Bill our sales professional has routinely gone above and beyond through the entire construction process. He has continued to be of great help even after closing. Pulte has done a fine job of constructing exactly what we had envisioned. The Del Webb community is a fantastic place to spend our winters. Extremely happy with our choice.

My home owners buying experience was great. I did buy a quick move in but the experience to go to closing was relatively easy and totally enjoyed working with my project manager Adriane. He was so helpful and very informative on explaining all the features in the home and his personality made me confident to get to my closing day

Make sure you have your attorney read through the contract and don't assume everything is good! We didn't do our due diligence and I am going to be paying an extra 21.000. because of it! Not there fault but the paperwork had something in it I didn't thoroughly read! After the mistake it was you signed the paperwork!! That's another thing they want you to sign and will tell you you don't really need to read it's all just boilerplate yadyada

Our experience with our new home purchase in Del Webb, Pulte Home has been excellent. Any concerns were addressed in a timely manner. We feel so blessed to have Jazz as our representative. She has walked us step by step through every process. All issues were corrected by Adrian prior to us taking possession. He was receptive to any concerns we had. This made the process of buying our new home go smoothly.

Sales were exceptional, as should be expected. Sales is still extremely helpful. Construction manager great and very personable, beyond knowledgeable and a quick thinker to correct issues. Still developing relationship with warranty department but it seems they are more of a go between with sub contractor where I still need to be involved. Work in progress.

The home buying experience was easy with Del Webb. The sales person, Holly, kept you informed along the way. It was nice to know the progress and see pictures. Del Webb builds a quality product and the community is great with all the amenities. The only not great thing is I feel I paid a little more thank I should of for the villa.

The office salesman was patient and professional with suggestions during the design process.

Great experience buying condo in Dell Webb Ave Maria. Celestine our sales agent very helpful in all details, follow up and general questions. The neighborhood has what we are interested in as snowbirds, golf, exercise room, pools and adult activities. Recommend to look at this community if interested in SW Florida

The sales agent for Del Webb, Michael, answer all of our questions and concerns. Elliot and Damon, overseeing the construction of our home were excellent. They kept us updated on every aspect of the project and we were very happy with our home.

The Welcome Center was very helpful.

Did not have great experiences when trying to get in touch with my project manager

I would never recommend Pulte/Del Webb to my worst enemy. They over promised (model homes looked great) and under delivered (so many things were wrong and we are being told that it's cosmetic and not their problem). At the beginning, we had issues with Dolly the sales manager. Very poor managerial skills and can't listen or write anything down. The design folks are very pushy and don't pay attention and when things were done wrong, the response was: 'Sorry, it's not going to be changed and it was human error'. The construction process was ok but the home was a pig sty especially after things like the tile floor/grout/etc were installed. They told us that it would be cleaned professionally before closing and it took us paying for a professional cleaner after closing to do it correctly. Basically, like I stated, Pulte/Del Webb does not provide the value that they promise. Their corporate mission statement of being the most respected home builder in America misses the mark. The reason my ratings are not greater is that my building manager was either not sufficiently trained, or worse, thought that problems I pointed out were not necessarily his responsibility to resolve. Let me explain. When I pointed out two deficient 2x4’s in a load-bearing wall, with large missing chunks of wood, and spacers between studs with gaps 0.5”-1” -wide, with nails clearly showing, I was told that the inspector would determine the need to replace/fix.

Our Salesman, Marc, Sent us updated pictures every few weeks, which we were able to "see" the progress of the build as it moved along. Our construction manage, JC, was the best. He constantly was in touch with us on every build issue and made sure things were taken care of in a timely fashion. His knowledge of all products of the home were greatly appreciated!!

Right from the start our Sales Consultant Troy and our Construction Manager Cody kept us updated on a regular basis on the status of our building experience. Originally our home was scheduled for completion in February ‘24 and it was delivered to us in November ‘23. There were a few bumps with our walkthrough but Cody rallied the troops and corrected everything to allow the closing to happen without a hitch. Thanks to everyone for the support.

Pulte is a great home builder and company. They make the purchase experience extremely easy.
