Buying with Dell Webb was extremely easy. It started with the sales agents then to to finance, then design. Dell Webb made so easy they even offered homeowner insurance. It was truly a one stop shop with buying our new home.

Love my new home

No home should ever be delivered the way this was terrible customer service and no attention to detail. I still have many issues and left with a whirlpool refrigerator that I asked to be replaced due to noise level and was told to pound sand. I will be submitting this to small claims. How about some customer service what ever happen to that.

The staff in general were great to work with from beginning to end. The Purchase, closing and move in went smoothly. Everything went as promised. Several small issues post move, but all were taken care of in rapid fashion. Beware the basic paint option on the interior is not very good. Anything that rubs against it will leave a mark. Not the builders fault, we chose to lower cost option. Ton's of little details to be aware of but everyone has been very helpful. There are deadlines to have your back yard landscaping complete. You must turn in the detailed plans 3 months from closing date and complete the project in 6 Months, which could be a problem for someone on a tight budget. It was a wonderful experience quite remarkable

The whole process from the purchase to the move in was quick. The whole experience was very pleasant. We shopped around for our next home with a list of things we would like in it. Del Webb had a home with all that was on our list. We feel the home we purchased is of good quality and we believe this one offered the best value. Some things did not work and I was told it would be a few more weeks to repair. Not really thrilled with the architectural design

We had an outstanding time buying our model home. Brent Felstead is an amazing and wonderful builder and construction manager. He’s the best we have ever encountered. Completely honest, kind, helpful and explained everything in detail that we needed to know about this house inside and out. Extremely caring and wonderful is Brent. He went above and beyond for us on a daily basis. He’s always willing to help in whatever you may need. We are forever grateful to him for making and supervising such a glorious home. Any issues or problems were addressed immediately. He made completely sure everything was in great working order the first day we entered our new home. He checked in with us several times to ensure that we were very happy and always told us he was always here for us. Brent has a big heart and a big smile to match. He’s a wonderful supervisor and more importantly, just an absolutely wonderful person. He made this experience incredibly thrilling for us. Because of his great work, we can live in this house and always feel safe, secure and confident that we have the best-built home. Everything was done with class and care. A home is critical to your happiness in life and we are so happy here and so glad the whole experience was top-notch. Extreme drama at last minute regarding possible change of closing date. Items identified pre-closing were not resolved. Many instances of shoddy workmanship.

Very little if any quality control - no follow up of contractors or subs. Walls way off, windows bowed to the max, expensive floors destroyed by not being covered up and many trades trapzing in with little care. Walls sprayed that look like milk was applied rather than paint. No semi in baths or kitchen. Garage not painted. Locks that don't open. Walk in showers with rain head above and so crooked it was dumb. Kitchen island a complete mess. Home not cleaned well at all upon turning over of keys. Second garage door inoperable. What is worse... everyone and i mean everyone has nothing good to say about their construction. Electrical plates so crooked it's ridiculous. Love the design of the home, will get through this, but i would never ever buy anything again from Pulte. It's been truly awful. ... More

The sales person, Theresa, was awesome keeping me updated on the building process. I love the floor plan and the corner lot was a good choice. The kitchen cabinets were not the best quality, the stain chips off easily. No cement walkway to pull out trash pails. Have to run over the plants to get them out. Other than that I love the house! The amenities are wonderful! Resort style living!

My home was finished on time and they were very attentive to us. Everyone in the community is very friendly and happy. There is a lot of things to do here. I highly recommend this community.

Home meets expectations. Good homebuying experience.

The overall lack of attention to detail is staggering. It started with my arrival to my new home. There is a giant vertical crack that runs right up to my front door. The keys that I was given to the house did not work. I had to go back to the sales office and the construction manager had to let me in. Locksmith had to come back to re-key the locks. There are chips in the exterior stucco all over the house. Grout is missing in both bathrooms. There are chips in the fiberglass surround in one bathroom. The list goes on and on. I tried repeatedly to work directly with my Construction Manager Chad. I have since given up as only one small item was taken care of. Everything from the purchase process to the final walk-through and handing-over of the keys was top notch. We enjoy our new home more and more each day. 5 out of 5 stars!

Contractor Manager is very Knowledgeable and a a pleasure to work with.

The Pulte group of companies made our buying experience SOOO much easier, less complicated. Having the Builder/Seller, the Mortgage, and the Insurer under a single umbrella is the cornerstone of the Pulte Group approach. I cant say enough and am so grateful for the team at Pulte Mortgage - Amber and Frederick are simply Rock Stars! Kelly @ Pulte Insurance is super efficient; Kim and Brent onsite are always responsive and knowledgeable. Cant envision how it could be better!

There is something to be said about experiencing the building process of your home from framing through finish. It is yet another to have the superintendent thoughtfully point out every detail of what is inside the walls. Jason and his team did this and more as we hit every mile stone in the journey whether we had questions or requests each was met with a smile and proudly completed. We could not be happier, as we know we live in a quality home built by quality people. Bravo to Jason, Brent, Chad and all! Thank you!

What a poor experience buying this new home. The home was stock inventory, so it was finished when I saw it. The builder ignored it for the 40 day escrow, didn't perform any repairs/fixes from the walk through until the closing day, didn't finish the repairs and is not responding to many outstanding issues. The home was never properly cleaned, the windows are dirty. Overall, the experience from Del Webb is poor and low quality.

We moved in about a month ago and we are very happy with our new home. Everyone on site was great and very helpful throughout the whole process.

Several problems were not resolved. Most of the window screens do not fit properly into their jams. On just stick out and will NOT fit. I think almost all are just a bit to large for the jams. Shower can NOT adjust flow, temp yes. All the outside drain and sewer access cover have been painted over and will not open with out possible breaking .

Thrilled with my new home and all the people who made it happen - lots of TLC from the very start and along the way.

The sales people were helpful but could have had more training on this property.'
