Great experience, great home, great experience.

I have never lived in a house with such quality construction - not even sure I have ever been in one this nice. Everything little thing was thought out in advance - mitered joints are perfect, trim is perfect; all the doors and cabinets are hung perfectly; tiles are perfectly installed; the big glass door on the shower are perfect; the sprinkler system is absolutely incredible, pavers are perfectly installed; I couldnt believe the garage was sheet rock, textured, painted and trim at the base! I thought the home buying experience was made very by Pulte. We had some challenges to close in 3 weeks but we did it!

materials offered are low-medium quality and limited in options. high-end materials (e.g., fully finished kitchen cabinets) are not available.

Niko was great to work with. Communication was on time and very responsive. During walkthroughs he was very attentive and even pointing out issues we may have missed. Very thorough in explaining the process.

Overall we found Pulte easy to work with and the process was quick, easy and streamlined. We truly enjoyed working with Alex, he is an asset to your team. Responsive to calls and always available to answer any questions. He fixed any issues we found immediately and to our satisfaction.

From contract to closing everything went extremely well. I did have one issue after purchase that I feel could have been handled better . But overall I would strongly recommend a Pulte purchase.

From the beginning with the sales person until my home was built, the process went fairly smoothly. I am satisfied with the quality of my home as I have had two customs homes built in the past. There have been a few problems since I moved in and I find the responses are slow to nonexistent considering I have emailed Pulte and the HOA a number of time about the same problems.

Pulte made the entire process seamless. Used their mortgage co and title co and as advertised they coordinated behind the scenes. Overall pleased with build quality and responsiveness to questions throughout building process. Weekly progress updates were also quite welcome.

Del Webb functioned like a well-oiled machine. While the closing was very easy... let's just say they needed a little more oil in that functional area. They did not get closing numbers to us in a timely manner as promised.

Overall Pulte did an excellent job. However, upgrades were overpriced and wire shelves in the closets are unacceptable at this price point.
