Workmanship lacks in many areas of the house. In some cases, the cosmetic quality is unacceptable to and standard house. The refrigerator is noisy, the drawer won't close completely, two shelves in the freezer are missing. The model home has a side-by-side refrigerator with a pull-out lower freezer that fills most of the provided space from the cabinets design, this one doesn't. Thats just some things to discuss, there other areas to that also could be discussed.

The construction mgr. Jake was a 10+, from our experience most others in the various departments did not live up to expectations. With that said the journey was worth it and we couldn’t be happier living here.

Everything was great. Paint job is a little sloppy put we are in process of rectifying these issues. Holly and Jake went out of their way to keep us informed every step of the way.

Eric was a great help throughout the building process. He held several virtual over the phone visits to show us the house at different stages. Holly always kept us informed and sent us pictures across the country each week.

They did a great job on the house. I used Pulte finance company I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone. I thought it would be smooth sailing but that was not the case.i put 35 % down but they have so many rules that I could not believe it.They would ask for something and two days later they would ask for it again.i finally had to hire my accountant to help me out and they couldn't believe it,but we got though it.

We spent a lot of time figuring out where we wanted to live, and Ave Maria was the best option for us. Living in the Del Webb community is perfect for us and has all the amenities we need, plus we loved the home options, and the lots that were available. I would call this our "dream home", and we are very happy with the process and the quality of the build. I would definitely recommend this area, the Del Webb community and Pulte Homes!

Several workmanship issues with the home. Service requests for repairs sometimes go unanswered or the repair person that arrives performs sloppy work that has to come out a second time to repair the original request again. For example, when I moved in there were and still are paint drippings on the floors throughout the home. It's as if the painters never bothered to tape up the area to paint or did not use a cover for the area to be painted.

I moved in with parts of the house still needing last minute touch ups. They were notified & im still waiting months later. I should’ve demanded these things finished before I moved in, but, I was promised they would be taken care of asap, still waiting.. all they do is give me excuses as to why it’s taking so long & tell me that some of the issues aren’t there problem. Many home owners here say the same is happening to them..

The buying process went OK, spent 6 weeks in a Hotel which cost over $6,000. Never once were the VILLAS mentioned and never got help from PULTE as was discussed by 2 different people who knew my situation. Pulte has a good reputation, BUT they are only as good as the craftsmanship!!!! NOT GOOD!! SAFETY.. of individuals as we age I feel is not a consideration. The ELECTRICAL (light switches) are a joke... When you walk into a room for safety in the dark (night) one should have a light switch near doorway that turns on lights in the room the are entering. As medical person this is a major flaw in PULTE'S home electrical designs, NO consideration for safety of those who as they age lose depth perception, develop cataracts, limited peripheral vision. Shame on PULTE HOMES for not addressing SAFETY first in their home electrical design. ... More

Living out of state I thought I may have some difficulties during the building process. But, between the sales office and the site manager it actually was a pleasant home buying experience. The home is a high quality build home and I would definitely buy from and highly recommend Del Webb/Pulte

Home took longer to complete than anticipated due to lack of materials available and shortage of workers.

From our first visit, Marc's assistance and guidance was key in helping us! We love our location, and received a beautiful home in an outstanding community! The Design Team was so helpful and the response to any issues has been outstanding, Our thanks to all who made our beautiful home.

Bill our salesman and Eric our project manager were very responsive to our questions and concerns. Our only issue was the slow response in completing the installation of our hood shroud after we closed. That took a month, which seemed too long for a 10 minute job.

Everyone from Pulte seemed to make our experience as smooth as it could be considering the constantly changing market. It was like our satisfaction was important to them.

Good experience, the finished home was great. The project manager did a good job with getting minor items corrected after we moved in.

He was our construction manager and a gem. Your company is lucky to have such a passionate, knowledgeable and skillful worker. I wholeheartedly value his knowledge and his attentiveness at every phase of our construction.

Starting with the salesperson Marc he kept me informed about everything that was going on step by step. Every month he would give me a detailed Verbal report and what phase would be next. My wife and I spent at least one and a half hours looking over options from standard to premium selections. The project supervisor Jake was also very outstanding sending us photos of almost every portion of the build he also personally invited us to come and view certain portion of the build. Jake also went into great detail on the walk through before closing date and had marked the imperfections that he observed and suggested us to look for any other he may have missed. Holly made our buying experience painless. Kept us informed during our purchase and our move in. Jake was respectful, prompt and always there to help with any questions that we had.

When we did our preclosing walk through Jake was amazing. He made note off all concerns and even had all the appliance model and serial numbers cataloged for us which was a big time saver. Sue to the supply chain crisis I feel the builder is working to get the few minor issues resolved. We love our new home and would highly recommend Pulte.

Jake was available and did professional walk thru. All defects were corrected in a timely manner.
