Can’t go out to my backyard or send my dog out there since it is mud. No one seems to want to help.

Value is great. Could do a better job on issues after closing.

Overall experience was wonderful, everyone was very helpful with our paper work. The builders are very nice, love that they come out to meet you and make sure your house was build correctly. Delwebb is the best to live

The construction manager kept us updated, and the sales representative was always available whenever we had any questions.

Quality of finished product very good. Issues after moving in taken care of quickly.

Sales coordinator was excellent. He was caring, conscientious and stayed hands on throughout. The project manager was also excellent until the closing. The quality control contact was , is and more than likely will be outstanding. The QC on line department does not return calls.

Overall, we are very happy with our new home. Our disappointment is that two big issues we identified during our pre closing quality walk-through have not been completed after six weeks. We have no idea when these will be completed.

Pulte advertises WHITE GLOVE homes. The amount of paint smudges should have been either found by the field rep, cleaning crew or the CSR. You would think that the amount of workers walking all around would have been a bit more observant.

Caryn E was our sales representative and was with us through the entire process. We where relocating from the North East and she kept us informed on EVERYTHING

We were pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness and professionalism from Caryn and Michael.

Our Project Manager was excellent. We lived in a different state while our home was being built and our Project Manager stayed in touch, was very responsive and often sent pictures showing progress.

The buying process had a few glitches. No changes can be made to the exterior of the home after the initial contract is signed. We wanted to make a change on the front door to have glass in it and the change was not allowed. The communication within the organization is poor!

The construction process from start to finish was over a year. While that was to be expected, there were 3 different building supervisors during that time. My only comment would be that the scheduling was not the best.

Despite not using a realtor we found that buying the house was fairly straightforward. We weren't crazy about the bidding process but it worked out for us. Overall the builders team did a good job and did come through with what was expected despite labor and material shortages. The process was longer than expected and closing was delayed twice. A common experience with all of our new neighbors. The home itself is top quality. There are a number of minor superficial issues with tile, cabinets, drywall, and driveway pavers still being fixed by the customer care team but they are getting corrected. From our purchase with Brendan , build with Kelly, and final fixes with Mike our total experience was quite good. The whole process took much longer than expected but then the supply chain crisis and lack of skilled workers was really the issue. We are pretty well settled in our home after 5 weeks and are very happy with our decision to buy DelWebb!

If you have the opportunity to work with Caryn in Port Saint lucie, you will be treated like family. Caryn was very caring throughout the process and was always available for me when I needed further explanation of the way things will happen. Its my first time building a new home and living in a gated community, sCaryn was able help me through the processes with a smile on her face always.

It is best to be on or near the construction site during the building of your house. Even with all the technology available today, face to face has a better impact.

If you asked me, what would make the process of buying and subsequently moving into my new home better? I would tell you to have patience, because you will need it. Some of the trades people need to pay a bit more attention to detail, and to make sure that their work meets the standard of what the home buyer expects. The follow up care is responsive and will address any issues. However, I feel many things could be avoided if those trades people placed a bit more care in their work. Overall, I am very happy with my home and really like the community. It’s just those issues with the quality of some of the work by some trades people that I have an issue with. The rep that did the virtual walk through (because of Covid-19) was excellent really knew his stuff. There were a few minor issues that need to be addressed and based on what I have experienced I expect them to be handled in a timely manor. Because of the Covid we are transitioning to our new home in phases we hope to be settled in soon. I would highly recommend the people we worked with. We are putting together a punch/warranty itemized list that needs to be addressed. I expect that it will be addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. Check back with me in 6 months and 1 year.

It was a smooth process from beginning to end

Everyone we delt with was helpfull and did whatever they could to keep us updated.

Very nice community. Very different from other Del Webb communities, not as lush. Landscaping isn’t as nice as other 55+ communities in Port St Lucie, and clubhouse is small with social hall building many years out yet. But still very nice place to live.
