Quality home, caring people, great community.

Overall a great experience. High point was the house is great. Low point I bought the solar panels and it has been a complete nightmare. Tesla originally said 1-2 weeks after docs received. Going on 6 weeks. No closer now than when I first moved in. Sours a lot of the experience.

The staff they have in the mortgage lending department are personable and efficient. They always welcomed a phone call. After we moved in, trying to get repairs is not a quick response from the technicians. Pulte answers emails very quickly.

Quality build, impressed so far with their customer service as well. Issues immediately addressed.

The home is extremely well built, insulated and great insulating windows and patio doors.

Realize that some of the responses have been slow due to Covid-19

It is difficult if not impossible to get a resolution to problems. I will list three issues since moving in 1 while cleaning secondary bathroom doors the inside glass door fell off the track. Causing a chop on the lower part of the door. It was difficult vtobreplace the door in the track. After submitting pictures to dell webb Pulte they refused to do anything to the door because they claimed we broke it. 2. Sounding tray in cabinet was off the track submitted a request for repair. I was told the construction manager would come by to fix it 2 weeks later a friend fixed it. 3 before closing I noticed there was paint spattered on the driveway, front entrance and back patio. The construction manager told me he would arrange to take care of it. 4?weeks later there was still paint splattered in the same place. After several calls and visits by the stucco company and the painter each blaming the other both tried power washing to no effect. There has been no resolution after two months. ... More

Not going to lie, buying a new build can be very stressful. you think it will be easy because you get to pick what you want but that is the hard part. Upgrades are not cheap other builders include things this builder does not and vice versa. Highly recommend having an inspector come with you with each walk-through you will miss things and after you moved in it takes a bit to get things fixed if needed or if even whether it’s determined part of warranty or not. But overall the house is pretty, would prefer a different lot but of course everything cost more. The community is great and overall so far Del Webb has been accommodating. ... More

Sales reps and initial customer service were great. Recent follow up by customer service not so good.

No comment. Just the Workmanship is very bad . Will love to share picture if possible.

Sales experience was excellent. Design center experience was good to very good. Quality control during the final phase of finishing the home was awful. Subcontractors are allowed to do sloppy work and get away with it. Many small thing completely overlooked. There was no regard for keeping the finished product clean and damage free. (Flooring & Carpeting). The attitude of the Homebuyer will create a punch list after move in is not a goop practice. I called customer service 3 times in 1 week and ask for a return phone call with no call back. Neighbors have said they have experience the same things. ... More

My experience with your sales agent was excellent. However, since moving in it has been a nightmare of construction deficiencies within the home and exterior issues that have gone unattrended by the HOA customer service department including garbage inundation on my property and broken fencing, and over a month of calls, FAXes and letters to set up autopay for dues!!!

Sales person, Tracy was very helpful. Construction manager, Chad was also very helpful. After move we were transferred to a customer service person who has not been helpful with “fix up issues”. Doesn’t return calls, etc. etc.

Del Webb homes have the greatest clubhouse and the area in which the homes are located is a great area. pricing I find it to be very good.

We moved in about a month ago and we are very happy with our new home. Everyone on site was great and very helpful throughout the whole process.

It's a very nice and great community

The only challenging part of the homebuilding process was the waiting and delays due to inspections or govt officials were taking too long to approve. It caused about a five week+ delay to our build. At no fault of Del Webb/Pulte.

Love the location and the process. Great selection of floorplans, options and finishes. Perfect amenities with the clubhouse and grounds. We got what we wanted. The frustrating piece is that we are two months after closing and the punch list of items still to be corrected is still fairly extensive. Window pane and cabinet fronts to be replaced. Toilet not usable. Chipped tub to be repaired. The list started with over 15 issues so they have been making progress and the fixes have been done with quality. It is just frustrating so set your expectations. We are still happy with our decision and feel that we will end up with a quality dream home. Their process is very good. For example, the streets don't get their final layer of blacktop until several months after the houses are completed to minimize damage by construction trucks. ... More

We love our new home and the community. The closing process was delayed due to construction delays which could have been communicated better in advance to avoid the closing stress. We have had numerous post closing issues which Pulte is very responsive to rectifying as soon as possible. Overall we are very happy in our new home and believe everything will get completed in a reasonable time period.

Our Construction Manager, Michael was great. He was very responsive to correcting the few minor issues we had. He knows how to get things done and is willing to help you out as you are moving in. This was a huge change from our dealings with the sales person Janet. Sh was not helpful, rude and lacked any kind of willings to help us in the home buying process. She is why there are not 5 star rating.
