We were looking to down size our home and please to find Del Webb in the area. We have always like the design and quality. The community here at Terramor has been well planned and the Terrance Club is amazing. We look forward to years of resort living.

Having to drive 2 hours to the design center was a problem, especially for an over 55 community.

The quality of materials is good but the workmanship is poor, especially the finish work. Getting punch list items fixed is not easy. I had to hire my own crew to come in after closing.

The community is great and all the people we have met are very nice. The selection and design process was organized. Of course, be prepared for multiple decisions along the way on upgrades and design choices. The construction process was amazingly fast, but high quality. The small touches are great. Our project manager, Chad was great. Thanks.

Del Webb homes are a good value for the money from a builder who has vast experience and resources in building new home communities. The quality of their direct employees is very high and they are responsive to homeowner concerns as they arise. Evidently there is a bit more flexibility in considering homeowner requested modifications during the building process than you are led to believe at the beginning.

We have been in our Del Webb Rancho Mirage home for a month now. We are loving every minute of it. The folks at Del Webb and Pulte Homes have been very responsive to any questions and quick to remedy any details that needed attention. Friends who have visited have affirmed our belief about the home's layout and functionality. For us, it's perfect and we love it.

We were so excited every time we heard from Del Webb. It gave us a sense of involvement in many aspects so we could feel part of this process. Living far away, we could not just drop by to see progress. It was great to have our update and walk-thru appointments. And our Project Manager even sent us photos along the way. There were only minor things that needed attention, and they were taken care of right away. Thank you, Del Webb for a job well done.

When purchasing a home, we are often caught up in the joy of the moment. Time and time again, we view the models, bring friends and loved ones to get their reactions, hoping to make a purchase. Where we go wrong as potential buyers is that we forget to look at the overall construction and time spent in building our home. It is no surprise that when we do our walk through, we are caught up in the moment, just wanting to get in. The nightmare starts when we realize that there are so many problems, from leaks, poor installs, grout errors, poor paint matches, out of alignment windows, and just sloppy workmanship that we will spend the better part of 8 weeks stuck at home waiting for repairs that should have been done correctly in the first place. We liked that our new home was absolutely move in ready!

Very poorly built! We have had a lot of issues and are still waiting for a handful of items to be repaired! The response time from the team is unexpectedly slow! It has been very disappointing!

Del Webb utilizes inexpensive finishes. Quality of build comparable to spec home. Home build time rushed. Communication horrible. Lack of follow through or don’t respond at all to questions regarding home - community. Upgrade charges inflated. Upgraded master shower and secondary bath shower, at almost same upgrade charge. Secondary bath half the size and half the material, did not get what we paid for. Shower head second bath not even mounted on tile surface, instead mounted to drywall.
