I am very pleased with my new home by Del Webb. From our Sales Person, Valen, to our Construction Manager, Sam, we have felt that we had very good support in the building process and in the post closing experience. I would highly recommend this development for the life style and amenities that is offered.

Our Project Manager (Francisco) was a 5 star individual. Building a home is a very complicated process, but the Pulte Team really showed a great deal of care in every regard. Great selection of standard options so there was no need to add many upgrades. Would definitely buy another Pulte home.

Our build manager,Andrew, did an awesome job taking care of our build. Shilo and Kathy at Pulte mortgage made the loan process super easy and stress free. We’re just over 30 days in and the few nits that we have are being worked (or are already done).

DO NOT use Pulte Mortgage. They were very difficult to deal with!

Our first sales rep was absolutely wonderful, but she left and we were assigned someone else. I sent him 3 emails with questions and he never responded so I was pretty upset. Our building supervisor was wonderful and made sure we did get our questioned answered. Besides the one sales staff, everyone else was great!

The home buying experience was really very straightforward and easy.

I was impressed when I first visited the Del Webb Lakewood Ranch. The community is well-planned and maintained, quiet yet full of amenities for active adult residents. The sales representative is very friendly and professional. The construction manager is very responsive to dress issues arose during the construction. Now I finally moved into my dream home!

Pulte was clear that changes could not be made after our selections were made. Beyond that, they did a great job in providing construction updates and meeting their commitments. After the closing they have continued to provide excellent service, including addressing punch list items.

We were immediately impressed with Del Webb Bayview in Parrish, FL. Our salesperson, Valen, was trustworthy, informative and professional. Not only did she make our home selection process easier, she also assisted us with several home design choices after our sale was complete. Our field manager, Jared, was responsive and meticulous. Jared involved us in the build process and kept us informed and comfortable, answering all our questions. Issues were mostly minor and typical of those you’d experience during a new build. Most important, all were all handled quickly and with no pushback. We are very happy with both the quality of our new home and the quality of the community amenities. Everyone at Pulte we dealt with during our home build was courteous and professional. While we don’t expect to move, we wouldn’t hesitate to build with Del Webb and Pulte in the future. Only reason for a four star rating on value is related to the overall craziness of the real estate market over the past few years, nothing specific to Pulte or Del Webb. They were priced fairly in relation to the market and were one of the only communities allowing us to select interior finishes and other upgrades in March of 2022, while most others were auctioning off homes with predetermined finishes. It’s a house built by humans. Problems and issues always come up; stay on top of your project and have good conversations with your field manager and the final house will be beautiful. We are happy with the house, location and nothing beats the amenities.

Everyone was great to work with from the Sales Office through Field Manager. They followed their process as laid out upfront. Home was beautiful and delivered right on time. Would build with them anytime!

This is a beautiful new community. The builder did a great job on our home. We had lots of options to choose from to make it our own. The job was done in a timely manner & we are now settled in and ready to meet new friends and enjoy this special community

the communications from our sales rep and building supervisor has been excellent. Likewise, the follow-up on any "problematic issues" we've encountered so far has been quite good!

Our experience going through Pulte was very satisfying. From the design team to the construction managing team to the sales team, everyone was a pleasure to work with. We are now enjoying our beautiful home. I would highly recommend Pulte build your dream retirement home.

From the very start our Sales Agent, Valen was incredible. She helped us with our lot selection, answered our many questions, checked in to ensure we were happy and was very customer focused. Our Field Manager, Frank, was very professional, listened to any concerns we surfaced and ensured everything was done to our satisfaction. He followed up after our settlement to ensure we were happy and even came over after our closing to fix a minor item himself. The reason we gave a 4 instead of 5 under "quality of workmanship & materials" is some products had to be substituted due to the industry's supply chain issues (i.e., aluminum windows vs. vinyl). The majority of my contact has been with four individuals (Michelle, Susan, Max and Deborah) every last one of them were outstanding: competent, friendly, knowledgeable and truly cared about my needs and desires. Communication was always timely and thorough even though I was an out of state buyer. I’m in the post closing stages now, and they are responsive about addressing an issues that were bound to happen in an endeavor such as this. I had just a few disappointments in what options they offered and some of their stuff doesn’t seem current to todays trends: no sealer in the grout, no photo sensitive coach lights or motion sensitive outside security lights…. But, in the grand scheme of things, these items can be worked around. Timing-wise, they missed backend of my initial 3-month closing window by a month, but a hurricane did roll thru and there were supplier and contractor labor issues that I imagine most builders are encountering. Both builder managers Jarad and Helder were very helpful. As I mentioned before, not seeing my new home until the pre-closing orientation, I appreciated all of their correspondence and patience with my questions and requests. I also appreciated the Pulte manager Jen's weekly photos that highlighted my days as I awaited the closing of my NJ home. She has also been extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions. Pulte has a very personable and professional team who made my move and lifestyle change an extremely positive experience. I am thrilled with my new home and the new environment. ... More

The experience was great. Frank, our site manager, always had time to walk the house and show us the progress and explain things to us. My only complaint, besides too much paperwork, was that I don’t think the house had a final cleaning before we moved in. We did have an issue on closing day but Pulte worked very hard to fix it quickly and that may account for the cleanliness of the house. We are enjoying our new house and are looking forward to living here for many years.
