Our salesperson (Allen) really worked with us to find the lot that met our expectations. He was always pleasant and easy to work with. Our project manager (Jacob) did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the building process. He kept us informed of the progress with pictures and any information he thought relevant. Since being in the home we've had to work with our warranty person (Debbie) on issues and she has been responsive however we have been disappointed with the length of time it took to resolve some of the issues i.e. a broken kitchen cabinet. Overall going through the process with the the building manager assigned has been great. (Mateo) He was great in listening to me and responding accordingly. But now issues are surfacing. My driveway had to be completely removed due to someone driving on it before the concrete cured, But instead of putting pavers over the concrete, they completely demolished the concrete driveway severing the cable to my neighbors home and then had to reframe and repour new concrete. building during Covid a challenge. Supply and labor issues throughout build. Inferior product at stages and difficult to get Del Webb to provide what was promised and expected. We felt it was necessary to watch them build and check on the work often. We love our home but the process was not easy or enjoyable.

In general we had a good building experience. Our sales person and design team did an outstanding job. Project completion was very delayed from the initial estimate. Also, we are still waiting on unresolved open issues that were noted shortly after closing.

Mostly ok. There are not enough project managers or support team staff to provide the courtesy of a response. Escalating matters to the sales team is a waste of time. Be aware of back ordered and out of stock items.

I told salesman I would plant plants in my yard. He said no problem. He said for outside house construction issues I would have to submit request to HOA. I did not know planting a single plant would require an HOA approval at the cost of $25!! had I known, I would NEVER have bought here!!

Although our home ended up as we hoped it would. Plute is hard to deal with. Salesperson was great, project manager was great, however with the amount of builds that are taking place every owner should hire a private home inspector throughout the build. They don’t quality check on every turn of the build and they don’t have the staff to do it with. You are the quality check and rest assure unless you were in the business of home building hire an expert for your interests on quality checks. The drain located at the back of the house is always clogged after raining, and water is always puddling. We advised HOA again and were told that it is a Pulte construction issue. We just want the issue resolved.

Was not able to attend pre-closing walk through but was able to be there for 3 days the week following closing. While there I found no power in half the kitchen receptacles{which has been fixed} and no power in both baths{which hasn't}. I spent 2 hours cleaning paint splatter off floor so grout could be sealed which had to be done after closing. This makes no sense whatsoever. There is a gouge in the drywall, front door weatherstripping problem, sprinkler head by front door problem, something was dropped on the kitchen sink leaving a mark and the concrete apron in front of the garage ...

The initial drive into Stone Creek as well as the models and the staff all A+. The finished product comes in at a C for the following reasons. Attention to detail is lacking both inside and out. For example, on the interior we needed to sand and re-paint some window sills and caulk base board joints and crown molding shortly after moving in. I paid for a new house and didn’t get new

I bought a new home in Stone Creek. Overall the home is good for the price point. My problem is the sliding glass door, I paid for a new door and got one that is patched together with pieces that don’t fit right and let the bugs in. I have put paper in all the holes. I paid for a new door, not one that isn’t right. I want the whole door replaced.

Our home closing date was almost a month late. In discussing with our construction manager we were told closings were being moved around by his manager. Smaller homes were being moved to the earlier closing dates. We also had the closing coordinator try to move out our closing date due to their capacity, we pushed back on this and the held to the date. BUT this is really not ok, all teams should be aware of delays and address so the same house does not keep getting pushed out. We had to pay an additional month of storage on our house hold items. As of right now, I am a very unhappy buyer. I have an issue with the water sprinkler system getting a bill that’s way too high and I was only here for two weeks. Already got a call from the water company that can be almost impossible telling me I use 52,000 gallons of water but it seems to be no concern to anyone involved in my issues I am shutting off my sprinkler system. After driving thousands of miles to get into our new home we discovered that our brand new washing machine (that we purchased from Pulte) was leaking water. It took three phone calls and a heated conversation with the Customer Care people to finally get someone from Pulte to respond. They refused to replace washing machine even though it never wash one load. Their warranty states it will be repaired not replaced. Three weeks later and it still has not been repaired. No parts in stock to repair.. Totally frustrated!!

Our experience with Allen our salesman at Stone creek was excellent he is knowledgeable, personable and provided great service. Our construction manager was ok, we feel he should have been keeping a closer eye on what was going on in the home during the build, which would have avoided some of the problems. Workers from numerous trades are very careless, large gouges, dings and scapes were in the drywall throughout the house which needed repair and repainting.
