Both Mike and Andrew have gone the extra mile in making sure our new home was as complete and comfortable as possible for us upon move in, and beyond move in- we appreciate their time and attention spent getting it right for us!

From dealing with Stephanie on the purchase, Stacy in the design center, and Mike our project manager everything was smooth and stress free. We came from a different local development and had the exact opposite experience there. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone along the way. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!!

Was a pretty smooth purchase considering how the supply chain has been.

The commitment and support we received from Caryn and Kelly was outstanding. Caryn was very kind and understanding, and always made herself available to answer questions and provide periodic updates. Kelly provided great communication and was attentive to our needs as he guided us through the construction process. We hope to have great memories here at Del Webb.

5 stars up to getting problems taken care promptly. We have a few issues and it’s being addressed but very slowly and a lot of passing the buck as they say. Overall extremely happy with the house and price just wish after the sale problems were addressed quicker

Sales staff was very knowledgeable,accommodating,friendly and helped us every step of they from start to finish always extremely helpful and addressed every concern or issue that came up . Other than a few delays in our home building process we had a wonderful life hanging experience building our home .

Our home was completed in time as promised. Minor problems have been identified with schedules provided for repair/replacement. We are very happy with the response from Pulte and look forward to a long satisfied relationship.

Challenges with completion date led to much more cost in temporary housing. The home and community will be a wonderful place to live in the future.

Our build manager (Todd) was excellent! Keep us in the loop at all times and followed up on my wife’s concerns immediately. The build actually was complete sooner than anticipated which added additional value to our positive experience! Thanks Pulte!

We are very happy with our new home. We were pleased with the builder and their offerings, and any issues we encountered were dealt with promptly. This is a beautiful community with a wide variety of activities. Unfortunately because of the coronavirus, we have not had much opportunity for social interaction, but there has been regular communication from the activities director as well as the HOA. So we look forward to taking an active part in the offerings once it is safe to do so. From initial purchase to closing and after, everyone we have dealt with has been attentive and knowledgeable. We had some items that needed to be redone such as caulking, scratches on glass, and painting - these were taken care of. However, we bought a home with all new appliances, since day one our refrigerator has a loud humming noise. The builder sent out one person and he said they are supposed to sound like that. We made it a point to go into other homes that are for sell in Del Webb to listen to the refrigerators and none of them sound like ours. We called our Pulte representative and he came and said he will have another guy come and look at the refrigerator. The guy came and heard the humming and leveled the refrigerator and said to call him if it didn’t stop. Since then, I have sent recordings daily of the refrigerator humming and I have not heard from the refrigerator guy nor our Pulte representative. ... More

Customer care process and rep simply below par. Not happy.

They need better service for repairs and things that don’t work 1 day after closing

The agent we used Evo was super Professional and made the purchase of our new home as easy as it could be. I have bought and sold four homes to date and none have been as pleasurable as this experience has been. Moving forward, your construction management team and my care manager has not been the experience we would’ve hoped for. We love the community and the amenities. Our home is beautiful and will work through some of the missed steps.
