Everything was for the most part was exceptional, however, somethings were neglected

We are very happy with our new home. We were pleased with the builder and their offerings, and any issues we encountered were dealt with promptly. This is a beautiful community with a wide variety of activities. Unfortunately because of the coronavirus, we have not had much opportunity for social interaction, but there has been regular communication from the activities director as well as the HOA. So we look forward to taking an active part in the offerings once it is safe to do so. From initial purchase to closing and after, everyone we have dealt with has been attentive and knowledgeable. The entire Pulte experience was seamless.

Our project manager was on top of the building process from start to finish. Our pre drywall tour was informative and amazing as every aspect of the house was displayed and discussed. Our final walk through with him was detailed and a couple of minor flaws were corrected within a couple of hours.

Pleased with our new home. This is our 2ND Del Webb home. Some improvements & some things not what we would have expected but overall great lifestyle. Pricey having to pay 2 HOA's. Driveways are short & options are limited & pricey.

When we decided that best option for us was to buy new home in a new community we were hesitant at first...the last new home purchase we did was out of state with a local builder back in 1990 and the whole process was dismal...At Del Webb here in Port St.Lucie it restored our hope and faith in new home purchase. This is the 3rd time we purchased a new home in our lifetime and the excellent customer service, build, build product, closing, and responsive customer service deserves a grade of "A" from what we experienced one month in living in our new home. The neighbors we met are friendly and we are waiting on the clubhouse to be built so we can take full advantage in what this community will have to offer. We had some items that needed to be redone such as caulking, scratches on glass, and painting - these were taken care of. However, we bought a home with all new appliances, since day one our refrigerator has a loud humming noise. The builder sent out one person and he said they are supposed to sound like that. We made it a point to go into other homes that are for sell in Del Webb to listen to the refrigerators and none of them sound like ours. We called our Pulte representative and he came and said he will have another guy come and look at the refrigerator. The guy came and heard the humming and leveled the refrigerator and said to call him if it didn’t stop. Since then, I have sent recordings daily of the refrigerator humming and I have not heard from the refrigerator guy nor our Pulte representative. ... More

Customer care process and rep simply below par. Not happy.

They need better service for repairs and things that don’t work 1 day after closing

The agent we used Evo was super Professional and made the purchase of our new home as easy as it could be. I have bought and sold four homes to date and none have been as pleasurable as this experience has been. Moving forward, your construction management team and my care manager has not been the experience we would’ve hoped for. We love the community and the amenities. Our home is beautiful and will work through some of the missed steps.

Can’t go out to my backyard or send my dog out there since it is mud. No one seems to want to help.

Value is great. Could do a better job on issues after closing.

Overall experience was wonderful, everyone was very helpful with our paper work. The builders are very nice, love that they come out to meet you and make sure your house was build correctly. Delwebb is the best to live

The construction manager kept us updated, and the sales representative was always available whenever we had any questions.

Quality of finished product very good. Issues after moving in taken care of quickly.

Beside a couple hiccups with the custom items we selected (which were corrected) the process was about as smooth as you would hope. And the home is beautiful.

Sales coordinator was excellent. He was caring, conscientious and stayed hands on throughout. The project manager was also excellent until the closing. The quality control contact was , is and more than likely will be outstanding. The QC on line department does not return calls.

Overall, we are very happy with our new home. Our disappointment is that two big issues we identified during our pre closing quality walk-through have not been completed after six weeks. We have no idea when these will be completed.
