So many drops of paint on tile and carpets, hasn’t anyone heard of drop cloths? Convection ovens are commonplace today, but not in our new house.

I want to start by saying that our overall building experience was good. On the plus side, the house design and features that we agreed to up front, were followed through to perfection. The project manager, Nick, was awesome and kept us informed during the build process and was responsive to our needs. However, we were disappointed with the condition of the home at final walk thru/closing. The whole process seemed rushed, which made for a lot of unresolved issues. For example, the paint that was done so neatly in the model home (e.g. nice clean, straight lines between the wall and trim), ...
