Construction Manager Jeff was very responsive, and kept us informed of each step along the way, including photos.

I believe you get the luck of the draw when contractors are selected to build your home. Due to so many homes being built it can either be good or bad. The construction manager is then left to make repairs to any issues. Overall, we have a good home. Not happy with the slab not being anywhere close to level. Appliances and furniture wobble or sit crooked due to the slab being uneven. We also have an issue with bats outside our home in the front door foyer. Can't seem to get them to leave.

Thank you for a lovely house. It is strange that you supply us with paperwork urging us to use a ph neutral cleaner on our grout and floors BUT then we find that your final clean-up crew does not use these type of cleaners. Being on the same page would make sense ( at least to us ). AND the carelessness of your painters would have also helped. We eventually had to do the "final" floor cleaning ourselves ( with the proper cleaner ). We have nothing in writing BUT we were told that "eventually" we would have our window screens. It would be nice to air out the house, so I hope this is true ( eventually ).The absence of product brochures is annoying and more care should be given to make sure these are supplied. for every product supplied, We do feel that the overall quality of the home is apparent and we are happy with our purchase. ... We met with Matt and reported our warranty items, additionally we have discovered some other issues. Unfortunately Matt does not seem to want to follow up with any resolutions or even a call back. I have never experienced such disrespect from a warranty person as I have thus far.

This was my first experience in new build. It took 10 months. The final “aha” walking in the door to see the end result was surreal. Looking forward to living in a new community.

Construction went smoothly and on time but the quality of work leaves room for improvement in consistent high quality. The doors in my home were poorly hung with large gaps that can be seen and open for critters like flies and gnats to invade, which is actually happening and we are having to deal with. Warranty Department is slow to respond and unreliable to consistently address issues expeditiously and completely as opposed to piece meal. Regarding the poorly hung doors, one was addressed but not completely fixed while others haven't been scheduled. This is my second Pulte Home in another Del Webb (previous in Ponte Vedra, FL)community but that is where the similarity ends. Angela sales rep was great. Overall, quality is marginal. Tile floor has holes, defects. I have a major gopher issue ruining my yard. No window screens, scratched dishwasher, sewage backed up in my shower and tub the first week due to cleaners flushing cleaning cloths. Outdoor landscaping is minimal with huge chunks of bark mulch looks very cheap. Had screened lanai added, they put screen door directly in my view and not to the side like the model. Keep finding damage everywhere, the contractors were obviously very careless. Warranty guy has been trying to help,

My wife and I are very happy to have moved into our beautiful new home. We love the community and amenities. The sales team did a great job walking us through the purchase and interior customization process. We had a number of delays with construction but the team did a good job keeping us up to date on status and our home was completed quicker than friends having new construction with other builders. The main place I would urge caution is with resolution of issues. Looking back, I would have had a professional home inspection performed to document issues. Three months after closing we still have open issues that were identified prior to our close. Nothing major, just frustrating and no sense of urgency. ... More

We purchased on line without ever seeing the community or a model home. There were a few minor issues when we first moved in, but they are resolving them quickly. Our construction manager was amazing. He was just assigned to us two weeks before closing, but went out of his way to accommodate our concerns.

Our loan process was a disaster to say the least. Follow up issues were on track however they are starting to slip. Broken window, dead tree and missing lights. Overall, other then the loan issues it has been a great experience.

The builder builds a quality home, however their crews are terrible in cleaning up after themselves! My lawn was left with large chunks of concrete and other building materials

This is not a custom built home. I have always had a custom built home. Something you have to sacrifice to have a great community like Stone Creek. We love it here.

My Project Supervisor responses quickly to punch list items, but the Sub contractors Del Webb is using are very slow to respond. I understand that Covid and supply chain issues may play a big part, but when a new home owner has the same issues and their’s get resolve before ours, it is not right.

buliders were ok at 1st they stayed in communication , but not towards the ending phase

Need workers to take more care with finishes such as doors , painting and landscaping.

In general, this is a well built home. Most of the problems were related to poor painting quality issues.

