Our sales associate Nate was really easy to work with "long distance" and helped us in many areas that were not his department... Ryan, our construction superintendent was so easy to work with, informing us, sending us information and pictures to keep us apprised and on schedule!

Well the issues I have had are 1. Drywall finishes you can see a lot of the seams in mostly the walls we had them fix a few but now that we had the house painted you can see a lot more, as for the trim finishes they skipped a lot of sanding before painting, and now after living in the house for a month the stucco on the side of the house has cracks In a few places, and the craftsmanship of the stucco is not so good, they also never painted the outside windowsills of the upper windows, in my opinion after watching the houses being built around me I think a lot of it may be because of the rushing to get it done they are running around like it's a contest, I don't know if they get by the hour or house, if they would slow down a little you would probably get a better quality build, like the model homes the finishes are what all the homes should look like ... Beautiful houses, delivery on time.

Home was delivered on time and met my expectations. There were no surprises and all options were completed per plan.

The work load on the construction managers was too much, spread too thin and affected their ability to be timely in their responses. All mangers were knowledgeable, professional , personable and sincere in their efforts to resolve issues.

I already let several friends and a neighbor at the apartment complex we left and they expressed interest.

Very nice and professional. He is a wonderful person, and helps you wherever you need. I am very pleased to have him as a construction manager

Be patient. There are always going to be issues with new construction. The Pulte people and the trades are very responsive.

Our long distance building process was very good. Our construction manager and sales associate answered our questions and updated us on progress throughout. They were quick to address any issues and responsive to our concerns. We are happy with our build experience and the quality of materials used.

Overall, this was a very easy and pleasant experience - from viewing available properties, negotiating the contract, working with the construction manager, closing, and working with the customer care manager. The sales rep, Kialey B. went above and beyond our expectations and really set a high standard for others to follow - DWS should name a road or something after her. We purchased a property that was already complete and there were some issues we wanted addressed/corrected before closing. Although not everything was complete, enough was done for us to close on time. Kyle B., the construction manager, and Oliver D., the customer care manager, have stood by their word to complete everything to our expectations and are doing a great job. The whole experience went smoothly, received assistance in closing electronically. The builder inspector and the warranty and customer care person were very efficient in the performance of their jobs. Overall, very positive experience.

Great Experience with the process from purchase to final delivery. Minor issues but really a great experience.

I like the after care that is provided, the extra warranty on appliances is great, The quality of workmanship in the home is great. A great place to live and call home.

Both Jake and Oliver have been attentive to the concerns to complete the finishes in my home to the Pulte building standards. I'm very glad I picked Del Webb Sunbridge for my home.

Professional, quick responses to our needs and questions. Helpful with the step by step process. The floor plans are well designed and options to upgrade are the best. We looked at all the completion and DelWebb/Pulte is the best!

First and foremost I commend Kailey she is the sales representative who assisted me the 2nd and 3rd time I visited delwebb sunbridge. Her service/care very exceptional. She is approachable, friendly, dedicated, sincere and a very kind heart helping clients. She guided and assisted me from the very start of the buying process until the closing date. She gives me updates, I can text her anytime even at night and on weekends she is always available to attend my needs and she tried her very best to attend and answer all my questions and took actions in all my requests. I can't thank her enough how grateful I am that she is one of the people who helped me to fulfill my wish/dream to buy and own a house. Good experience, people are wonderful

The buying process ran smoothly. The interaction with Pulte’s personnel was pretty good from the sales person to the last builder. Some minor issues are still pending, but they are working on them. We are very satisfied with the house in general.

The security and lighting in the community is excellent. The personnel at the clubhouse working in restaurant/bar area are very personable. Alot of great activities.

It was a great experience dealing with Del Webb in the whole process of purchasing my new home. Time frame to finish it was as expected, and all came out with all updates we requested.

Clay was a great property manager to work with. He has been responsive, pleasant, and professional.

Home is well worth the wait!

Excellent construction manager,Brian,and Warranty Manager,Jason. Minor issues in home,taken care of promptly. Couple of issues on block,response slow,but promise was given to rectify in reasonable time. Lived in home for one month. I will follow up in time.
