Our home purchase at Del Webb in Rancho Mirage, CA has been a great new home buying experience. Having purchased new homes in the past, I had much to compare this experience with. By far, this has been the best new home purchase. The whole process was very organized and low-stress. Highly recommend buying a new home from Del Webb.

Once they broke ground the house was on a steady built until it was finish did not miss our closing date

Our home at DelWebb Rancho Mirage is fantastic. We love the open floor plan, exterior home designs are great and community amenities are beautiful. The layout of the community with all the walkways is exactly what we were looking for. We would recommend this community without reservation.

Pulte Homes has built a beautiful and well-built home with many nice functional features for us. Very Highly recommended !

We are very pleased with our new Del Webb Rancho Mirage home. We love the house, the quality of the materials, and the community. We have already made friends and look forward to making more friends and acquittances. Also, the few items that needed attention after we moved in were taken care of quickly.

Property was completed on schedule and we were provided regular photo updates since we could not visit due to the virus issue. Sales agent and builder's rep were extremely helpful and very responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

Location, Location, Location, NEW smart home, great models and choices to choose from. Reasonable prices, wonderful value.

The staff in general were great to work with from beginning to end. The Purchase, closing and move in went smoothly. Everything went as promised. Several small issues post move, but all were taken care of in rapid fashion. Beware the basic paint option on the interior is not very good. Anything that rubs against it will leave a mark. Not the builders fault, we chose to lower cost option. Ton's of little details to be aware of but everyone has been very helpful. There are deadlines to have your back yard landscaping complete. You must turn in the detailed plans 3 months from closing date and complete the project in 6 Months, which could be a problem for someone on a tight budget. Great Club House and work out facility to meet your neighbors..

One officer within Del Webb was dismissive of my concerns. Aside from that one aberrant example, my wife and I were very pleased at everyone’s expertise and kindness. From the front desk personnel, to the salespersons, to the woman guiding us through the interior design process, to the construction foreman and his colleagues, they all have been supportive every step in the process. It’s our first home bought from the ground up, and we couldn’t be more pleased.

Our home buying experience went smoothly. Brent, the construction manager, was especially very helpful and helped to expedite our closing. We are in the process of moving in but really look forward to the activities in the community and enjoying our new home.

The experience was good from beginning to end. The only negative was that we were scheduled to move in on February 24, and then it became April 12. Also, after we moved in, we heard clawing inside the walls. Some animal had found its way in before us, and was living in the walls. Not much help from anybody to get it out, but it sounds like the poor thing has expired.

Overall a positive experience. A few nagging issues, one electrical that I can't seem to get fixed.

Our sales consultant was very responsive to questions in a timely fashion through out the entire building process. We were given the opportunity to a pre-drywall onsite walk through with one of the construction managers and spent several hours on site. Final walk through prior to closing was also an exceptional experience with one of the construction managers and all outstanding issues were resolved in a timely fashion as materials became available and to our full satisfaction.

The operation starting with the builder, the lender, and the escrow company kept us informed and quickly responded to all inquiry. The homes are planned in a very organized fashion facilitating both move in, storage and furnishing the home.

The house was essentially complete except for the appliances which were all installed within 6 weeks. Awesome

The high quality of our home was surpassed only by the outstanding Pulte staff. From sales, finance, insurance, building inspections and follow-up, each individual with whom we interacted were of the highest level of informed, efficient, and personalized professionalism. All aspects of interaction with Pulte fully deserve 5 stars. We LOVE our home.