I was unable to make any requests that would require someone to look into an issue

First, our Field Manager was excellent. The problems we had involved substandard work by several subcontractors, some of which became difficult and frustrating to correct in a timely manner. Some significant items had to be redone and some required protracted negotiations with Pulte executives, above the Field Manager level, to reach a "settlement".

The entire building process was great overall! The design center could have given more details to the kitchen cabinets.

Still outstanding issues NOT addressed. Once you close, you are forgotten

The walk thru went o.k. with the builder, some items where in need of replacement and/or repair and for the most part were done. Some items were not checked, (i.e. irrigation system) and it is NOT currently working properly. It was an Inventory Home, and we needed to move quickly, so we saw what we liked, but later found out that the house was not in a condition that needed to be. As an example, the PAINT workmanship needs a lot of improvement! Since the interior paint was already an upgrade, we had no option than to accept it. We pointed out some places that needed to be repainted, but after moving in, we found that the painters had still missed some areas, but even more concerning was that their attention to detail was terrible! Splatters of paint thru out the house, on the floors on the carpet, in the pantry/shelves, light switches painted, on the master bathroom commode and on the kitchen cabinets! Every time we do something or move something in the house, we continue to find problems with the paint job! Unfortunately, we didn't have the option of not having the paint upgrade because we would have never opted for that option! It was somewhere in the neighborhood of $2300 dollars for the upgrade (I believe) and NOT WORTH IT! Other items were also found to be in need of looking at or repair or replacement and we have contacted the appropriate personal with a list of items last week and was told via email that someone would contact us within 24-48 hours, and WE ARE STILL WAITING! I am not one to wait or have someone give me excuses for not contacting us, especially with all the forms of technology now a days to get in touch with someone, so I am also not one to continue to ask and submit issues when it was already done in the first place, so I will then start doing things myself and not be dependent on Del Webb to do what they promised to do. It might seem like some minor details to some, but you expect for the builder to at least follow up and let you know that they will eventually get back to you and take a look at your concerns! Finally, we did buy the Del Webb property because of its location! It is currently nice and peaceful and that is something we hope to enjoy for years to come! Good thing everything is painted trim work, they rely on caulking and paint to fill imperfections. Carpenters are fast track hacks, no sense of pride. Typical Pulte production, build out a development, blow out of town

I asked regularly for workmen to take their time and do things right. I was obviously not listened to-rush rush. Incomplete, wrong, crooked etc etc etc

I recently purchased a home in Stone Creek, Del Webb. Excited to be in a new home, I was there the week before closing to do my pre-closing walk-through. We marked up many many things that needed to be addressed and the site supervisor, Jeff, told me that I was very particular, and that I should be reminded I am buying a production home and not a custom home. I reminded him that while it is not a custom home it is my home. I went back a week later for my closing, which I had closed online prior to my final walk-through, and nothing had been addressed. Nothing that was marked up and let me tell you the house look like it had the measles because it was so many red and blue taped areas . He gave me an excuse that there was something wrong with the painters, and that they couldn’t get back there. Aside from the painting that was sheet rock spackle all over the floors and I was told that it could easily come up when I wash the floor with hot water. The list continues to go on. There is still things that have not been addressed and while I am on vacation right now, I am meeting with the warranty manager when I get back. The quality of workmanship is subpar. Moldings have been cut short and then filled with caulking where they meet the tile and moldings around doorways are jagged, and not smooth And I could continue to go on, but I would prefer that somebody call me and discuss this with me. And by the way, I also had my sliding glass door come off the track and I had to call Jeff on a weekend and that was two weeks after I purchased the home and he told me it is not a warranty item and then I should call Handyman and pay somebody to fix it. From what I understand with my new neighbors, he apparently does not have a very good reputation with the new buyers. In fact, my neighbor threw him out of the house. I own a DellWebb home in Lakewood Ranch and I want to say there is a pretty big difference in the quality of that home and this home. Granted the home in Lakewood Ranch is over $1 million and this home is only close to $500,000 which by the way it’s not a cheap trailer home by any means. I would expect the quality of some of the things I have a $200,000 home but not in a $500,000 home. ... More
