I fell like the finishing of home was rushed. Plumbing was not tightened. Glue on tile. Paint on glass. Grout on granite. Cabinets chipping. Lazy Susan not installed. Drawer rail not attached. Exterior paint peeling. To be fair I have not contacted warranty dept yet but will as soon as I get settled.

Make sure the repairs from Home Inspection have been completed before you sign, because they do not show up even if an appointment is made.

Great house, great process building.

From the start meeting with the salesperson, Diane, to the completion with my field supervisor, Danny the process went smoothly. The house went up efficiently and surprisingly quickly. With al my upgrades, I was concerned something would be forgotten, NOTHING was! The house looks gorgeous.

Our sales consultant Elizabeth was absolutely amazing! She, in our opinion was the best thing in the whole home buying experience! Danny, our project manager has been a great help as well. It is clear that Pulte has some outstanding people on their team. The quality of the workmanship in the construction of our home has been quite impressive! Overall this home purchase has been an enjoyable time and we are very happy in choosing Del Webb Orlando.

Danny, our field manager is perfect for his role. He has a great personality and obviously cares very much about the buying experience, the quality of the homes and he loves the residents. It just shows and he is great The Pulte Warranty department has been super reliable. Our service representative has been extremely helpful and responsive. Hanook has done everything feasible to get minor repairs made to our home. He has don’t this in a way that demonstrates professionalism, efficiency and caring for the customers. Finish work lacks attention to detail. Caulking was messy and missing in places. We were missing a door knob. Kitchen drawer hardware was of very poor quality. Drawers very wobbly. We are trying to get these addressed.

We have recently moved into our new home and we still have smiles on our faces. For the most part we are very happy with the house. There are things that of course could have been improved on, but overall, I would give the entire experience a B+ rating for satisfaction. We love the community, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly easy living community, where there is always something going on.

We are very happy with our Del Webb home. It was built in a timely fashion and there were numerous options and upgrades. The quality and standard is excellent. We found on our trips to check on the building of our home at different stages that there was a pride in workmanship. The building site was tidy. There was an obvious communication and respect between the managers and tradesmen as any hiccups were quickly addressed and rectified. We are very pleased with our new home and would thoroughly recommend Pulte and Del Webb.

I must say, upfront, that Pulte's Warranty Department is very responsive to homeowners' issues. Acknowledgment is almost immediate and action for remediation is advised with a defined time period. Hanook Haroon is my Customer Care Manager. One could not ask for a more caring person. He is not a long distance manager - he visits my home, reviews the most minute of issues, makes suggestions for resolutions, contacts the contractor where necessary and follows up regarding satisfactory completion. We've built several new homes & the quality at Del Webb Homes is not top notch but it's decent. We were really disappointed that since we live the majority of our time out of state & this is a "2nd home" , our 1st water bill was horrendous due to the sprinklers being on a cycle of EVERY DAY 3X A Day before we were able to get them changed!!! Check everything out immediately!!

In purchasing my new house in Del Webb Orlando, I requested a delay in closing of approximately 10-15 days. Since this delay would take the closing out of the second financial quarter and into the third Del Webb said no. I was threatened with cancellation of my contract and loss of my deposit. I managed to close at the end of the second quarter. I was then informed that they may have to drive some equipment across my property to install a pool at the house next to mine. I said no. Painters were extremely sloppy - there is paint dripped everywhere! There is also grout on the tile floors which is very difficult to remove. The quality of the paint isn't great - they will not let you buy your own paint for them to use.

We were pleased with Pulte Homes especially Tom D but very displeased with our Del Webb Agent, Diane A. We had very little interaction with her- she did not return calls and complained a lot about her personal life and how busy she was at work. Once she knew we wanted the house, she became invisible. She did not help us through any of the process including things that could have been done prior to closing on the house. We had friends here last week who were interested in Del Webb too. We told them DO NOT deal with Diane A.

Due to turn over with Pulte homes I did not meet with my construction rep until the house was about 3 to 4 weeks from Dry Wall. In fact he told me that he was leaving the company in two weeks. I felt that he had a bad I really don't care attitude. Thankfully his replacement made up for all the negative experiences I had. Danny made it right and was very responsive to my concerns. In the end I was very happy.

In the sales office the process is presented as easy and fast. The closing date had to be changed twice do to lack of cooperation between my bank and Pulte's multi-business agencies. Unless you have a really good reason to use an outside lender, it may be best to just use Pulte Mortgage. Will probably save you time if not money. After living in the home for a few months, the minor faults begin to show. We bought a home that was already completed where the builder decided which extras to install (or leave out.
