Salesman was great, Pulte mortgage was terrible, we luckily were able to not need them! Workmanship is not so great, hopefully all gets corrected . Time frame of completion was earlier then expected.

Pleasant experience from begining to end. Perfect move for us thank you Del Webb!

5 day walk through with construction mgr prior to closing was a joke. We pointed out several things to be corrected that were not by time we closed. This is a big waste of time let alone $ having to spend in hotel til we closed. 6 weeks later still waiting for some of the things to be done. Different tradesmen were no shows more than once, Frustrating . It was a challenge with some not speaking English when coming to make repairs. This is not my first new build . My experience with Pulte And the overall home was disappointing. Already thinking the entire inside needs to be repainted . Although Sherman williams paint, the paint seems very low grade. The carpets are horrible and other thing considering changing. I’m in a new home , I love the layout and community, however, don’t know if I would buy another Pulte home. ... More

interior of home poorly done for price. Came from a Dell Webb built home which was great compared to this. A lot of work was required after moving in and seeing what problems were there with this house.

I feel I have a Wonderful new home, BUT, I also feel there's a bit that could be better. Several things are really rather "cheap" like the "pot" lights everywhere. I also would of liked a bit more flexability in choosing my "design" choices. Like leaving out the pot lights. But, I still overall am very happy and soon this new house will feel like home.

Our contractor was great to work with. Response to issues has been quick. Unfortunately, we did have problems with the finished product. Seems like subcontractors hired by the builder should be vetted more thoroughly. Upon moving in we have had significant problems with the electrical and HVAC, and the painting was very sloppy.

Overall, we feel we got pretty good value and like the house. A lot of attention to detail in both workmanship but also areas where Pulte cheaped out, which kept it from being a fantastic experience and house

Overall, our experience was excellent. Very pleased with Jacob's keeping us up to date on progress all throughthe build process. Only complaint might be final cleaning could've been a little more thorough.

He was very helpful for us. I would let all mew homebuyers to make sure the contact spectrum cable to make sure the underground cable is run to the house.

From signing our purchasing sales agreement to completion date was a pleasant experience. Our new home was built within the timeframe given, living out of state our contraction manager and sales representative informed us of the progress along the way. Little issues we had with our home were addressed right away as they were pointed out. Overall we are very happy with our new home and mostly, we enjoy the community of Stone Creek.

Plan on a good bit of stress throughout the process and after you move in with callbacks, lack of responses and poor follow up repairs. Not poor quality but not what you expect for what you paid.

Love my new home. We've been in for 2 months now and had no issues. The home was delivered clean, finished and within in the completion window they originally provided. The staff that work with you through out the process were all very professional, friendly and easy to work with.

The sales experience and design process were awesome. Allen and Nikki are the best! The house was completed on time as scheduled. We love the neighborhood, amenities, etc. All systems and maintenance were thoroughly explained to us (sprinklers, pest control , hot water heater, A/C, etc.). Warranty items are addressed sufficiently; some quicker than others, but they are very busy. The downside: we couldn’t believe how many doors bump walls when opened. Design flaw? Be prepared to apply bumper pads. The cleaning crew left a lot to be desired. Baseboards, walls, doors, shelves, everything had to be cleaned. Very sloppy tradesworkers. Dings, gouges, mismatched screws, dripped paint and grout, scratched glass, sprinklers covered by sod, just to name a few. Pulte would save a fortune in repair costs if they just hired crews that did the job right the first time. Chase was great at ensuring damaged items were repaired (or did it himself!). There’s not enough options to pick from. The yard there was no option Had most of our home tidied and didn’t receive the right color of tile Been easier to put in the back patio before moving in. We didn’t get our garage doors painted

Let me start by saying that we love our new home, our community and the environment where we are now living. Del Webb has put all of the basics in place for an outstanding place to retire either full time or seasonally. It is important to know that you are buying a production home, not a custom home. They have some lovely customizations, that we got (many were priced very competitively), but it is still a production home. Pros - The layout of the home, well thought out and planned. - The high ceilings and doors really make a difference. - Simple things, like the number of outlets, really helps! - The "bones" of the house are good (the foundation, CBS walls, etc.). - The organization to help you close and move in to the neighborhood was excellent. Cons - Promises were made on communication that never happened. I learned more about the status of our build from he county building inspector online than from the project manager. Communications is just mediocre and needs improving. - They have so many subs that the individual subs only care about their project. If they break something that is another area, it remains broken until someone who cares fixes it. We had a broken (truly broken) kitchen cabinet 3 weeks before close, we are now 6+ weeks post close and still not fixed. - If you move into an area where they are still building, be ready for CONSTANT trash in your yard (not just dirt or construction debris, but empty cans, bottles, etc.). ... This is the worst house built I ever seen. I have built five other house and if you added up the problems with all five of them, this house surpasses them 10-fold. If I knew the quality of the workmanship that I was getting, I would not have built with Del Webb (Pulte company.) The models do not tell the true story of quality. I wish that my house could be shown as a model with the mold and poor workmanship. We closed on 2/24 and had to clean the house for days. Our furniture arrived 3/10 and we had to move out of the house on 3/15 because of mold in the walls. Today is 3/29 and we're still not back in. What a great experience. We really enjoy our new home. We’ve only been in for 6 weeks but so far everything has been great. A few things need to be fixed but they are chipping away at it.

When you first stop here to look at homes they are great. then it goes down hill from there. You are not allowed to make ANY changes after you design your home because you signed your contract but they constantly make changes and delete items. we were lied to about our lot and they offered a four foot extension on the garage which I wanted. I was told that was no longer offered because there was no demand for it. All of many of my neighbors have it and we all purchased and designed our homes within a month of each other. we were lied to about our lot as well everyone one our street was told the same "STORY" about the lots how someone purchased it and backed out. Bruce lies a lot! His attitude is also poor. our construction manager Jack did not provide the service as promised very poor communication. AS more people move in the same problems exist in every single home. so I am not just some disgruntled homeowner people that have lived here for years have told that they have had the same issues. Its odd that they ask for input but never make any corrective actions. they have the nerve to ask you for all five star ratings knowing they don't deserve it. why do companies ask for these surveys and when you're honest you never hear anything back from them. It's all smoke and mirrors. Stop with the excuses and treat your customers like they are valuable. without them you would have nothing. Do something you know what is going on! ... More

The only thing that I was dissatisfied with was that on my change order paperwork it said I would be receiving 42" upper cabinets and everyone said that it was a glitch in the system that printed that out and it was a mistake.

We did not receive our house in clean condition. All other issues have been resolved or in the process of being taken care of.

The sales did not understand are needs. 3 things I did want not to be on a hill which you could not tell when bought. No room for pool was not told. Woods on otherwise of golf course were going to be tore down for homes.

Fantastic experience with construction and Sales

Our building manager Chase was just amazing. He always went above and beyond and was always responsive to our questions, concerns and comments. This is our second Pulte home and the experience was great

Pulte prides itself in their quality and I can honestly say quality is probably furthest from their minds. They are all about the dollar, period! If you are looking for quality, look elsewhere. If you want a run of the mill, but standard home, then they will not disappoint.
