Bought one of the ready to move in properties, so it was pretty straight forward.

Love the house and the quality and craftsmanship. Only a couple of things were not up to par. The electrical outlet for the dishwasher and garbage disposal was backwards. Ended up getting fixed the grout in the second bathroom in the shower is cracking. A few of the bricks for the porch are loose. My wife is supposed to be putting in for the issues we have. overall love the house.

Everything was great, cost of the lot was very high but worth the great view

Obviously, building a new house can be a complex undertaking, with a lot of different people providing work through the process. It really can never be a perfect completion the first time. We are all human and there are mistakes that happen or quality issues that need addressed. I've always believed you can tell a real companies worth on how they react to fixing problems that are perceived issues. I can tell you this, Pulte has excelled in correcting any such issues with professionalism, timeliness and real concern on making it all perfect. We worked with Katie during the purchase of our new home. She was very helpful and made us feel that our expectations were met and she made us feel welcomed to the community. Prior to and after the purchase. Jose was extremely helpful with the walkthrough prior to and after closing on the home. We had a minor issue with one of the toilets in one of the bathrooms. We called warranty and to my surprise they sent a plumber out within a couple of days and the issue was resolved. Great service from the warranty department. We love our new home and the community.

The process was pretty seamless

The contractors who came just before we closed to fix items seemed to be a little careless with how they left the repaired items and footprints all over the hallway and kitchen.

Very attentive and cooperative. Had a great experience.

I can only say positive things about the construction of my home.

The house has warranty on everything.

Did not receive proactive information regarding closing date and required activity except how to pay. Did not receive closing documents or even notification that closing had happened. Mail box keys didn’t arrive for several days. Since closing minor building related tasks remain incomplete.

Michael and Niklas were really helpful and responsive. Their knowledge about construction was very good. They were also so personable that it was a pleasure to work with them.

Everyone on the Pulte team was great. Extremely friendly and easy to work with.

In general terms, what they offer you at the time of sale is quite realistic with the final product. If I can make a constructive criticism, they should take more care with the contractors in charge of the painting finishes, in reality, they damage the work of the other contractors, painting door handles, switch plates and outlets, hinges, etc. For the rest, the materials used are of good quality, the houses are well insulated, thermally and acoustically, the finishes are in line with the price of the property. Finally, I think the response time for warranty tickets should be improved a little. Although they do respond and resolve, sometimes you have to wait more than a month for the resolution of a problem; This must be improved. ... More

Buying was fantastic with Alex and she helped me all along the way. The closing Dept. was a nightmare. They need to be better trained. Johnathan was very pleasant to work with and kept in touch as to what was happening as I lived else where. Overall the experience was quite good.

Make sure that the house has been cleaned thoroughly before you move in.

From the start Carly was terrific and helped us along the way to closing. The last two building managers were great too. Everyone cared to make sure we were happy. Pulte is great as well as Del Webb.

Pulte's team is helpful, responsive, collaborative... The vendors that they have on site are hit or miss. You sometimes get a great team who are experienced and thorough, and other times you get workers who miss the mark. The vendors' quality control is hit or miss, they aren't always concerned with excellence, but rather, get the job done. Regardless, Pulte's team hears your concerns and does all they can to make you happy in the end. I feel that the Pulte team addresses issues that you bring to their attention and pulls in the vendors to ensure that you get a quality home in the end. The building process was stressful. Hire your own independent inspector and make sure that you inspect pre-dry wall and pre-closing. Have an independent realtor who is familiar with new home construction. We learned so much through our realtor and felt as though she protected our best interests by helping us to be informed buyers. Purchasing our new home was a very smooth process. From the picking of materials to the construction phase, to the closing.

We are delighted with our new house. The only suggestion would be to provide more guidance to the owners on how to register with the new service providers (gas, electricity, water and HOA).

Nice experience. No major issues. Both sales and supervisor were on top of things. Very pleasant folks. Building time was short!
