we bought a mystique we added the extra room and bathroom. we love it they said it would take about 150 days we got our home in 132 days. there where some issues but they took care of them immediately. I did the lanai and outdoor kitchen on my own I did it for half the price. but overall our construction manager josh was great he would send us pics every week showing us the progress. we had been looking for a home for two years. and as far as builders go I think pulte is one of the best builders out there

We are extremely disappointed either way our home . We have letters with statements from sales team and when we found out that the letter wasn’t true at all and explained to managers they refused to understand . Also many issues in the home need repair . We r working diligently to get warranty people out here

The house and the construction people are solid. Minor issues have been resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Pulte mortgage was very difficult to deal with. Our oven was not installed properly, resulting in the wires burnt creating a fire hazard. Any issues we had were addressed in a timely manner.

We had an excellent overall home buying experience in Del Webb Minneola. The standouts were our sales representative and construction manager. Our sales rep was friendly, informative and helpful throughout the process. She clearly explained all the options and pricing for our home model and was never pushy. She was a great help in getting the lot we wanted. The Del Webb portal is a great tool for reviewing structural and design options. We spent a lot of time going through it before signing our contract and preparing for the design selection appointment. Our construction manager did a great job communicating progress during the home build. We appreciated his regular updates and photos. More importantly, he took the initiative to correct workmanship issues without prompting and addressed the minor items I identified during walk-throughs without any hassle. We love the community and the home we chose - they definitely fit our life style. There were build quality issues such as interior paint on floors and light switches in every room, as well as exterior drainage and erosion issues. Overall, we are happy with the home, just wish there were fewer problems to deal with.

It would be desirable for a house costing more than $600 to have a water softener already included, and to choose built-in cabinets with higher quality than metal shelving. But most importantly, the doors would be completely sanded, so that all corners and edges feel smooth. When prices go up, you shouldn't simultaneously feel like the quality is going down. It would also be good to accompany the buyer through the administrative procedures (electricity, water, gas, and also with the HOA or the Castle Group) during the handover, because that doesn't always work out so well. It started with a perfect floor plan for our needs and ended with a beautiful home we are proud to own. The finish options were sufficient and the design process was smooth overall. Our frustrations with the process revolved around locations for tray ceilings, ceiling lighting drops, ceiling speakers, TV wall mount locations and such. There was precious little builder flexibility, but I will say our build manager Sean was able to accommodate our two most crucial change requests. We are truly grateful for that and I told Sean he was now a true custom home builder. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the quality of our home and this Del Webb community. ... More

Moved to new area n Gardenrow. Why are streetlights off. That is not safe

Bought one of the ready to move in properties, so it was pretty straight forward.

Love the house and the quality and craftsmanship. Only a couple of things were not up to par. The electrical outlet for the dishwasher and garbage disposal was backwards. Ended up getting fixed the grout in the second bathroom in the shower is cracking. A few of the bricks for the porch are loose. My wife is supposed to be putting in for the issues we have. overall love the house.

Our sales representative Chris was fabulous to be associated with. He was upfront, sincere, honest and a pleasure throughout our entire sales experience.

Too many items left out, would use a bank for a loan instead of Pulte

Everything was great, cost of the lot was very high but worth the great view

I had a very good experience with the Pulte construction group. Sam was very attentive to my needs, and what I wanted included with the home. Oliver as well has been extremely attentive and proactive. Both men are very good additions to your team. I would suggest the Del Webb homes to my friends.
