A beautiful home in an outstanding neighborhood.

AC was was a horrible design in attic. Sent from Air handler to one large box that fed the main room. Then the back of house and extra rooms were were fed off that main box. So, neither area gets proper air. They have been out 3 times. Just a bad design. And we found out installer did not put enough freon in system. Really just a bad design and bad effort all around

Great Pulte sales team, however too many build detail issues

Overall it was a great experience through closing. Unfortunately, we are getting almost no response to post closing issues needing to be addressed. I honestly don't have any huge issues, but the builder isn't addressing them which is turning an outstanding experience into a mediocre experience.

We were pleased with the entire process from the beginning to the end.

We had a wonderful experience with our sales person, Mike. He was very honest, supportive, and provided considerable information throughout to us. Following this, we were equally lucky to have an outstanding construction manager, ANDREW. He was an excellent communicator, he provided us with periodic photographs, as did our sales person. He explained each aspect of the construction. throughout the construction. He was with us for the entire day we moved in to make sure everything worked well. Unfortunately, the one area that has been lacking thus far is follow up and attendance to a number of minor items. Oven door – lower door – was not installed correctly, and we have not use the oven as a consequence since we moved in almost 45 days ago. The cleaners, who came in on the date we moved in, did considerable marking and scuffing of our walls and boards. This has not been attended to, although it is not a priority in terms of time. I am assuming that the warranty area is understaffed based upon the amount of homes that closed in such a small period of time. We bought at a time where supply chain issues were present and houses couldn’t be completed fast enough because of the demand. Having said that, between our sales agent, Valen, Joey, the field manager, Natalie, in warranty, Susan InDesign, and others. I thought that they do an amazingly good job, and they’re very detail oriented to make sure to see the jobs to completion! If there was anything wrong, it’s been addressed in a timely fashion so all in all, enjoying the whole experience, and our home! Looking forward to the amenity center opening before winter’s end so it can be enjoyed by all.

A REAL BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY !!! Michelle our sales person was excellent. She was always there. If we had any questions during the build process she answered them. She was so polite, understanding and very professional. Our site manager Mason was on target also. He kept us updated every week with emails, phone calls and pictures. NOW THE BAD !!! Our walk through punch list has not been addressed to our liking. We are still waiting for things to be done or items to be received. We are promised results but none are being granted. We are living in our house now for over six weeks and only a few things have been done. We realize there are some supply issues but other items can be resolved with a little more initiative. The workers are very professional and respectful. We just wish they would show up on time with the right items to be fixed or installed. ... More

Lack of sense of urgency on several issues.

Home was built too quickly. Workman ship is very low quality. No hot water in master shower since Dec 23 Finally repaired on Feb 9. Settlement was Dec 23. Poor quality assurance. Someone should have checked for hot water.

You would not even want me to review what I think of DelWebb right now!!!! And none of it is the construction manager’s fault!!!! Nick has been great but terrible plumbing for MB toilet that WORKS!!!! The service wait is 2 weeks!!! Unbelievable!!!!

Construction managers are deceitful

My experience was very good and I am enjoying my new home.

Not particularly happy with Pulte mortgage experience.

The builder was flexible to work with our timeline towards the completion of the home. The home seems well-built and no major issues have surfaced in the first six to seven weeks.

Value, quality and delivery were just as expected from Pulte builders.

We have had very good experience with Pulte Builders. The construction manager for our home, Ben, was fantastic. Our experience with the home warranty group has also been positive. Overall, we are pleased with Pulte and their attention to detail.

We would rate the personnel as very professional and friendly with a desire to be helpful. Our home is beautiful and well constructed. There are generally small issues which have been repaired to our satisfaction. One major concern with our lot grading is very frustrating in that it is wrong. There is agreement, but no resolution or push to resolve the issue…

We intended to pay cash for our new home; however, because we had not yet sold our existing home we were required to apply for a mortgage to purchase the Del Webb home. The loan application process was horrible. The loan processors required us to provide information that was not ultimately needed and difficult for us to obtain in a format suitable to them.. Although we did eventually get approval for the loan, we did not need it because our home sold as expected.

Project Manager communication was great. Superintendent & quality control did bot meet up to the tasks at hand, Oven frame not installed left in oven. Oven warranty not with oven package, Had to put your head inside the oven upside down and take a picture on cell phone to complete the warranty information. Quality of microwave, wall oven, bathroom hardware accessories below quality. Laundry room facet cheap. House was dirty, workman sloppy trash left inside home on visit before final walkthrough. HVAC did not have a filter in the A/C unit. Closing process to meet new home buyer with HOA is non existent . Welcome package was picked up at sales office. HOA or sales should meet with new homebuyer and review information for the community. Facebook, community links, tour of the facilities. Very disappointed . Email is efficient but not personable. ... Very satisfied with our new home. Working with the Bayview staff was pleasant.

Our new home is what we ordered in most respects. Some flaws are still being attended to as we approach our third month. All of our neighbors are great and have made us feel at home. We love the feeling of community and the variety of activities offered.

Everything was fine. No significant issues.

Let me start off by saying that Nella and Susan are terrific and a are humongous help!!! I couldn't have done anything without their patience, guidance and expertise. They made a difficult process much easier. My only thoughts is that the process for requesting with ARC is difficult. If you need to add additional information it would be easier if you could add all information at once. The additional information area only allows a person to add 1 photo & 1 document at a time Nella and Susan are terrific and a big help

Project built during COVID so construction was delayed. Communication was very good and the team was very proactive with the owners interests in mind. A good project during a difficult time.
