Pool construction was a disaster. Crushed underground pipes found. Sub had not properly tested. Multiple delays in addressing punch list and warranty issues. How long does it take Pulte to change a light bulb (actually fix a light post) that has never worked in the two months since closing? Don't know, because still not fixed.

They were still working on our home the day of closing. Numerous items where not completed correctly. Flooring had two colors of grout thru out the house as though they ran out and just picked a close enough color to finish the job. The flooring was not cleaned, there was sticky stuff all on the floor along with paint and silicon. Tile in bathroom doesn't even flow with the wall where they connect. Out door patio pavers are covered in paint and the screen patio was installed incorrectly with holes in the screening and support beams not leveled. Even the house number is on the house ...

Not taking the issue with the windows in my house higher. The windows are defective and manufacture should recall the windows. Which shows the builder mass production of homes that they don't care.

I purchased my house move-in ready. What I didn't realize is how they cut corners on homes. Every house they build should have hurricane windows. Hurricane windows should be mandatory in new construction. The lawn/sod they use is horrible. I have holes that you can't see until I keep twisting my ankle when walking on it. They keep telling me it will fill in. Every finished house should be cleaned prior to the new owners moving in. The lack of better craftsmanship has held me up on having my grout sealed in the house. I could go on but I feel like a broken record.

after the great sales pitch DW/Pulte was the greatest and would provide an error free package all inclusive, not quite. Sales was great, financing was rough but it took 5 people to get it in order for closing. Project management was lacking in maturity and experience. Punch list items still not done as well as warranty items now, of CV19 is the cause. Action was late on my punch list items and many left at closing I trusted would be done but were not. I have had 4 out of 6 appliances worked on already, and even though we paid top of the line price, they aren’t top of the line. I have had 4 warranty visits where I was sitting and waiting and no one showed up. The house isn’t wired for a separate switch for the fan in rooms set up for a ceiling fan and light - you have to use the pull chain. You can’t choose to put in extra outlets or say where you would like them on a wall. We cannot believe how bad the quality of the work is in our house. (Kitchen has 3 lights over our island, not centered over island and no electricity) tile floors has bubbles in them. Our customer service person ( Brittney) has all this information and when I reach out about when we can expect someone to fix these problems I get no answer to my email and when I call3 times) get voice mail and no returned call. I can’t believe Del Webb has their name connected to this kind of quality in our home. And all our neighbors have the same problem .

My second and last Pulte Home, at least in Florida. Issues from the get go and still while residing in the home. Too many issues to list here. Major concern is level of construction knowledge, laying floor tile in the dark, major flooding due to loose plumbing fittings and on and on.

The workmanship should have been much higher quality than what we received. Paint splatters on the floors were everywhere throughout the house. Tile work was poorly executed. Doors are not hung properly. Moulding around door frames and cabinets are cut short leaving big gaps. The sliding glass doors were not installed properly and leaked during the first rain storm. We were so excited to take possession of our new home. We had a devil of a time, reaching Ian or anybody beforehand who could supply some basic details. We were excited to get the keys and very very happy however we walked over to the front desk and we weren’t even in the system, a terrible buzz kill for us. we went from ecstatic to despondent. Two months later, we are still not in the access system and we’re charged a late fee for our payment even though we mailed it in way ahead of time. Sales agent was super. Building site supervisor was responsive. But there were about two dozen issues regarding poor workmanship or carelessness of builders. Fortunately, customer care response to outstanding issues has been great. Builder did promote its mortgage company, which pushed unacceptable terms; we were able to find much better terms easily. Title & closing was a grease fire--completely disorganized. NOT THE WORST, BUT DEFINITELY NOT THE BEST. THEY SPEAK OF CONSTANT IMPROVEMENT BUT APPEAR TO HAVE LITLE INTEREST IN ADDRESSING LEGITIMATE CUSTOMER CONCERNS. THE OUTSIDE VENDORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS ARE RUNNING THE SHOW. THE WORKSITES ARE A PIGSTY AND GARBAGE IS LEFT ALL OVER TO END UP ON PEOPLES LAWNS AND IN THE PONDS. WHEN YOU COMPLAIN YOU ARE BASICALLY TOLD TOO BAD. THERE IS A COMPLETE DISCONNECT BETWEENTHE BUILDER AND THE HOA AND HOMEOWNERS ARE LEFT HOLDING THE BAG. Pre closing walk through with project mgr identified several issues he disclosed were to be addressed by closing (1 week). I was prodded to give a very positive review as mgrs performance would be addressed by corporate based on my review. After closing, repairs were not completed. Prior to closing I was treated like royalty. After closing, I didn't exist and 2 months later, I am still waiting for repairs to be taken care of. Buyer beware.
