The majority of my contact has been with four individuals (Michelle, Susan, Max and Deborah) every last one of them were outstanding: competent, friendly, knowledgeable and truly cared about my needs and desires. Communication was always timely and thorough even though I was an out of state buyer. I’m in the post closing stages now, and they are responsive about addressing an issues that were bound to happen in an endeavor such as this. I had just a few disappointments in what options they offered and some of their stuff doesn’t seem current to todays trends: no sealer in the grout, no photo sensitive coach lights or motion sensitive outside security lights…. But, in the grand scheme of things, these items can be worked around. Timing-wise, they missed backend of my initial 3-month closing window by a month, but a hurricane did roll thru and there were supplier and contractor labor issues that I imagine most builders are encountering. Good quality build materials, finished quicker than expected, consciousness sales staff

The experience was great. Frank, our site manager, always had time to walk the house and show us the progress and explain things to us. My only complaint, besides too much paperwork, was that I don’t think the house had a final cleaning before we moved in. We did have an issue on closing day but Pulte worked very hard to fix it quickly and that may account for the cleanliness of the house. We are enjoying our new house and are looking forward to living here for many years.

We recently moved into our new villa in Del Webb Bayview and love our new home! The home building experience was exciting and our field manager Max did a great job keeping us updated and informed of the progress! Our sales person Michelle also stayed involved and helped along the way! There are always a few issues that need to be addressed after move-in and so far Natalie and Joey have been very helpful in getting these things done! Everyone we’ve been in contact with at Pulte has been attentive and friendly, and they truly strive to keep us happy in our new home!

Our sales manager Mike was fantastic from the beginning and made us feel very welcome, our field manager communicated with us almost weekly every step of the way and because we were seven hours away, we were unable to see the process unfold, it was nice having the communication from start to finish, an extraordinary experience!

Buying was a good experience. Pulte mortgage was just ok. Love love the house. Response to 30 day punch list is excellent. Great people work fir Del Webb.

A quality sturdy built home

Easy to work with, and always responded quickly to answer questions.

The space isn't utilized for 55plus.

The people we worked with really care about getting this done right the first time.

The supervisor was great and delivered on time kept us informed of progress. However the pool company has given us a hard time with regards to the auto fill not working properly and causing excessive water bills. Their answer was we are not responsible for water usage and you should shut off the auto fill control valve

Build quality is very good and support from the builder has been good as well.

For the middle class income its a bit pricey, the area n neighborhood is excellent. Tips: have lots of cash on hand for things that arent included in homes, like steps in attics, labor etc.

My field mgr. was wonderful! He addressed any and all of my problems. Although I know this is not a custom built home, I believe the level of craftsmanship could be better, especially on the finish work. Some of the problems I incurred were small but should have been seen as the work was being done...not by the homeowner. That goes for inside and outside. Bottom line.....I love my home and love living in Del Webb!

Del Webb Lakewood Ranch is a beautiful community. Landscaping, houses, and layout of the community are all topnotch.

We were thoroughly guided through the lot selection process. We were kept apprised of building progress through weekly picture updates. We had 2 phone meetings and one Facetime meeting with our building supervisor, who thoroughly answered all our questions. We felt confident that the building process was going well, even though we were unable to come to Florida to see the construction in progress. We did feel that the upgrade selections were quite limited and overpriced, but wanted our new home to be built so that we would not have to change out anything once we moved in. Our need to complete the design process while here selecting the lot was graciously accommodated. We have been in our new home for 6 weeks now, and everything is working as it should be. DO NOT use Pulte Mortgage. They were very difficult to deal with!

Time frame of the build was long. Covid? Or all that was going on.

This is our second Pulte home. We’ve found workmanship to be very good. Sturdy and well built homes.

Be sure to be actively involved in the building process to identify any problems immediately.

Our first sales rep was absolutely wonderful, but she left and we were assigned someone else. I sent him 3 emails with questions and he never responded so I was pretty upset. Our building supervisor was wonderful and made sure we did get our questioned answered. Besides the one sales staff, everyone else was great!

Both builder managers Jarad and Helder were very helpful. As I mentioned before, not seeing my new home until the pre-closing orientation, I appreciated all of their correspondence and patience with my questions and requests. I also appreciated the Pulte manager Jen's weekly photos that highlighted my days as I awaited the closing of my NJ home. She has also been extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions.
