A. 2. The quality of material and workmanship was, at best, a c+. 3. Choices at the design center were limited and most items were overpriced. 4. The inflexibility of management was extremely frustrating and disappointing. 5.. Due to Covid-19, I have not experienced the clubhouse or amenities. We moved in one week before the Covid 19 crisis affected the US. We have found Del Webb to use that excuse to delay fixing issues that could be addressed during this time.

Our experience was not good. We closed on a house that had no electric, gas, and roof not completed. Some of the sub-contractors did sloppy work. The construction manager pushed back on many things. I was happy with most of my upgrades, but had to watch them closely as the manager missed putting in some of my contract upgrades. We were out of town, but you really need to be there during their builder process.

I had never had a house built before and would probably not do it again. It was a bummer seeing poor quality products being used on my house and all of the set backs along the way. I couldn't believe the amount of trash and garbage litter through the job site. I couldn't believe how much people just didn't care. My friend built a house too and she has had a tremendous amount of issues with her house. The neighbors all have a story to share.

incompetent untrained lazy workmen created low quality house.

shoddy workmanship of untrained installers/carpenters/stucco appliers/painters/cabinetbuilders resulted in a very low quality house. Nasty HOA compounds the mistake of moving here.

the quality of work is awful, I don't know where they get there tradesmen from, but the work is awful. They trip over each other destroying each others sad work skills. Was not impress with the celebration walk through wanted to cry. I am 30 odd days out and still have a punch list and the company is fighting with me weather they are responsible for the repairs. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
