The buying process was easy from start through close. Everyone was very professional and responsive throughout.

I don't know too much yet---we are just moving in.

I love my house! The floor plan is great. The design process was rushed and I was disappointed in the quality of the finishes supplied with a $500,000+ home. There have been issues that have been resolved and done issues still rock on 6 weeks post closing. Don't get me wrong, the neighborhood is great. I just think the houses are overpriced even in this market.

Our closing date was pushed back 3 times. Poor communication with requests and issues. Overall the house is fine, about 18 items still need to be addressed.

These homes have nice design factors.

Poor quality from tile, walls, outside drainage, sprinklers, electrical. Vendors do poor work and nothing is corrected until the last week & they want you to close & promise what's not fixed will be taken care of,then when you find issues they say that wasn't there during the walk through.

The community amenities are great, the build of my home another issue, the trades Pulte has working for the company building these homes should be all fired , start new with people that are experienced in drywall, electrical, plumbing, laying tiles. Should be a no-brained, maybe when the home is completed there might not be a lot of problems wrong. I am not the only one complaining. The meridian club house is awesome, but that’s not where I live, I expected a better finish from Pulte homes.

From the sales agent Renee to the building and warranty team Jeff, Joe and Luis we have been very pleased with our overall experience. The team has been very responsive and timely . We set our expectations to a realistic achievable level and thus far have been very pleased.

My experience is good. I wrote about the issues I encountered and the only one that was addressed was the electrical issue. I have encounter other issues since the waste disposal doesn't seem to work, and my doorbell doesn't ring. When the electrician came to my house he scratced the front door with his ladder when entering the house

Overall my experience building, buying, and living at DWBexley was good. I particularly like the size and location of this DW community. I moved here from a bigger Del Webb community in Florida and was familiar with the style of homes and the amenities offered. Unfortunately the cost of homes and the cost of living is higher in this area of Florida. Within the first few weeks of living here I have reported a few problems to warranty dept and they’ve been generally responsive.

House was not cleaned. I have had cleaners redo tiles and flooring all around. A lot of glue stuck to floor. I have paid to have it taken care of. I was told I could not have items installed before moving in but have discovered many new owners were allowed plus had fans/ lights installed. This put my moving in at a later date. Did not like that within 23 hours of closing that Del Webb wanted to push it out because they did not take care of their hiccup. I closed and waited for 2 weeks to get my problems taken care of. After going to the orientation at Del Webb Bexley I am sure there are items I need and am not aware of. Love my home but as with everything. You make a sale and then move on. How sad. I had a realtor. Said easy moving into new build. Haven’t heard from them either. Easy way to get 21/2%. Community is wonderful. !!! ... More

The buying process is good. The quality is average. Workers aren’t the best craftsmanship. There are things they should have done for the cost. For example sealing the grout, top coat on epoxy garage floor we paid extra for. They don’t do the clear coat. Major issues were fixed with no questions asked.

During build DW (Pulte) was responsive, we had several 3rd party inspections, all issues were addressed. At closing many items which could have been dismissed, were corrected. Everything great through closing. After closing a few unidentified issues arose, the response is not as great. The build manager did a few things, but warranty department simply does not reply. So be as detailed and vigilant as possibly before closing.

I appreciated the effort the sales representative made in my home-buying experience. I initially placed a contract on a home that I could not purchase due to the high-interest rate. Christopher was great in helping to find another home in DWB that met my needs and suited my budget. After I closed, I was frustrated with addressing issues with my home. The repairs are perhaps minor, but I'm disappointed that these things were overlooked before closing. I share some responsibility as my walk-thru revealed some issues, but others weren't as readily noticeable. I have encountered several issues that need to be corrected, so far they seem to be responsive to getting the issues fixed. Somewhat frustrating at times but right now my expectation is that all issues will be resolved in a reasonable amount of time but you do need to stay on top of them with any open issues.

We were especially pleased with our del webb sales person Dustin and with our final construction manager Matt.

From the beginning, our sales agent, Renee, was fabulous. No pressure, just straight forward info from her. She was helpful from beginning to end. Laurie was our mortgage processor. She was wonderful. Always called us back quickly. She was on top of everything. Alex was out construction manager. We enjoyed working with Alex. He was always prompt and courteous. He addressed any issues prior to closing and we have even spoken with him after closing.

The whole process took only 10 months, had one delay for a window but the rest went smoothly!

House not built in the Garden home section but in 55+ section nearby. After corrections and short delay, we obtain our new construction. So far, no issues and we think it's a 4-star rating.

The home model was fitting us well as retired individuals. The construction is very nest.

We still have some un-resloved issues that we are waiting on. We need a screen for our flex room, trim around our microwave and 2 floodlights. Both houses next to us which were started 3 wks. after us have them. Our field mgr. told us there is a shortage of these items, but why did these houses get these items before us?. A little frustrated. However, we are pleased with the overall actual construction of the house. The landscaping is done beautifully.

The builder was upfront about everything, and worked with us to get what we needed in place - colors, dates, prices. They stayed very close the their date and worked with us to close on a tight schedule. Overall, it was a good experience with the builder, and the location is perfect for us.

The sales and design process was excellent. I was living out of state and found it very difficult trying to build while not being in Florida, despite numerous trips to check on progress. . Communication could have been a bit better during the building process to accommodate out of state buyers who could not be there as easily. In the end it all worked out but not without some challenges.

Workmanship could be better. Subs missed the mark in some areas. Others excelled
