The whole experience with Pulte was very pleasant. From the initial sales process with Ross, who was incredibly helpful, to Tina in the mortgage and financial aspect, who was very patient, accessible and also helpful, to Niko in the construction area who went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the resolution of any issues. They all were marvelous and I am very happy in my new home. It has been a great experience.

Our sales agent, Jeff and construction manager, Chris were very professional and responsive throughout the construction process.

My wife purchased a new home in Del Webb in 2020. We were not married at that time. When we decided to marry I made the decision to build a new home in E Town. The sales experience was good and the associate was great throughout the build. I did feel pressured to start the build after being told there was plenty of time to sell my existing home. We already lived in DW so we visited the new house site almost every day. Early on we had issues with communication with our construction manager however that improved. We also reached out to the design team on a question and they never responded back to us. We found numerous issues with the sheetrock and trim and pointed them out. Once we moved into our new house we found numerous issue’s that needed to be addressed. I could list the items but there are too many to list in my review. So far the customer care team is working with us. I feel like Pulte rushes the construction of homes which causes issues with fit and overall quality. I built a new home in 1996 and had zero issues after completing the house. The language barrier is a huge issue as most of the workers don’t speak English. The construction crews leave trash everywhere inside and out of the houses. I will say that we love the new house and hope that unseen things don’t pop up after our warranty. We recently purchased a new home built by Pulte in the Del Webb - Nocatee Community. Every aspect of the contract negotiation, construction & final closing was smooth & professional. The quality of the construction exceeded what we expected from a large production home builder When we had a small warranty issue the response was amazingly fast and the problem was resolved in one day. Needless to say, we are extremely satisfied & would not hesitate to recommend Pulte Homes to anyone searching for a new construction home.

Our main contacts with Pulte/Del Webb, Andrew on sales, Prija on design, and Ben on construction management were knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Ben is the best communicator we have encountered and stayed on top of logistics throughout the build. As a result we closed on budget and several weeks ahead of schedule. Our only criticisms are certain preferred vendors charge an excessive markup and the title company is not helpful.

I've only been in my new home in Del Webb Nocatee 55+ for a month but with all the activities to participate in, I feel blessed to be in this Del Webb community. I've made a lot of new friends and am really feeling like this is no longer a house.... it's my home. Fostering friendships, keeping active and feeling safe and secure seem to be the main goals of Del Webb's mission to its residents. They have succeeded! I purchased a single family home (detached, not a villa) and feel like its value was far beyond what I paid. Highly recommend Del Webb!

Best option is to not take any indoor upgrades and have house redone after close. The inside walls with the orange peel finish are horrible. Everyone hates them yet they will not let you change.

Just moved in. So far everything is going fairly well. The HVAC system keeps tripping a breaker. I have a call in. We’ll see how responsive the home warranty group is.

It was a fabulous experience when we decided to move to Ponte Vedra in March 2023. We had lived in Fort Myers for 9.5 years and knew that we were getting tired of the "speed of life" that daily affected us. Could we have stayed there? Absolutely, but when one finds this hidden gem of a location, it's very easy to decide what’s important in one's life, and as you can see, we made the move on December 1st, 2023. It's very important to add to our reflection the formidable, conscientious, hard-working, honest, knowledgeable & kind Senior Construction Manager in our journey named Ben Haley. The added responsibility that he had weekly to forward us pictures including a weekly summary was stupendous and all completed with a very positive attitude. He's one very valued employee & one who we respect as a fabulous person. Once meeting him, anyone would understand the transparency of intellect & kindness that is his being as a gentleman. My husband and I are very pleased with our purchase at Dell Webb Nocatee, from Ian at New York the sales office to our construction manager Erik always professional, always answering our questions. Keeping us informed on a weekly basis with photos. Thank you so much guys you are the best. Looking forward to the new year in our new home.

Everyone on the team who assisted us in selecting the home, the design, and then the construction was professional, courteous, and welcoming of feedback and resolutions were clearly shown and communicated to us.

From exploring Del Webb in Wildlight with Jeff in sales to moving in, the experience has been amazing and fast! Crandall our super was attentive and responsive. We feel like we are home!

Nathan was an excellent building manager.

From initially meeting our sales associate (Ian) to the closing has been a great experience. Kudos to the project manager (Ben) as he made the building experience exceptional. His weekly interactions provided us with the confidence that the quality of the build would surpass our expectations.

Headquarters presented the largest problem. No coordination amongst different departments. Had to provide the same documentation to each department a number of times.

This is my first experience with building a home in a planned community. My assigned construction manager was as responsive as he was allowed to be. I am pleased with my house but very disappointed in Pulte's attention to customer service issues.

Open process throughout the build. Multiple quality inspections. good quality build. Good warranty coverage.

Make sure to stay on top of your construction manager throughout the build process. The quality off the work by the tradesmen is sloppy and the quality of some of the materials is less than would be expected for a home at this price level.

Our Construction Manager, Spencer was great. He communicated regularly, he took care of things quickly and he is still helpful with recommendations for vendors etc.

The best thing about the experience with Pulte was Nathan, the construction consultant for Pulte. He was personable and professional and was always there to answer questions and take care of problems. During the construction process, he sent weekly emails, with photographs, to keep us informed about exactly what was going on. Before the closing, he thoroughly educated us about our new home, and he promised us that any residual problems would be taken care of, and he stuck to that promise. Our salesman, Zachary was wonderful, and very helpful without being pushy. Our construction manager, James was honest, capable, detail oriented and professional in delivering a quality home. Our only concern that has not yet been corrected by Pulte is grading and drainage along the sides and rear of our property. I know this is a concern for a number of new residents and we have all been told it will be addressed. When this is resolved, we will make sure we also communicate the positive outcome and my rating of Pulte on social media will become 5 stars!

The entire process went smoothly from the purchase, selection of design features, construction to final closing and move-in thanks to the expertise and attention to detail from Ian, Andrew, Jason and the entire staff. The design, construction, quality and value of my new home far surpasses all expectations and I would highly recommend the builders at Del Webb Nocatee!

Biggest issue I have is the quality of the tile installation. I paid for the very best tile throughout the home and when I arrived just prior to closing I noticed numerous issues with the tile layout, grout work was very bad, and there are numerous areas where the tile is not level with adjacent tile causing me to trip.
