Dean and Silvio are the absolute best responding always to all of my concerns and correcting anything that needed to be corrected

Everything was good until the end then Pulti rushed the trades to finish . The floors are filthy still after 2 months . You want to clean them now after we moved in . We were told we would be fined if we don’t close . We did and got stuck with repairs All because you want your numbers to look good for the month .If you protect your finishes you will be successful

Be prepared to wait longer than anticipated for the construction to be completed. But the long wait pays off, once settled in a well constructed building with good materials. Only two suggestions for the design of the “Mystic”! 1) The door swinging open to the separate water closet in the master bathroom takes up all the limited space in that room, leaving no wall left for placing a simple cabinet! Instead a pocket door would help opening up the room. 2) Add 2 (3) feet depth to the MBR closet (extending towards the garage). Although we cherish the 3 car garage, I believe there is still plenty of room left to fit 3 cars in the remaining area. ... More

Issues are not easy to solve as the construction manager doesn’t transmit issues not solved to customer service After closing customer service is polite but not work in a timely manner But the house is great and perfect for our needs

Bill was very good at keeping us informed during the building process. Dean did an excellent job during the home tour and was very responsive to any issues. Seeing things now where Workmanship could have been better.

Recently we decided to leave cold winters behind and started looking for a place to winter in southwest Florida. We came across Del Webb Naples and setup a time to tour the models. We met with Bill and he showed us several models. After thinking it over, we came back, chose our model and appropriate options, signed the contract and we were on our way! The build process took just over a year, but Bill kept us up-to-date with almost weekly progress pictures. We made one trip to Florida for a pre-drywall walkthrough, and soon it was time to close! Everything was just as we had requested and we received a quick response to the punch list of minor items we created in the first few weeks of SWFL living. Number one was honest communication from our agent Bill and the building managers Eric and Elliott. Quality of the materials used, and the workmanship were excellent. When there were issues, warranty follow up by Silvio were addressed and resolved. Elliott who was our second building manager due to family issues with Eric went out of his way to address needs questions and serviced our needs quickly and appropriately. If he did not know the answer, he said so and then responded quickly when did find the answers to our questions. When the value of your home is fifteen percent higher from start to finish how can you complain about the value of your home. We love it! ... More

Nice house. A few issues with final construction.

Transparency, Transparency, Transparency. DelWebb included us in every stage of the construction and wanted us to see the workmanship and materials used. They explained the hows, the whys and our construction manager David answered every question without hesitation or delay. I referred two family members to DelWebb and they purchased as well. Our salesman Bill is a tremendous asset to the company. Very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

Bill, David and Silvio provided excellent assistance and guidance through the purchasing process! Bill's knowledge and guidance were simply outstanding. David's supervision and attention to detail throughout the build was absolutely excellent. Silvio's post-closing assistance and follow-through for minor corrections is also outstanding! Quality standards could be improved but better than other builders. Energy efficiency is also lacking - Minimum requirements only.

We had a great experience with Sales Rep (Bill) who was always engaged with us and kept us updated as to the progress of our home. Our Construction Manager (Cody) was fantastic after the previous Construction Manager had personal issues and dropped the ball several times leading to our home falling behind by 7 weeks. Cody did absolutely everything he possibly could to bring us as close to being on schedule as possible. Overall, Cody was phenomenal in getting us closed. Of course there are always minor issues post-closing and we're working with the Pulte team to resolve them. One item to note is that whoever does the final cleaning on the homes should be replaced since we had stained/dirty grout lines/tiles after the final cleaning. Again, Pulte is working to resolve this problem, but it should never have been a problem. Compared to the many builders that I've worked with as a mortgage lender, Pulte is outstanding when it comes to building a high quality home. ... More

We love the community. Our sales person was exceptional every step of the building process, along with the design center personnel and construction manager. Our warrenty representative has been responsive and attentive. The amenities are top notch!

Beautifully crafted home with well-appointed material and appliances. Multiple design choices and personal selections that make it your home. You are not alone from the start, The Sales Team, the Builder and the Loan Company are there to answer any of your concerns.

