We had a great experience buying our home in Del Webb Cypress Falls in North Port FL. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. The construction manager was excellent and kept us informed throughout the entire build process. We are very satisfied with our home purchase and highly recommend Del Webb as an active adult retirement community.

From the start everyone we dealt with at Del Webb and Pulte were very helpful and professional. This home is the 6th house I have built over my lifetime. Without question the best home building experience we have ever had. Now that our house is built we love it. We had a couple small problems that were dealt with immediately. I would highly recommend this neighborhood and this company.

Having looked at many communities across Florida, we chose to buy into the Del Webb community in Lakewood Ranch for a few reasons. The community itself offered an incredible array of activities and amenities among the best we had seen, secondly, the plan designs appealed very much to what we were looking for in our dream home, thirdly, the build quality of the homes themselves is top notch, with redundant features designed to keep the home safe and secure. Lakewood Ranch and the surrounding communities also appealed very much to us for its vibrancy, activities and quality of life we experienced when we visited. This is our second Pulte home. We’ve found workmanship to be very good. Sturdy and well built homes.

The supervisor was great and delivered on time kept us informed of progress. However the pool company has given us a hard time with regards to the auto fill not working properly and causing excessive water bills. Their answer was we are not responsible for water usage and you should shut off the auto fill control valve

Amenity center is great. Homes are well designed.

Everything went smoothly.

Build quality is very good and support from the builder has been good as well.

The sales team was helpful in offering alternatives in lot selections as well house upgrades. They were not afraid to provide insight on any questions we may have had. We had our house inspected prior to closing and nothing mechanical or structural was found. Cosmetically there were thing that we identified and are expecting to talk to the supervisor that takes care of after sale issues next week.

For the middle class income its a bit pricey, the area n neighborhood is excellent. Tips: have lots of cash on hand for things that arent included in homes, like steps in attics, labor etc.

My field mgr. was wonderful! He addressed any and all of my problems. Although I know this is not a custom built home, I believe the level of craftsmanship could be better, especially on the finish work. Some of the problems I incurred were small but should have been seen as the work was being done...not by the homeowner. That goes for inside and outside. Bottom line.....I love my home and love living in Del Webb!

Del Webb Lakewood Ranch is a beautiful community. Landscaping, houses, and layout of the community are all topnotch.

As we prepared to relocate to Lakewood Ranch and Del Webb, we had the assistance of our great sales consultant, Jen D. From the very beginning, she was extremely responsive to our questions and plans, and made the buying process so easy once we were ready to move forward. She had incentives ready in a timely fashion that helped streamline our decision-making process. Once into the build, our project manager, David B. was an extension of the responsiveness that Jen had already laid down. David was a real pleasure to work with, and always had an answer for us when we emailed him anything; it probably helped that we were local while our house was being built, but that didn't affect his communication. When all was said and done, everything came together smoothly, and what we inspected at our Celebration, and the minor fixes that David committed to complete in the week running up to closing and move-in, was excellent. Issues were addressed in a straightforward manner.

Only 2 months . Overall pleased but working on a punch list. We will see after that.

We were thoroughly guided through the lot selection process. We were kept apprised of building progress through weekly picture updates. We had 2 phone meetings and one Facetime meeting with our building supervisor, who thoroughly answered all our questions. We felt confident that the building process was going well, even though we were unable to come to Florida to see the construction in progress. We did feel that the upgrade selections were quite limited and overpriced, but wanted our new home to be built so that we would not have to change out anything once we moved in. Our need to complete the design process while here selecting the lot was graciously accommodated. We have been in our new home for 6 weeks now, and everything is working as it should be. Very happy with my house. I had a few very minor issues that were taken care of within a week of calling them in. I want to stress that these were very minor. I'm very happy with Pulte and highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality built house.
