Great home in a 55+ community!

Very pleased with our new home, and all the amenities that Del Webb has to offer. Purchased here based solely on the reputation of Del Webb, as to quality homes and integrity.

Basically everything is as expected. There have been a few issues but they were addressed.

Del Webb is an active community with amenities galore for any interest group. We have found the staff and community to be friendly and helpful.

Outstanding construction in accordance with all chosen options and modifications. A fantastic creation of a perfect home.

Jen and John kept us informed and educated on the buying and building process. They put us at ease by sending pictures, holding meetings by phone and web so we would better understand the buying and building details.

Everyone was very helpful and courteous from Mike our salesman to Victor who came to the house to take care of things that needed to be finished to the HOA ladies. We have had a good experience thus far and have been very informed about upcoming events.

Process of contracting for the home through closing went smoothly. Had a great site supervisor that kept me updated pus salesman that sent me progress pictures each week. In house for one month and all systems working fine. Had some questions about how certain things work but Bret Rodhe was always aailable to answer them.

It was an extremely great process from initially looking at the different homes and home sites available to the design process and then to the closing line. Kristen (Sales) , Shayne (Design) , Dan (Sales Mgr.) and Orlando (Construction Mgr.) all were super helpful through the entire process and made our purchase a real pleasurable experience. Highly recommend the Del Webb process and looking forward to our new experience in this community.

We recently completed our new home with Del Webb, and the entire process exceeded our expectations. From our very first visit to the final walkthrough, every step was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. We are especially grateful for three outstanding individuals who made this journey truly exceptional: Leslie (our sales consultant), Susan (our design center consultant), and Max (our construction superintendent). Leslie was our first point of contact and set the tone for a great experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions. Her guidance helped us navigate the early decisions with confidence, and we always felt she had our best interests in mind. Susan at the design center was phenomenal. Making so many design choices can be overwhelming, but Susan made it enjoyable and fun. She has a great eye for design and offered helpful suggestions that aligned with our style and budget. Thanks to her, our home reflects exactly the look and feel we envisioned. Max, our superintendent, was the rock throughout the construction process. His communication was excellent — always keeping us informed on progress, timelines, and what to expect next. Max’s attention to detail and commitment to quality were clear in every stage of the build. We felt confident knowing our home was in such capable hands. Slick and efficient from Sales person to closing.

Jordan made videos for me to review maintenance and upkeep procedures. Patient. Kind. Helpful.

Home was delivered when promised. Max is very responsive to all questions and problems during and after delivery.

We had a wonderful experience. Our sales person (Jill) and construction manager (Ben) are amazing. During the build Ben sent us weekly updates and was always there to answer questions. We really like our home and the Del Webb development.

From the beginning until the day we were handed the keys our experience couldn't have been better .

For the very beginning Lori and I knew that delwell would be right for us. Absolutely awesome pool and amenity center. Excellent restaurant. The build process was smooth without absolutely the best construction manager with Max Thompson. He got us through the entire process. Very responsive to our needs. Highly recommended. He made sure everything was done on time and with high quality. Home selection was exactly what we were looking for. Location of Del Webb was ideal.

Pulte customer service is 110%!!! Pulte sub contractors and quality of workmanship is 75%. I feel like they hire the cheapest subcontractors which include people who have zero experience and no supervision so therefore some things are built extremely well and others are not. Have already had issues with our AC, hot water and major issues with landscape company that pulte hired. Overall I like the home itself and amazing customer service thru the buying process but Pultes above average reputation is no where near what it was 30 years ago. I'm disappointed by that because I went with a "name brand" builder and paid $100k more for a Pulte home over other cheaper options in the same area. ... More

This home building process is a well oiled machine. Sequences are in place to efficiently move things along. I wish they would provide the option of patios and screen cages to be included in a new build. Now you have to wait until after closing to start the project when you do not have local contacts. They planted a tree where my patio will go even though all personnel in sales, design center and construction mgr all knew of my planed enlarged patio and cage. They would not remove or relocate the tree.

The quality of a Pulte home is higher than other Florida homebuilders. Even though my home wasn't "perfect" on move-in, the quick responsiveness of both my construction manager, Ben, and the warranty representative, Jodi, has been amazing. I'm loving it here at Del Webb!

Valen was a great sales person who assisted us through the buying process. So far we have not had many issues and the minor ones we had were fixed in a timely manner. Selecting options was probably the only part of the process that we did not like. Not many options and answers to nearly all of our questions was a no.

Overall good experience would recommend to potential buyers.
