Initially, we had two not so pleasant experiences with one project manager who was reassigned to another community after just 2 months and his replacement who was a rookie and did not know how to proceed in getting inspections and caused us to detour our return from Christmas in CA with my son and family to do a pre-drywall walk-thru prematurely. Work was subsequently delayed 6 weeks until we finally talked to a Pulte VP of Building who re-assigned us to Hector, who was outstanding. He got the needed inspections done and completion our home as he promised in mid June. And I attended a walk thru with him just before closing the next day and everything on the 3rd party inspector’s listed was corrected by Hector + some additional items. I am very pleased with my new home by Del Webb. From our Sales Person, Valen, to our Construction Manager, Sam, we have felt that we had very good support in the building process and in the post closing experience. I would highly recommend this development for the life style and amenities that is offered.

Our build manager,Andrew, did an awesome job taking care of our build. Shilo and Kathy at Pulte mortgage made the loan process super easy and stress free. We’re just over 30 days in and the few nits that we have are being worked (or are already done).

I was impressed when I first visited the Del Webb Lakewood Ranch. The community is well-planned and maintained, quiet yet full of amenities for active adult residents. The sales representative is very friendly and professional. The construction manager is very responsive to dress issues arose during the construction. Now I finally moved into my dream home!

Pulte was clear that changes could not be made after our selections were made. Beyond that, they did a great job in providing construction updates and meeting their commitments. After the closing they have continued to provide excellent service, including addressing punch list items.

We were immediately impressed with Del Webb Bayview in Parrish, FL. Our salesperson, Valen, was trustworthy, informative and professional. Not only did she make our home selection process easier, she also assisted us with several home design choices after our sale was complete. Our field manager, Jared, was responsive and meticulous. Jared involved us in the build process and kept us informed and comfortable, answering all our questions. Issues were mostly minor and typical of those you’d experience during a new build. Most important, all were all handled quickly and with no pushback. We are very happy with both the quality of our new home and the quality of the community amenities. Everyone at Pulte we dealt with during our home build was courteous and professional. While we don’t expect to move, we wouldn’t hesitate to build with Del Webb and Pulte in the future. Only reason for a four star rating on value is related to the overall craziness of the real estate market over the past few years, nothing specific to Pulte or Del Webb. They were priced fairly in relation to the market and were one of the only communities allowing us to select interior finishes and other upgrades in March of 2022, while most others were auctioning off homes with predetermined finishes. Everyone was great to work with from the Sales Office through Field Manager. They followed their process as laid out upfront. Home was beautiful and delivered right on time. Would build with them anytime!

the communications from our sales rep and building supervisor has been excellent. Likewise, the follow-up on any "problematic issues" we've encountered so far has been quite good!

Our experience going through Pulte was very satisfying. From the design team to the construction managing team to the sales team, everyone was a pleasure to work with. We are now enjoying our beautiful home. I would highly recommend Pulte build your dream retirement home.

From the very start our Sales Agent, Valen was incredible. She helped us with our lot selection, answered our many questions, checked in to ensure we were happy and was very customer focused. Our Field Manager, Frank, was very professional, listened to any concerns we surfaced and ensured everything was done to our satisfaction. He followed up after our settlement to ensure we were happy and even came over after our closing to fix a minor item himself. The reason we gave a 4 instead of 5 under "quality of workmanship & materials" is some products had to be substituted due to the industry's supply chain issues (i.e., aluminum windows vs. vinyl). I can’t say enough good things about our field manager. Building from 1500 miles away was stressful but Max kept in touch weekly with texts and pictures of progress. Always patiently answered our questions putting our minds at ease. The end product was amazing!

I purchased a home under construction while living out of state. Dan and Helder not only made the process painless, my home is beautiful and there were absolutely no problems. The experience could not have been better.

We are impressed by the Quality of the construction of home. Vincent & Mike kept up us up to date on building process in these 10 months & completion came in on time. For the small details not completed Ashleigh has done a great job with tracking down tradesmen to complete. Very happy with new home. Although the price was higher than we anticipated we recognize that this is the Florida market at this point.

Our sales person was very knowledgeable of the brand and the model we chose to build. She was able to help us in selection of options. We were given an estimated close date of 2/15/22, with a wider window of January to March. We closed on 2/10/22. The few items that we noted after moving in that needed attention were addressed in a very timely manner.

They build a great home and all the employees we've interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very happy with the process from the initial meeting with sales person, then the design center and the construction manager during the building process. Our questions were always addressed and were happy with the closing as well. The house turned out beautiful thanks to all the phases of purchasing a home in Del Webb. It is a wonderful community with a lot to offer

This is our 2nd Del Webb home in 2 different communities…AZ and FL. We had no major issues and the minor ones were taken care of promptly.

We had a great experience buying our home in Del Webb Cypress Falls in North Port FL. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. The construction manager was excellent and kept us informed throughout the entire build process. We are very satisfied with our home purchase and highly recommend Del Webb as an active adult retirement community.
