Del Webb offers a great variety of floor plans and excellent upgrade options. The options end up adding a significant amount to the purchase price but you end of with a beautiful home. Our building site manager was excellent and on top of any issue that arose. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Response to all issues has been phenomenal. Would like to have seen some leeway in how the interior of the home is laid out. I.e. light switches, lack of lights in closets

Del Webb employees, through the entire home building process and before, were always available to take our calls and answer our questions. Throughout the entire design process our opinion is what mattered most! Exceeding customer expectations is the primary goal with the Del Webb team and they achieved their goal!

Wanted to join resort lifestyle , quiet small town. We bought a ready to move in spec house with a pond view , pool , three car , 3br,3ba , office den ,great kitchen with open concept to living and dining . Large lanai and screened in pool. Best part was all the great new neighbors. Ave Maria is very nice in a rural setting . Nice roads to and from .Pulte offered us a nice finance package that was a smooth process and quick .

Does not get any better than this.

The pre-sales, mortgage and closing process was mostly seamless, but now that I am moved in, it is quite difficult to get needed repairs prioritized and scheduled. I would like to see better leadership/follow-up from the Pulte team instead of leaving me to deal with contractors directly.

Good quality all around

Beautiful home; however, much of the finish work was sub-par: cracked tiles, sloppy painting; uncleared grout throughout the home. Del Webb rep, Eliot, has been great to work with and is resolving all issues.

We were very impressed with Del Webb/Naples from our first visit, and now in our first month of new home ownership, we are very satisfied and happy with our new home. Every step of the process, from initial visit, to sales discussion, purchasing, watching the construction develop, to closing, to orientation and moving in was very positive. We can't say enough about the people in Del Webb and Pulte we met during the process. They were all terrific! Del Webb/Naples builds a very good home at a very good price, and they have created a very nice place to live here in SW Florida.

So far so good,our move-in has gone very well and any small issues have been taken care of promptly

From beginning (starting with the sales person Al) to end (finishing with the construction supervisors, Oscar & Tommy) it was a good hassle free experience. The most important question is, based on my experience, would I do it again? The answer is a resounding "YES".

Interior of home home lacked attention to detail. Builder's supervisors should have caught defects.

I must praise everyone we dealt with along the whole process. Beginning with Bill Olex, the salesman who helped us choose the right option for us. Then the Pulte mortgage staff were incredible. Very efficient, patient, friendly and professional from filing, approval to closing. The site manager Tommy was such a pleasure to deal with. He explained every step so we could understand, kept us updated, stuck to the schedule (in fact ahead of schedule) to the every end. Builder was very good. The representatives of builders were excellent. Contacting the association and sub contractors need some improvement.

Quality of construction not what I’m used to House extremely noisy no sound insulation. Paint job is horrible repainting interior of house.
