I would recommend Del Webb Stone Creek to anyone. They did a fantastic job selling and building our home. We haven't had any issues at all, except our freezer in the refrigerator stopped working after about 6 weeks, but that is a whirlpool problem, not Del Webb. Our saleslady was wonderful. Very patient and kind and helpful. They don't push here at all. Very professional. Our field manager was also wonderful and sent us tons of info while the home was being constructed. He updated us constantly with pictures and emails. He also let us come inspect the home anytime we wanted to while it was under construction. He gave helpful advice and was very kind, courteous and professional. We are VERY happy with our home here in Stone Creek. Very happy to be moving to Stone Creek. All of our expectations were met.

We love our new home. Our construction supervisor was responsive and professional. The sales staff was helpful with every question, and patient through the build process.

We have been very happy with our entire experience at Stone Creek Del Webb from contract to design to the home building process. Everyone was polite and welcoming. We are happy with our choice to move into this lovely neighborhood.

Everything was done exactly as requested and our Building Rep Jacob was just wonderful. We loved Allen too. They both responded quickly to any questions or requests we had. I am very happy with our beautiful home. Even the construction workers were respectful to the current owners.

Overall, our experience has been great. The build-out went smoothly, and there were no major issues with our home. There have been some minor issues, but so far, these have been competently handled by the warranty department.

We were fortunate to be able to visit several Del Web communities before deciding to buy in Ocala. We made sure to compare building code and how homes were built. In one part of Florida the home are wood construction instead of concrete blocks, having lived in Florida we realized the importance of having a concrete block construction and to make sure it is safe for hurricanes, it only takes one hurricane to do a lot of damage and having lived through several hurricanes we knew what type of construction was needed. Also, very important to have a good sale person , if you do not like the one assigned to you ,you will not buy!!!! Also, good construction manager is a must , one that will keep you updated weekly and send pictures and allow you to visit during construction. Able to answer any questions you may have, and explain things clearly. We also looked at what type activities were offered and what facilities the area had. We found it useful to stay in the community for a few days and experience what it would be like to live there. All in all we were lucky and had a very favorable experience at buying and building our home. Biggest issue was front lawn sod. We received some bad sod and they agreed and are replacing it. Otherwise the house is great. Walls, woodwork, molding, etc were installed with excellent workmanship. We are very satisfied.

They said that your home will be completed in 6 months... believe me, it will be!

My wife and I have only been here 6 weeks and love it so far. We had some small issues, that any new home does, and Pulte has been quick to respond. The supervisor in charge during the construction, Jacob, was awesome. Although we bought a spec home, Jacob sent us pictures of the home under construction to the final product. There were some minor items that needed touch up that were seen during the walk through, but Jacob completed all repairs when promised. I was obvious that Jacob enjoys and takes pride in his job. We would highly recommend living in Stone Creek.

Overall from home purchase to move in and care afterwards service has been excellent. The staff from Del Webb from sales office, construction management and service after move in have been professional and supportive. I hired my own building inspector and even he was impressed with the overall construction of my home.

Various homes and styles I believe are of interest to seniors. So many amenities offered for a variety of interests. Very friendly and welcoming community.

My experience with Del Webb Stone Creek was very good. Rob, my construction manager was very good. He kept me informed during the building process by taking frequent pictures and sending e-mails. He always answered my phone calls in a timely manner. I am very pleased with my new home.

I have had an overall great experience both shopping for & purchasing my new house. I very pleased with with the home itself. Great attention was paid to the details.

We loved stone creek and the homes offered in our price range. We had a fantastic realtor and SC salesman. I didn’t understand the lot sizes and location choices before jumping the gun and buying. After they started building I found out there wasn’t enough room to install the pool I desperately wanted. Our salesman knew that’s all I wanted. He told us we could fit a pool. I now know his idea of a pool and mine are totally different. So be careful and ask the right questions like sizes.