Though the home buying experience was good, the customer service with issues after was horrendous. I have had three major issues. I went to settlement on 11/22. On 11/17 during my walk through, it was pointed out to me that there was a hole in the tub of my guest bathroom. It was put on the fix list, but was not repaired by settlement. When Del Webb sent out someone to review the problem, they could not fix it and needed to subcontract it out. When I called the subcontractor the first available date was February 17. I will not be able to use the tub for three months. This has been very inconvenient for guests. Secondly, I have had difficulty with the plumbing. The plumbers have had to come out twice because the toilets would not flush and the shower would not drain. The pipes from the house to the street were put in incorrectly. They are finally coming on January 13 to fix this issue. The third complaint has been with my washing machine. It would not work the first time I used it. Instead of giving me a new machine I had to wait for it to be repaired. It was finally repaired on January 11. I have not been able to wash laundry for 8 weeks. When the washer was found to be defective it should have been replaced immediately. I have sent emails and telephoned customer services numerous times. Instead of replacing the machine the representative said I could use the model machine. I am handicapped and walk with a cane. I was unable to carry laundry to the model home to wash it there. You expect appliances you paid for to work and if not to be replaced. I now have a machine that was defective and how long will it last having been ‘repaired.’ Very disappointed in customer service on helping remedy problems with my new home. ... More

When a contractor completes a job, the construction supervisors need to do a better job inspecting. I have 2 light switches that control nothing, and a shower floor that puddles 18” away from the drain. Have requested repairs.

Our realtor Patrick Beach was contacted by Pamela Williams a sales professional at Del Webb. There was a brand new home that had just been completed in September. Between Patrick and Pamela they knew the home was a great match for us. The following day we scheduled the first appointment with Pamela. We fell in love with the house after spending time checking all the amenities. The last home we had custom built on 3 acres out in the country. The craftsmanship we exceptional. What really made the difference is all the activities and new people that were moving into the area. We put down 10% that day and closed in 30 days. People are friendly and many of them are active as we are. Very happy with the builder and the area. ... More

Great communication until closing. Pre-close walkthrough was rushed due to hurricane Ian and house wasn’t ready. 2 weeks after close we had rodents due to improper seal of garage door. Outstanding items are still not corrected. Very disappointed.

We love our house! Great quality, very fair price and we love being a part of the Del Webb community. The amenities are great. Our only frustration, was the way our realtor dealt with us every time there was an issue to work through (and we knew buying a new home was going to be some issues to work through). When problems/challenges came up, rather than try to explain things or walk through the options with us, we were basically told to take it or leave it. THREE separate times the option given to us was accept this or walk away and lose your 10% down payment. My spouse and I were both in sales. Take it or leave it is not a great way to do business. The entire experience was essentially virtual, from west Africa to Florida. Despite communication challenges the process moved along smoothly, albeit with with some “delays”. Note: my only “negative” has been the inability to evaluate our Construction Manager since I never received a link to do so. Please take note that for all intents and purposes, I would rate the experience with David G a solid “10” across the board, and nothing less. Please let me know if any further clarifications are needed.

I love this house !

For 30 years I have worked as a salesperson in real estate. Building with Pulte was the epitome of "no service to the buyer". All communication and scheduling and procedures are there for the convenience of the seller. I liken it to a procedure on how to screw in a light bulb, and have 14 different people involved in the event and have none of them communicate or assist one another. "That is not my responsibility and I cannot comment or help you in that concern" is prominent attitude of all the people in the process. Only exception was Eric the supervisor. He was awesome. We love the community, but would rather not concentrate on the "birth" of our home, and move on to enjoying the home and community. Pulte has a lot of room for improvement, and has to overhaul it's entire culture, of "whom do we serve and are our systems set up to accomplish that task. ... More

Mgr was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This is the 3rd new home we’ve built and while nothing is ever perfect, I would rate Pulte better than Toll. Fixing issues so far has been a little frustrating. Not the fault of our warranty manager, but all the moving parts and delays with labor and materials.

Bill O, our sales rep was OUTSTANDING!! He did everything he said he would, guided us through the process, dealt with all our concerns, made the whole process a pleasure, in spite of the fact that it took over a year from contract to delivery. However, some of the subcontractors were not altogether satisfactory, tile and painting for example. The tile was not properly washed after grouting, which left spotting throughout the house, and is impossible to remove. The warranty service is all but nonexistent. I've done most of the punch items myself.
