Way too many issues. Waiting 45 hours after the closing for keys to a new home is totally unacceptable! The list of ~25 items to be corrected before the closing was not completed on time even after a two week closing delay! The Del Webb / Pulte team is still trying to complete the "to do punch list", weeks after the closing! This is so frustrating that no one takes responsibility to get the job done right the first time! There are too many people involved with poor communication between them. The Left hand does know what the Right hand is doing! Management is asleep at the helm! Please have a senior manager contact me for more of the frustrating details! Too many issues found during predrywall inspection. The pre-drywall inspection could not be done completey because they put installed the insulation prior to the inspection. This is how they lose the buyer's trust. After moving in , we are finding many issues and they are very inconsistent in resolving them. Many requests to fix deficiencies are closed without being resolved.

Perry was very helpful in addressing our issues with our home.

From the point of signatures on contracts, I feel there are so many disconnects between Sales, construction, Pulte Mortgage. I could probably count a 100 break points with opportunities to improve. Post closing there are many disconnects from Sales, Construction & HOA. Given the chance to do this over again, I am not sure I would buy in ***** again or *****

Personal Interaction with all aspects of the sale and construction personnel

The entire process from purchase to moving in went smoothly. We are pleased with the quality and design of our new home. Our construction manager, ***** provided excellent service all along the way.

Quick response to issues and felt very comfortable throughout the home buying process with our sales person and our construction manager, Sheryl ***** and Mike *****. We love our new home and our neighborhood!!

Ok, not great

It seemed as if our Sales person, Kialey, was bothered with our questions. We're in our mid-70's, have never built a home before, as she knew, but we felt a general impatience and disinterest in her slow responses. We felt intimidated about contacting her. We never heard from her at and after our closing. VERY disappointed working with her. Trevor, our construction manager was very good at his weekly updates. About two weeks after closing, he no longer responded to texts or phone calls. This was disappointing as he was also aware that this was our first new-build. And finally, our customer service/warrantee person, Brian, never reached out to us. It took us about 7 weeks for us to find out we even had a customer service person assigned to us, and how to contact him. SEVEN WEEKS! Why wasn't a text or email sent to us at closing letting us know who our assigned person was and how to contact them? Yes, he was on a four week vacation, but SOMEONE should have told us who he was and how to contact someone in his absence. Since we have met with Brian, everything has been handled with a sense of urgency. We are very pleased with his prompt and professional follow-through. ... More

Salesperson was excellent

Our sales team knew our HOA would be increasing by $130/month right after we closed on our homes; however, the entire team lied and said they weren’t aware of the increase, when in fact Mary ***** had the exact increase number for weeks on her desk. Will never purchase from Pulte again. And will continue to warn others.

Amazing experience

We purchased this home remotely (property is in FL and we were full time in NV until the purchase was complete) and never physically saw the home before the walk through. Sales and the construction manager (we bought standing inventory) were very accommodating, sending lots of videos and pictures, taking measurements etc. We did encounter a few hiccups at closing and post closing, but again, our sales rep and construction manager were ***** IT and resolved things quickly. We are very appreciative and happy with our purchase!

Everyone we dealt with was Amazing! So Friendly, Knowledgeable and Efficient! The home is Beautiful and they constantly ask if there’s anything we need or any questions we have for them. So Not Use to that Royal Treatment!

Purchasing our home, we worked with a very knowledgeable team from sales agent to title company. Everyone was wonderful to work with. They were responsive to our needs and always available.

from the beginning I was pleasantly surprised. Bob was great to work with and kept me up to steam until Trevor took over. I'm not sure if I was just lucky with the people that handled my buy/ build but they were awesome. If you read this review and can request your people ,, there's your go to guys.

The garage door still does not function properly, yet I continue to receive notifications stating that the repair has been completed. This issue remains unresolved. Additionally, the window screens are extremely loose, allowing insects to enter the home. A bathroom floor tile was cut incorrectly and installed anyway, leaving an unfinished area with no tile behind the toilet. The master bathroom shower leaked water onto the floor, creating a serious slip-and-fall hazard. While this issue has been mostly repaired, it should never have occurred in a new home. The drywall workmanship throughout the home is unacceptable. Once the walls were painted, the seams and joints became highly visible, indicating poor finishing and quality control. There are also several floor tiles that are uneven and raised. To further add to the frustration, I have been unable to synchronize the garage door opener with either the installed opener or my vehicle. A work order has been open for more than two weeks without resolution. The flange at the bottom of the dishwasher is incorretly installed and makes a horrible sound with opening/closing the dishwasher. Not repaired yet! It's a simple repair - just not done. There were other issues too many to list. Overall, the quality of construction, attention to detail, and responsiveness to warranty concerns have been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another home from this company and cannot recommend them to others. ... More

The experience with the construction manager Mel was excellent every step of the way. James resolved all the issues we had after we moved in.

We purchased a Stardom model and love the house, but the build process was a bit underwhelming. Minimal options available and unless. you were lucky to have a building manager that would stretch things (like adding an outlet somewhere), you received no as an answer. We even had an issue with where the EV charger plug was placed. Description said it came with 60' of cable for customer installation yet it was installed right under the breaker box in an unusable location, even after asking where to place it before it was installed. We need an electrician now to come in and move it to where we can actually use it. Everything else seems good, quality is good except for some ceiling wallboard seams (can see spackle humps at seams in three places - this will be a warranty item request). We made a life-changing decision to buy a Pulte home at Del Webb Minneola, and they made it as least stressful as possible. Kialey was our sales agent and she was amazing, and Perry was our site manager, who was also excellent. We did have a few snagging issues but I am sure these are common, and Pulte did work through them efficiently. We are now looking forward to enjoying our beautiful new home!
