All the representative employees of Pulte/Del Webb do not have the integrity or morals that are required in order to be a reputable business.

1. The field managers have no experience nor the knowledge to carry out their responsibilities. 2. We have had many defects in our home caused by the sub-contractors who took advantage of the field managers lack of knowledge & experience. 3. The warranty which Pulte utilizes to repair all defects & workmanship is not worth the paper it's written on. 4. All of my statements that I have mentioned above is not from a personal view, I have pictures of all the bad workmanship along with the emails advising Pulte of all the unnecessary issues I have experienced. The process was slow which we totally understand. It started out fine, great communication with our field manager the entire time as well. But, after almost two months of owning the home there are issues that have not been taken care of and it is so disappointing that no one has time to address and fix these issues. They are to busy to get back to the homes they closed on making you feel like your home isn’t important anymore. No one should close unless everything is fully completed in the home because it takes forever to get them back out. Warranty has been trying to help as well, ...

The inexperienced workers and the poor quality workmanship as well as the lack of effective communication from the top brass to us, the homebuyers.

We would be very hesitant to recommend Pulte Builders as a quality builder. There were so many disastrous situations we experienced during our build. Unfortunately, some of our problems have yet to be resolved. It's a real shame when you spend nearly a half million dollars on a home that you THINK is going to be a quality build, and it turns out that shortcuts and poor quality workmanship are the standard. So very disappointed in what we thought was going to be our "dream home."
