Angela from the sales team and Chase & Dawnyel from the build team were exceptional. Not be able to converse with the pre-drywall project manager was the only area which should be addressed.

The Ocala area offers excellent value. Del Webb offers abundant amenities. Pulte builds a quality home. We have had some issues with warrantee responsiveness as the subs are maxed out with new construction that repairs get the back burner.

Home built and purchased nice

Everything seemed to go smoothly from the first look at the the house to the closing.

Lynn did a great job helping us select the features important to us. Nikki put the final touches on our design selections and they are beautiful. Richard put it all together by building our home to completion. We are so happy in our new Del Webb home.

We moved into our brand new ‘Contour’ home in Bridlewood last Monday. We could not be happier in selecting this community. After visiting about 7-8 different properties over the last 5 years Stone Creek remained a front runner. We dealt with Bruce in sales- he always made himself available and was completely upfront about everything. Our last visit was in January 2023 and once we got home we decided to go for it! Bruce suggested the perfect lot and got it released for us. Building ‘long distance’ from Pittsburgh had its challenges, but everyone at Stone Creek and Pulte were super helpful. Nikki in the design center sent us all kind of samples and took pictures of combos and made great design suggestions. Building was completed WAY ahead of schedule and there were a few hiccups throughout, but they were addressed immediately. We chose to mortgage through Pulte as well. Again, great service from Jessica and Tracey. They were extremely helpful and communicated everything well. During the build we were unable to attend the walk-throughs, but neighbors stood in for us and helped by FaceTiming the process. The pre-closing walk through prior to closing was the first time we physically saw our home and property. WOW! Matteo filled in for our PM on the walk-through. To say he was thorough would be an understatement! He was pointing out and flagging things that most wouldn’t see. Only minor things needed tweaks. Our home is BEAUTIFUL! But the BEST part is the community of people and neighbors. It feels like ‘old times’ where neighbors gathered regularly, you could leave your doors unlocked and just enjoy life! We love our new home at Stone Creek. However , the cleaning of the house in general was insufficient Lawn: the attention to lawn and sprinkler system prior to move in was deplorable. Over half the sprinkler heads either didn’t work or were restricted in flow to the point that the St. Augustine in the front yard was in bad shape. Additionally, the Bahia in the backyard is so rough it is extremely difficult to mow. It should have been rolled over for smoothness but honestly the installation was nothing short of just lumps of grass hastily thrown on the ground. The front and side St. Augustine was in better shape but still like walking on the moon (craters everywhere). Due to the local water restrictions I strongly recommend Del Webb install Bahia grass (requires much less water and maintenance) everywhere instead of St. Augustine. We need to be good stewards of our natural resources and this would also solve the problem of Marion County complaints of over usage of at Stone Creek. ... More

First time purchasing and building a new home - process made easy by Del Webb.

Del Webb people are absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend to anybody to give them an opportunity to make your life change for the better.

We had an excellent experience building in Stone Creek, Ocala in sales, design, construction and closing. The Stone Creek construction management team was responsive to every detail following our walk-through. The sales, design and closing team were all excellent.

We had a good experience. The only issue was the painting job. We like our home & love stone creek.

Both the sales associate (Bruce) and construction manager (Mateo) have provided exceptional service through our search, purchase, build, inspections, closing, and post close punch list. The design process was a bit of a challenge, but in the end Pulte was responsive to all of our requests. The quality of the workmanship was pretty good for a mass production home. When issues were raised they were addressed in a timely manner by the Pulte Team. What might be the best example of the great service is that the entire team continued being responsive even after closing. 5 Stars

The home is great and We are settling in. Our CM Steve is the best and kept us updated every step of the way.

Any new home building process will have a challenge or two. But overall we felt things went smoothly, from the sales process with Darren to the completion of our home with Jeff. We are very happy with our decision and choices. I put four stars for value as I think lot prices and some of the options were a bit pricey.

Our construction manager Gordon did a great job answering questions and keeping us informed. He was very patient and understanding with our questions and always took the time to explain everything. Our sales rep Darren was also very helpful throughout the process and we have made several referrals to him.

Great service from day one. All the Reps were professional and got the job done when they said they would. Outstanding service on all steps of the buying process.

Take time to read the papers given to you at closing, they do give you all the information you need.

Overall …my home buying experience was seamless. The quality and craftsmanship of my home is exactly what I expected. All my expectations were met!! I am very satisfied

Overall, our experience was excellent. Very pleased with Jacob's keeping us up to date on progress all throughthe build process. Only complaint might be final cleaning could've been a little more thorough.

Love my new home. We've been in for 2 months now and had no issues. The home was delivered clean, finished and within in the completion window they originally provided. The staff that work with you through out the process were all very professional, friendly and easy to work with.

We had an awesome construction/project supervisor. Our issues were dealt with in a timely manner. The construction went as planned. We are very happy with our new home.

My process from start to finish was excellent. My salesman Darren and construction manager Steve were fantastic to deal with. Both answered and handled all of my questions, and I must admit I asked many. The house is beautiful and very well done. I couldn't be happier. Thank You
