Very satisfied with the final product. The Construction Manager was diligent as issues occurred during construction and with follow-up on the final punch list. The Interior Designer was outstanding.

I really liked the houses I saw here. They were comparable or better than other communities I looked at, and so I took the plunge. The area's amenities, shopping, entertainment, etc were already established and in place so while my street is a construction zone, the area is not. Because we are at the end of the build out, I had no choices in finishes, flooring, colors, cabinets, etc. So it was like when I bought my first home which was a resale. It took longer than expected to complete, but everyone was responsive to my concerns and still is as we work together to adjust the few things that were not done perfectly or need adjusting (the closet doors that came in late, needed painting and hanging for example). Our sales experience was great. Our Sales Manager, Dan, answered all our questions, was responsive and provided us pictures and updates throughout the whole build process. Our Design Center experience was non-personable and felt a little rushed (we finished our consultation an hour early), even though we were very organized and had picked out all our options prior to the meeting. We were not allowed to select our desired our kitchen cabinet handles to match our bathroom handles, even though they were the same cabinets. We asked for an explanation of this during the design consultation as well as a follow up after the consultation, and never received a clear explanation. The strengths of the construction process were that the build was on-time; we received all of our design selections, and the communication was responsive, when we initiated it. While we did not receive the upgraded refrigerator we selected, Del Webb, did provide us with a high-end replacement. While we did not expect perfection in the build process, due to the number of houses being built and the rush to close on our house before year-end, there were a few items not installed (shower enclosures and mirrors), and items that needed to be addressed/corrected. Our build manager Nick, was very responsive and diligent in addressing the major items of concern. While a few items are still pending, we are confident, based on Del Webb’s responsiveness, that these items will be corrected in a timely manner. Our project manager did a fantastic job.

I think they build to fast and don’t pay attention to detail.

I was an out of state buyer and my site manager Chuck was always there for me. He was very responsive to all my questions and concerns and was honest when we had a glitch or two, but it always worked out! I am very happy in my new home

Long process im assuming it had to due with supply chain and then hurricane

Joe Tosto, our field manager, was a professional during a difficult build process. Between supply chain issues, staffing of the trades, and delays on the property Joe kept things as positive as he could, he was the beacon of this process. Quality and workmanship is debatable as we have already have grout coming up in the master shower and have had electrical issues.

I would give them 4 1/2 stars if this were an option. This was my first experience with Pulte and overall they did a very good job in the setting of supply chain issues and challenges in finding quality subcontract labor. My field manager was phenomenal and I was very happy with communication throughout the build. Whenever I brought an issue to Pulte’s attention, with only 1 exception, they dealt with it immediately. The closing agent was excellent as was my customer service manager. They both were clearly doing their best to give me a great experience. Overall the buying experience was very good. Labor & supply chain issues definitely created delays. The Del Webb/Pulte personnel were open, honest, and did their best to keep us up to date. At closing, we received a high quality house.

Dan our sales rep was excellent! Very friendly, helpful and extremely responsive. Always keeping in touch and helping out with everything. Pulte Mortgage not so helpful. I filled out a separate survey for Pulte.

Our field manager was excellent. More informative information from the sales office would have been appreciated since we were out of state buyers. More frequent updates would have helped us understand the numerous closing date delays.

We understood that because of all the supply issues taking place our home building experience would be a struggle. Our building manager, Jesse, did a great job of handling everything and issues that developed. Jen, our sales manager, was a true gem that helped us when we had real issues. Our biggest problem was when upper management informed us 2 days prior to our "non negotiable" walk thru and closing dates that they would be delayed. Jen and Jesse jumped in to help us get in our home on the date promised.

Nice home overall; however, issues take longer than expected time to be resolved due to getting the subcontractors to return and fix the problems.

If it weren't for Jerrad I would have had a very negative experience. Even though things were late arriving in the building procedure he would keep me informed of what was going on.

While the quality of the materials used for and in our Del Webb home is very good and we LOVE our beautiful home, we are disappointed with the workmanship evidenced by the number of annoying repairs & corrections needed within our first 90 days of homeownership. We think homeowners can expect a few adjustments as part of any post-settlement home. However, we have an an exceptional number of annoying repairs, fixes and adjustments in our new Del Webb home. Building a home requires coordination of a extensive number of activities, accessing materials and working with suppliers, all of which are mind boggling but home builders are very experienced at managing all of the activities needed to deliver a COMPLETED home. While we have had NO SERIOUS problems, which would be issues that effect the appearance or functionality of any feature of our home, we believe Del Webb deserves 4 STARS for the number of annoying issues to address in our new home. ... The warranty people are very good to work with and listened to our concerns. It would be nice if more attention to detail was paid prior to closing so there would be fewer workers needed after closing.

It took much longer than advertised to have the house built but once built we are very happy with it. The quality of materials and workmanship were very high.

We were absentee owners so a lot could have gone wrong that didn't. We had a particularly good project manager. However, some cost saving issues, not the PM decision, were a little silly. To not seal your tiles floor before move in makes no sense and cost more money in the end plus its a big pain.

All small issues were addressed and resolved

The process went well from the offer to purchase thru closing. The team we worked with always kept us informed and was good to work with.
